The only way I can describe this store is absolutely horrible. My wife and I had a small emergency and needed to fill a prescription quick. We got there at 5:35 and the pharmacy closes at 6:00. Right off the bat, the woman at the counter says they probably won't be able to fill our prescription "because there's a line". Well, sorry, but I'm here before you close so that's not my problem. Also, the pharmacist was smacking gum around in her mouth like a child the whole time and I couldn't take her seriously. I also didn't appreciate her rolling her eyes at me more than once. Once they finally filled the prescription, the line had backed up and it took almost 25 minutes for us to actually be able to pay. They kept saying I was "next" and then would continue to call other customers in line. At one point the pharmacist chastised me for not getting back in line, even though they specifically told me 2 minutes earlier to stand in the waiting area. An hour into the ordeal, I needed to use the restroom, but apparently they're for employees only. THAT'S RIDICULOUS. One of the employees on the floor let me in though and then I understood why it's employees only: it was disgusting. It was worse than a gas station bathroom on I-5. Seriously, get your shit together CVS. I never write reviews like this, but your pharmacy is a nightmare. read more

I had a very disappointing experience at this CVS on 5/29/25 around 7:30 PM. The male employee at the register showed clear favoritism and lack of customer care. The customer ahead of me was allowed to return unopened medicine--despite the store's stated policy that medicine, even unopened, cannot be returned. Yet when I tried to return an unopened can of baby formula and one that had been opened (because my baby had an allergic reaction), I was flatly told "we don't take returns for baby formula" with zero explanation or empathy. I understand the policy exists for safety, but the blatant double standard is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when picking up an online order, we noticed a $0.30 bag fee. We politely asked if the charge could be removed since we didn't need a bag. The employee just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. No effort, no courtesy--just indifference. This employee seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. CVS, do better. If you're going to nickel-and-dime us with petty fees, at least train your staff to show basic respect and consistency in how they treat people. Terrible service overall. read more

Wow after reading these reviews I feel a lot better about my awful experiences and have also transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy. My last 3 of 4 refills have had some issue- on hold, out of stock or just lost. Then they tell me ready tomorrow and it's not. Not ready 3 days later. Still not ready a week and a half later but "give me 30 min". Are you kidding?! Why wouldn't they call you if you script is on hold or any other reason they can't fill it. They also were unable to explain why it was on hold and it's been well over a month since my last refill so it wasn't my insurance company. I am shocked at how many people have the same issues and these people are still employed. At least we aren't alone! read more

uh 24 hours. the employees know me here, and i come most late nights here for snacks and/or booze. one of them always pulls a pack of cigarettes he knows i will buy as soon as i walk through the door. enablers... haha, They're regular people working long hours into the night, so excuse them if they seem out of it, there are a total of 6 people working there, switching up these hours, learn their names if you're going to be a regular, it's the least you can do. They even let me take a bunch of those shampoo and conditioner samples once, it was the best! read more

First and foremost, I must say that most of the employess are nice and know what theu are doing. However, one on the shift supervisors, a Daniel Dominguez, is rude, obnoxious, and spies on the employees! All he does is sit on his big butt in the office and stare at the security screens, trying to find a way to fire employees. You'll recognize him easily. He's the only male supervisor there, but if that's not enough, he's the obese, darkly-colored one. Avoid him at all costs. I am never again stepping foot in there. read more

I went last night at 10:20 and there were no cash registers open! If i would of known this i would not have stopped here! I shouldn't have to ring up my own items, some things wouldn't even scan and its not like the security was going to help with that.Everything is over priced one can of Friskies cat food was .99 they're normally 2 for .99. This pharmacy is TERRIBLY SLOW!!!! Most of the customer service reps at the pharmacy are very rude. This location seems to always have a lot of homeless or shady looking people around outside. I think it may be because it is right next to a metro station? read more

The Service is one of the worst. The store gets busy.. I get it.. but since they can't provide customer service they should bring back the self check out kiosk.. because at least the machine greets without a problem and you are out in less than 5 minutes read more

I enjoyed this CVS it is nice and clean. the staff is friendly but I give it three stars due to the homeless I saw steeling and also a lot of them hanging out by asking for money which is not ok for someone who just want to shop in peace. read more
