When I returned to pay the balance in that exchange ( about $2), the clerk discovered that the prior mistaken kit couldn't be returned or exchanged. He called the store manager. Both of us, the clerk and I, told her the mistake and that I had never left the store or the clerk's sight. I literally had the mistaken purchase for just 30 seconds in my hand. She adamantly refused to assist in correcting the mistake or refunding my money. She claimed "the CVS system will not allow it. There is nothing I can do." I purchased the second and correct test kit. My wife tested POSITIVE for influenza A. I won't be going back to any CVS if a soulless computer runs all customer service.

I arrived fifteen minutes prior, as instructed on the Walgreen's website, but was instructed by a male pharmacist to get in line. I got in line and ended up having to wait an additional 14 minutes, but the line went fairly quick. After getting to the counter I had to complete paperwork for my son to receive the COVID Vaccine. I asked about the HPV and Meningitis Vaccines because they were also scheduled in my appointment, but the pharmacist told me to reschedule an appointment for earlier in the day (early morning time). The pharmacist and his staff were very nice. Customer service goes a long way with me.
