I decided to stop at a different location today for my Free Coffee Week. This Park Forest location…read moredid not disappoint me. Upon entering, I noticed it was a pretty decent-sized parking lot, but only a few allotted spaces... Inside, Park Forest 7-Eleven is clean, and neatly organized, with nicely stocked shelves of chips, cookies, candy, and convenience items . This location has two, whole coffee stations, with the ability to brew and/or warm 16 different types of coffees!!!!! Today's visit featured the following variety of coffees: Columbian, Brazilian Dark Roast, 7-11 Exclusive Blend, Blueberry, Pumpkin Spice, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Regular, and Decaf!!!! That's an astonishing 9 different coffees to choose from today!!! Yay! AND, there are various flavored creams and syrups! I chose the Blueberry coffee with French Vanilla cream! Slurp! You can't tell me you cannot get "gourmet" at a convenience store!!!

The front sandwich looked like it fell on the floor. She went into a rant that she put them in order to be sold. That is strange. Most people grab the middle sandwich as it is cold and more fresh. Further verbal abuse came when I asked for a napkin. She screamed that they are by the microwave. How was I to know? Don't most stores give you a napkin at the counter? Also, donuts were on the floor. It was a full tray so they must have been freshly delivered, ON THE FLOOR! 7-Eleven needs to fire her. If she talks to me again like that, I will file a lawsuit. Went to the drive-thru pharmacy on 10/21/15, got waited on immediately (unlike my local Walgreens where I'm waiting forever) and was on my way. The main reason for my review is my 2nd visit to the store on 10/30/15. I needed some cute eyelashes to go with my Halloween costume. I walked in and proceeded to the aisle where the eyelashes were. While looking, I became confused as to which ones included glue and which ones didn't. A female employee came over to me and asked me if I needed help which I desperately did. I am hoping that the manager of this store reads this review and is able to tell from the receipt that I've included who this person is as she rang up my items also. This woman was a pure ANGEL who deserves recognition. She was friendly first of all and took a lot of time helping me figure out which eyelashes were which. She also helped me find some eyelashes in another section specifically for Halloween. She was so NICE!!! And I was so appreciative that she was there to help me. The eyelashes I ended up choosing because of her were fun, different and went well with my costume. I will be back to this Walgreens. Nothing like getting great customer service. Thank You!

MITHU made my experience very uncomfortable after he told me that if I kept "arguing" with him, I simply told him that I knew that I needed it, he would refuse a valid government issued ID as it was not the hard copy - to which he knows that anyone in possession of a temporary ID is currently awaiting their hard copy to come in the mail. I did tell MITHU that I'd be reporting him for making such a simple transaction a difficult experience for me. The lack of professionalism is at an all time high inexcusable as it is prejudice. Temporary ID or not, as long as it is valid and not expired, it is generally accepted everywhere else. I hope that in composing this review, something snaps for MITHU and it registers that unless someone is deliberately causing harm and/or creating a disruption, it is not OK to bend the rules just because he has a very fragile ego. There's a solution for that... therapy. After all, business is business. I will not step foot into nor will spend another dime in that poorly ran excuse of an establishment.

I have had my Children's medications here due to Walgreens terminating their contract with Aetna and Walgreens does a better job with pt care. They are constantly disgruntled. The pharmacy tech with the chubby cheeks is never helpful. The pharmacist with the hard to understand Nigerian accent is bothered when you are looking to resolve a medication problem. The prescription was sent over w the child's name misspelled but the birthdate is correct. They ended up receiving it, telling me that it was misspelled and put it back on the shelf after it wasn't picked up. I wasn't even aware that they located it after all my calls and being yelled at by said thick accent Dr. I called several times on different days about this and the clinic resent it twice. I went today for different scripts and the pharmacist asked me to circle around so she could re-run the script. I pointed out that the pt portion was an incorrect financial amount. She said it would take a bit. There were 7 cars behind me. I opted to go in and it was ready by the time I walked up with no one at the counter. Jennifer or Sarah or whatever basic name the current white coat was given could have just ran it through as it was fairly quick. I am in health care, we go out of our way for pts. No one looked for my child's name after calling or tried to resolve the problem. They yelled, IT NOT HERE!! It's all in customer service. The CVS was shut down in the Heights and they should do the same to the Olympia fields store. I call scripts for my Dr to this pharmacy and they don't give better care to other health establishments either. They're rude on the phone when you call a script in and say leave it on the voicemail. My family moved to a more proficient pharmacy with people that are aware of how to complete their jobs and how to help patients and health care workers. We even pulled this store from our list to call in Rx's. We refuse to deal with their staff and give out paper scripts if you go to this pharmacy. Definitely bad for business CVS.

This was a hygiene product. Not sanitary or sellable to the public. My 87 year old mother needed it ASAP so I got stuck paying full price for something that should have been pulled from the shelf and disposed of. Cashier said they don't discount damage merchandise, than go in the back storage room and get the customer a sealed new product. Not a fan of their pharmacy either. I stand in line at the pharmacy counter as their full attention is on the hugh line at the drive-up window. People in the store should not have to wait for a car that is fifth in line.
