I went in, mostly just for contact solution, but as I always end up doing when I'm in the CVS, I definitely roamed the aisles and ended up with way more than I bargained for! For one thing, and this is mostly across all CVS locations, I love the store. Some of their things can be expensive, but I live walking to a different location, and I find that when you're a consistent shopper, there are always an abundance of coupons and opportunities to save some dollars. And the convenience is worth it to me. For example, tonight my total was about $64 or so. By the time I had added all of my coupons and signed up for their monthly program, I paid less than $40. Sami helped me out and he was so lovely and kind! He helped me reactivate my ExtraCare membership. I ran in quickly initially without my card since they take Apple Pay, but I needed the physical card to activate my membership. It was truly no issue to run out for my card but he profusely apologized for the inconvenience. Sami was just so friendly and kept up the good natured conversation during our whole interaction whilst still maintaining good efficiency. Overall I left in the least amount of time but feeling completely taken care of. I feel like this is kind of across all locations, but specifically this store did not feel super well stocked. I don't really think that's their fault though. That kind of seems to be the model across most locations. But I will say this specific CVS had a lot more buttons around the store to call the staff since a lot of items are locked up now. My usual CVS definitely doesn't have as many as it needs and it can feel frustrating trying to get help. I needed something today and found an accessible button, and a staff member came very quickly to assist me. Overall, a 10 out of 10, and next time I'm in the area I would definitely stop back here again!

She forced me to repeat myself multiple times and essentially made me yell out the specific medication I needed in a public space, which felt like a massive violation of my privacy. Even after I went and sat down to speak directly with the original pharmacist to sort out the issue, Gaby continued trying to shout things or talk over to me across the room. The pharmacist's excellent customer service AFTER HER was completely overshadowed by Gaby's unprofessionalism and total lack of discretion. I hope management addresses her behavior. Thank you again to the lady after, and I apologize for my part in the matter.

Well, I initially tried WALGREENS adjacent to my dental office. But sadly I was informed that WALGREENS is not participating in the national distribution. So I thanked the crabby mgr. I headed up towards rite aid and was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Lol heck, a random employee that was moping up something on the floor, greeted me and walked me over to where they were handing out the face masks out. Far superior service here at RITE AID as opposed to WALGREENS.

Could not deliver what was promised multiple times…read more Prescription was called in on March 5 and I was getting calls from the pharmacy promising my medicine would be ready the following day each day since March 10. They called on March 13 to tell me it wouldn't be ready until Monday, March 16 and that my time to pick up the medication expired. So now I have to go back to my doctor and start the whole process again. This is just Accutane. Should not be this difficult to get. If they were honest with me on March 10 when they first called, I'd have asked my doctor to transfer to a CVS and have it ready that day and be able to pick up within my ipledge window. Really was misled that everything would be fine, they'd waive my ipledge expiration period and still dispense the medicine whenever it came in. Only to find out today, NOPE, they won't have the medicine until Monday and won't be able to dispense because my ipledge expired. Now I have to go back to doctor and start the whole process over. It's been 2 weeks now with no medicine....

The people I gifted the cards to, told me the last digits of the cards were already scratched out. The cards were already redeemed before purchasing and now I lost $200. First question from pharmacist was if I was a usual customer in a not so welcoming tone. I said no because I wasn't but may have been had I been welcomed to their pharmacy. Overall he did not help me and definitely not coming back here to fill my prescriptions. There's better ways of providing customer service even though you deal with many people and it's towards the end of the day. I know we are living in hard times but a smile and politeness goes a long way. Do better especially if you deal with customer service because it's just that, customer service.
