This cvs is the absolute worst, it is literally a last resort store. Specifically, the photo department is garbage. Walgreens is 10 times better. Their picture quality is so bad it's embarrassing. I had professional photos printed and they looked like they were taken on an old phone. Another time, I tried to print out 4 pictures, just 4. And was there for 40 minutes and left with 0. It is pathetic. I will never use them again and just make the trip to Walgreens. read more

I like going to CVS no matter where I am at in the country. this store is no different. it is my neighborhood store and I know where most everything is at. However, the pharmacy seems to be always log jammed with drive ups and people standing in line. The staff is very helpful and most of the time greet me when I walk through the doors. be sure to become a CVS member for free. you can get some great deals. read more

There is always a problem with this pharmacy when picking up medications. Today they somehow didn't have my son's insurance info in their system and we have been coming here for two years every month. We provide insurance and they come back and tell us it termed in Feb. I call the insurance and they show active no concerns. They lady left off at the drive up windows with no word she'd be right back. So we pull around to go inside to handle this and they closed up for lunch. They still had our credit card and license. I had to get a cvs store employee to help me retrieve my stuff and she tells me the pharmacy staff isn't showed to speak to customers during their lunch. I repeatedly told her they've been helping us and the never said they're were going to lunch. Are suppose to wait till lunch is over? Meanwhile this employee goes back retrieves my sons meds and our credit card and license. I notice they ran the full amount of the meds on our card and didn't even listen to us that insurance is active. This place is very unprofessional. read more

Okay, so I'm slow. I stopped here a little after 6:00 PM on a Saturday night. I needed Sudafed with pseudoephedrine, and since this is not something I buy on a regular basis, I forgot that you have to get it from "behind the counter". Hmm, the pharmacy was closed. This is the closest drug store to my house, so I end up coming here for anything from contact lens solution to drugs (ahem) to batteries. It's your standard CVS - nothing special, but OK prices and quick to get in/out of. The service here has never been great...not rude by any means, but never friendly or helpful. It seems that, aside from the pharmacy (which I have no experience with), it's best to come in knowing what you want, and hopefully how to find it on your own. That being said, the place is well laid out with good signage to find your stuff. However, they don't open until 8am, even during the week. That's really, really inconvenient for anyone who needs something before work. I can understand that on a weekend, but 8am on a weekday for a pharmacy, seriously? read more

I needed to get a prescription filled for my elderly mother. The doctor specifically prescribed the name brand for her. The pharmacy sent me a text saying it was filled. I called and asked if it was the name brand. They said they switched to the generic. I told them we do t want the generic. We need the name brand. So they special ordered it. I got a text saying it was ready. I go in and give them a Good Rx card and they said they have to rerun the entire order. 30 minutes later, They say it is still processing and I look at the product name and See it is the generic. I told them it HAD to me the name brand. She said it didn't work with the coupon. 10 minutes later I find out CVS isn't taking GoodRx. So I say give me the name brand without the coupon. The pharmacist tells me it will be 10-15 minutes to fill. Are you kidding me??? I am not impressed with this pharmacy. No wonder they have bad ratings! read more

Had to buy a plunger for a friend recently (long story) and didn't want to go all the way/deal with crowds in a bigger store. So I went to CVS. Of course, the only plunger they sold was missing the price (online it was about $2-3 if I recall). They rang me up. $8. Of course. O well brother, I guess that's why it's called a convenience store. But have you ever noticed that all CVSes are more expensive than the equally ubiquitous and convenient Walgreens, across the board? Got an email from CVS about their "convenient" curbside service and a $10 off coupon. Order what you want and within "about an hour", you can come pick it up simply by texting them when you get there! Nope. Made an order: two items. My fiancé went to go and pick it up over two hours after we placed the order. No one came out, so he went inside and bought a few other things we hadn't ordered. When he got to the register, he told the cashier (Marla) that we had already paid for two other things and could she or he go get them really quick so he could take them with him. The lady said she just had gotten the order and that they have two hours after THEY receive it to fill the order. Even though the app said it'd had been ready for over 45 minutes. She literally sent my fiancé back to his car to wait for her to go get the items "whenever the line died down". I guess they're really dedicated to delivering curbside. So he finally went back inside to get the items himself after waiting outside in his car. There, he finds the manager (Jeff) starting to fill the order. My fiancé told him he was just going to get the stuff himself. The manager told him THEY had to get it in order to get the discount. THEN, he finally gets up to the register AGAIN and he had to wait for an email while standing there to get a QR code. I don't know what CVS classifies as convenient, but they're far from the mark. File this under "it sucks getting old": Now that I've reached the five-oh mark, I've amassed a series of chronic ailments (thankfully, all minor/manageable so far) & the collection of prescriptions to match. This CVS, quite close to my house, has a great pharmacy. Helpful & friendly staff, and they are quick, even at busy times -- if they say my refill will be ready in fifteen minutes, it's usually ready in ten. The drive-thru is conveniently open late, and the automated phone-or-text reminder system is a lifesaver. They'e recently added a Minute Clinic to this location. Nice to have in the neighborhood. read more

This is only the second time in about 15 years I have used a CVS pharmacy. The first time was a disaster - for some reason they could not process my prescription through my insurance, even though my insurance was a nationally recognized insurance company and CVS was a participating pharmacy on the plan I had. It took me over an hour of waiting for them to mess with things and call people to get this done. Needless to say, I was not anxious to return. I also found that their prices are generally higher than almost anywhere else. In fact, the prescription I had filled back years ago was on the $4 list for Walgreens and Walmart but I went to CVS because it was so much more conveneit at the time. I then discovered that CVS did not even HAVE a $4 list, and so paid through the nose. Fast forward to this month. My doctor gave me a prescription for a medication that was on a very high "tier" level on my insurance and also a coupon for the medication at CVS which would allow me to fill it for about 1/2 the price. The notes on my visit summary from the doctor clearly said the medication was for extended release tablets. The doctor had sent the prescription to the CVS pharmacy. On that same day, I got a call from the pharmacy saying they would have to order the medication as they did not have it in stock. Also, they told me the price would be significantly higher than what my coupon said. Well, come to find out, they were trying to fill the prescription with "capsules" instead of "tablets". Okay. They said they would call the doctor back and get a new Rx for the tablet form of the drug. Several days went by and I finally called them. They said oh yes, it was ready - and now the price they were quoting me was LESS than the coupon price. I said that was a nice surprise. Come to find out, they were filling it with regular tablets (not "extended release"). Of course, they claim this is all my doctor's office's fault. I seriously doubt that - and besides, if the first prescription was for "extended release", don't you think the pharmacist should have clarified when they thought the third one was for regular tablets? So they said they would call the doctor's office again. I didn't want to take any chances, so I called the office myself this time. Of course, it was the day the office is closed, so then I had to wait while an on-call doctor called back. Finally we got it right. But this is ridiculous. To add insult to injury, when I went on line to complete their survey that was shown on my receipt, the first question asked my level of satisfaction with the pharmacy. When I clicked on "totally dissatisfied", the survey was done. In other words, they DON'T CARE WHY you were dissatisfied. I have other options for my medications, except for this one (which I hope is now on file correctly as there are refills), but I feel sorry for anyone who is required to use CVS as their pharmacy. read more

Good lord, CVS Pharmacy phone calls are getting worse than telemarking! I have called both corporate and told the local store to stop calling and they keep calling. The local store said I have to called corporate, when I already have, and corporate advised me that they have marked me as no call. This is ridiculous I am tired of being harassed to refill a prescription that I don't need filled. Way to push the pills to make your sales for the day! read more

I called to ask the pharmacy technician a question about my medicine. She very rudely said "why are you asking so many questions?!". (All the while my phone is on speaker because I am at my doctors office and he was needing clarification on my past medicine I had filled there) not quite sure why Erin has a job as a pharmacy technician if she is bothered by people asking questions. Cvs is the best. I absolutely love cvs. You can get Like anything you want. The fact that it's right down the street too, Cvs"s are literally everywhere. I've never received such consistent professional service from pharmacists at CVS. I always get my questions answered no matter who's working. Prescriptions are always filled and smiles on everyone's faces. Will continue to use this pharmacy. I have been going to this location since we moved to the neighborhood 5 years ago. I dealt with them here and there in the beginning but as my kids have grown I'm in a lot more often. They have hands down the worst customer service behind their pharmacy counter. The techs are rude (just recently I had a tech snap at me when I asked if she could call another location to see if they had the prescription I needed to have filled as they were out of stock), I have been the only person standing in line for several minutes while I watch them work behind the counter totally ignoring me, the pharmacist rolled his eyes at me when I asked for help with an inhaler when my SIX year old had Pneumonia last year. Once and a while you catch them on a good day and get a pleasant pharmacist or tech, but generally I dread my trips there. I'm going to find a new pharmacy. read more

I showed up at this cvs one morning to drop off a prescription. I was on a business call while waiting in line to hand my script to the pharmacist. When I was next in line she looked past me and helped the gentleman behind me. After their transaction I asked why I wasn't being helped. The woman behind the counter told me that she would not help me if I was on my phone! Apparently her time was more important than mine. At cvs, the customer is NOT always right. In a hurry store manager couldn't find my CVS card in system so told me I had to fill a form out for new card five people in line behind me I said I didn't have time for that can I just get the sale price he said no! So I said fine then just take everything back that's on sale and I will go somewhere else.. Like Walgreens.. Which blows CVS away.. and he said ok and took the stuff back! Unreal! Unprofessional and incredibly rude staff. I went to pick up a prescription and was sent to drop off- even though my doctor already called it in- over an hour ago. She continued to interrupt me- she asked what I was picking up and I couldn't remember the name of the prescription off the top of my head. She interrupted me again and said it doesn't matter because we don't have one for you anyways. I left, upset, didn't even make it to my car and got a call from their automated system saying I had a prescription ready to pick up. Really?? Even if they made a mistake- I wouldn't be upset. But they were so mean and cold. My family and I will never do business at cvs again. read more

I bought 3 boxes of cereal off of an endcap marked 3/$10. A smaller sign read that with my ExtraCare Card they would be 3/$6. When I got home, 2 of the boxes rang up that way, but the 3rd rang up as $4.99. This is not the first time this has happened. Occasionally, I'll go back to the store and point it out, but usually I just think I didn't read the sign right and let it go. Or sometimes I know I'm right but I'll stick the receipt in my handbag or throw it away and forget about it. But this was on the same damn endcap. Now if I want my $2.00 back or whatever it is I have to make a trip back to the store. What a pain. This store is close to my home, not to my work, and I usually use the drive thru to pick up my Rx. How many other people have fallen for this same bait and switch? How many people have not noticed on their receipt? How many other products have you put the same scam on?
