"I wish people could hear how stupid they sound when they ask questions." When I told them I was a customer and could hear them, a male employee began screaming at top volume at me. Obviously I left and would never go back. The man proceeded to harass me by calling my doctor to tell him that I was "banned for life" from CVS. I'm not entirely sure how can be banned for life for not thinking it was acceptable to make fun of elderly customers who needed help with their medicine but it doesn't matter because I will never go back. I understand retail can be stressful but making fun of customers who need help with their prescriptions is about as low as you can go. CVS will never get another dime from me!

The woman who helped me at the pharmacy register also rang up my store items that I had placed down on the counter, which was a big help for me. This store is tidy, and shelfs are organized and well stocked. Nice seasonal item section also. I would come back again if in the area and in need of a CVS. Outside of that, they have always been just a phone call away. Each employee tries hard to connect to my insurance and make sure I get the best rates possible. I feel that they genuinely care. That being said I needed to wean off of Venaflaxine and was switching to Bupropian I started taking as my dr prescribed and when I go to using the Bupropian I put that and my blood pressure medicine in the same hand and I noticed they looked the same. My husband and I checked the bottles and the bupropian was filled with my blood pressure medication. We went directly to Greenhill pharmacy and explained what had happened. I am a person who is willing to hear out what people have to say. I should also say that because I had been doubling up on my blood pressure medicine without knowing I was retaining water and swelling around my ankles and knees. So it was a little painful. I was told to give them a few days and they would get back to me I heard nothing for a week even calling 3x that week. I finally stopped in today and was told they checked the cameras and they filled the bottle correctly That it was my mixup ??? why would I do this to myself or are you insinuating that someone in my family is trying to hurt me.
