All the flavors ordered of ice cream were good ,ingredients were fresh and tasty, the process is good However,the "owner" seemed to stop before filling mine all the way up, which i'm not tripping on.But everybody should look the same.If you're gonna serve a product it should be uniform. One of the coolest ice cream experiences we've had. It was neat watching our ice cream be made... and let me just say, the ice cream may be the best ice cream I've ever had! The salted caramel was sooo good. I got espresso ice cream and it wasn't sweet at all. Very creamy, tastes amazing, and fun to experience. The employees were friendly, and the seating was spacious. We were excited to try Buzzed Bull Creamery, especially because they offer dairy-free ice cream options. The banana split ice cream was absolutely fabulous! The dairy-free mint ice cream was very smooth and creamy, but a little overly sweet. One of the banana split ice creams came out without whipped cream on top, and we weren't really sure why. We also tried the cookie dough with the cone, but unfortunately something seemed off with the cookie dough and it just didn't taste right. To their credit, they did offer to remake it, but we were ready to leave by that point. The inside was very clean, well lit, and aesthetically really nice. We did come in during the last hour before closing, so that may have played a role in the service not feeling as friendly as others had described, they may have just been ready to finish up for the night. Overall, I had a bit higher expectations, but there were definitely some positives to the experience. read more

I stumbled upon this little shop while driving to another destination and knew I wanted to stop. The place has a nice aesthetic - minimalist and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a little overwhelming because the combinations you can choose from are endless, but I ended up making a Reese cup of ice cream and it was delicious! It takes a little time to make the ice cream, but that's expected with the Nitro process. The serving size was large for a small! The cost is a little higher than regular ice cream, but given the time put in and alcohol in it, it was well spent. I would definitely recommend visiting this place while in Pigeon Forge! read more

I saw this place on facebook. I asked the lady at the register if they just open because I saw them on Facebook. Just like others have mentioned... Not too friendly. She said they open about five years ago, as if it was an inconvenience to answer the question with an attitude. So I ordered a small death by chocolate, no alcohol and 2 medium buzzed. I was completely shocked at the price of $48.47 for three shakes. I don't know how they could justify that. I understand alcohol cost money but wow just wow. Plus I don't know why they charge me two dollars extra on the small when there was no alcohol or anything in it. The brownie in them was kind of waxy and gets stuck in your teeth. I was excited to return to Buzzed Bull after going there a couple of years ago. Upon arrival, we noticed an exceptionally long line of patrons waiting to order. The cashier took our order without any friendless or warmth. She was cold like the ice cream. Although, the gentleman that made our ice cream was very friendly and personable. The Death by Chocolate ice cream was very cold, delicious and filling with chocolate ice cream, chunks of brownie, chocolate syrup and chocolate vodka. The staff is super friendly and helpful as we worked through their allergy menu to figure out what we could have. They offer gluten free, vegan, and dairy free options. I had a non-buzzed small peanut butter with Reese's cups, and my wife had a vegan non-buzzed strawberry with pecans. They were both excellent! We paid a little over $25 for our shake, tip not included, when the board said $15 and some change for a specialty milkshake, which was 2 shots. The shake was good, it had to be dairy free and they had that, awesome. But $25 for one shake is just absolutely appalling. Today we decided to get some ice cream! None of us ordered our ice cream buzzed (with alcohol) we all ordered it without. I got the Tiger stripes - it was ok, I think it would have been better with booze. Not a super chocolatey flavor or a super peanut butter flavor - but it was good. My hubby got the banana split, and it truly tasted just like one. Our kids decided to make their own. 2 got a pint of vanilla with cookie dough and brownie bites. If we go back, I will 100% get the vanilla again. It tasted just like a snow cream! Our other two got strawberry with butterfinger and gummy worms (weird combo, I know). This is where the exceptional customer service kicked in. Because this base is normally a boozed one (I assume), they just use fresh strawberries, and it wasn't sweet - like, at all. They remade it and added sweetness to it. Definitely above and beyond! We'll definitely be back - I'll be hard pressed to get anything but the vanilla next time, but the espresso looks tempting, too! I came in due to being pressured by some relatives. The relative ambiance of the establishment was nice: well lit, fun looking conversation starter pieces, but the music was the trance version of elevator music. This is one of those places where one can get alcohol added into their dessert. This sounds like a fun treat, but I didn't bother, as I needed to drive. The ice cream is hand made in front of you, and delicious, but some form of witchcraft takes place behind the service area, as evidenced by the constant plumes of what I can only surmise are magic smoke stacks. Took a VERY long time, which is almost ok because they make it in front of you with the liquid nitrogen, but if you wait 15 minutes for ice cream you would expect it to have flavor. It is a VERY light flavor. For lack of a better analogy - a watered down flavor. It could be because we went towards the end of the day or countless other things. I will comment on the price too - $7 (not including tip) for a one scoop (with empty space at the bottom of the cup) WITHOUT the booze. If you like seeing the "smoke" come off the liquid nitrogen and that's all you really want out of the experience then this is the place for you. If you want quality, flavor, or anything half decent I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

They were out of multiple ingredients to make certain menu items I was interested in. When calling names it seemed like they didn't want people to hear them, and it wasn't particularly crowded. Little things just seemed like they were being overlooked. Again, my food was good. I liked it here. Maybe it was an off day, but things just didn't run as smoothly as it should. I did make a horrible selection and mixed coconut and espresso completely forgetting they mix flavors and make ice cream fresh as opposed to premade stuff scooped out.
