I've been coming to this location and it just get worse and worse. They lock everything up and this was the second time this has happened.I asked the only working individual there and tells me he's busy up front and I will get to you as soon as I can. Asked him twice and was still waiting after 15 minutes. I'm over it. For something that should have take me 2-5 min in and out. I will never shop here again. Just get it on Amazon folks. Customer service needs tremendous improvement! Employees are very rude and lack respect to customers yelling at customers in front of other customers (which I have witnessed myself). Specifically Regenae (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) the supposed manager shift lead in the morning! What a joke she is! If CVS is your only option to go for pharmacy, please go to another location. I have left a voicemail since yesterday requesting a call back from the pharmacy tech, but I never got the call, so I left another voicemail this morning, and CVS calls soon after, but the pharmacy tech was rude from beginning to end, like I was such an inconvenience.. I was nothing but polite, and held my tongue even though I was spoken to like I was interrupting his time, because he was rushing through the call. We have been patronizing this CVS location for several years now; mostly for our pharmacy needs. Although it is further from home, the store is large and has an open feel. Parking is also a breeze. Regarding the pharmacy itself, the staff have been nothing but awesome. From the technicians to the pharmacists, they make it really easy to continue to come back. Regarding the store merchandise, they have the typical CVS over the counter medications and consumer goods. I have found, however, the prices are much more than some of the big box and grocery stores but convenience has its price. I also find it funny how long the receipts are. Must be worth it for CVS to print such long receipts with coupons to keep people coming back. Someday, I might actually use one of those coupons. read more

Since I followed up on my post from yesterday, and it's not here I will post it again. Went to hospital ER for extreme pain, left with instructions to follow at home, Doctor called CVS for prescriptions for the pain. I went early next day and waited for one RX to be filled (no problem, I really needed it). Half an hour later it's done but I have to wait for a consult? I just spoke with a ER physician who is qualified to educate me on the condition, and follow his orders. But I am not allowed to ring out at the register for another 30+min because I need a consult, and I am still in a lot of pain. Who made these people Doctors anyway? When the "consult woman" arrived, I demanded to pay, and I have already received instructions. This woman knows nothing about my condition, or history. BTW I am a Doctor in hospice healthcare! I will be speaking to the County Health Dept. and an attorney. read more

I was in line before two other women who went to the self checkout and Frank help one of them before I was checked out. I told him I was in line before both of them and he still went to help them leaving me to wait. I thought it was first come first serve so I feel that I should been helped before he went to help the lady at the self checkout. Also it was over an hour for my pictures to processed so I had to wait even longer. I'm not very happy today. When I walked in the store I asked if their benadryl was locked up. The cashier said yes. I asked how do I go about getting it, and they said just go back there and ask someone. (Very vague) So I make my way back and see no one to ask except the pharmacist. I asked the pharmacist if someone could unlock the benadryl. They acted like I was crazy and rudely said it's right there on the bottom shelf. Evidently I was misinformed about it being locked up. Then I saw only a CVS brand so I took it back to the pharmacist and asked if this was equal to benadryl. The one who answered yes, said it like they hated to even have to speak to me. Then I proceeded to go pay. I thought they really don't want to be bothered by me so I'll try to use the automatic check out and just get out of here. I had never used one before. Sure enough, it said you need assistance because you are buying medicine and require an age check wait one moment and someone will assist you. I waited. There was a person just a few feet from me straightening a shelf. The light was flashing and no one came. So I waited in line. It was the worst service I've had in a long time. That will be the last time I set foot in that store. There's plenty of other drug stores! read more

I am a working father 13 hour a day and I can never get my medication from this place. I stop in at Fullerton location at 7a they don't open till 9a. I stop in this on grove location at 1:45p they are closed for lunch. Wtf. Your name is CVS pharmacy and your pharmacy closes for lunch. This is piss pour customer service. I'm pulling all my family orders going to Walgreens. I have gone into over 4 locations and there is s as always some reason there pharmacy is closed. Received a text message a week ago stating my medication will be ready on Feb 4, 2021. Called pharmacy and they stated It would be ready at 1 on 2/4/2021. Then 30 minutes later they called and said it would be ready on 2/6/2021. I have never had a problem with this CVS except when dropping off and even though nobody is in line or waiting for meds it still takes them 3 hrs to fill. Really disappointing especially when they would not explain why it can't be filled today. They tried to blame my insurance so called my insurance and they stated it was already approved for refill. My go-to in case of emergency coffee spot. Always clean and the deals vary but you'll find something you like. Irene always greets and goes out of her way to make sure you are being taken care of. I will never go to this location again. There was a sign on the cooler stating the milk was in the back due to maintenance and to ask an associate for help. I found a guy to get a gallon of milk for me. He asked what kind, I said 1% or 2%. 10 minutes later he returns with a gallon of fat free and a gallon of whole milk and asked which one I wanted. I told him that neither was what I asked for. He rolled his eyes at me and just stood there. I said I guess I will take the fat free and went to check out. Charlene rang up my purchases. I paid after she scanned my coupons. Then she handed back one of the coupons saying the register told her to give it back because it wasn't used. I asked her why not ? She said I don't know. I told her there was a sign next to the product alerting everyone of the 30% off coupon available. I doubled checked the date and product. there was no restrictions or reason it should be declined. Why can't I use it ? She said I don't know and asked me if I wanted to return the item. I said no, i just wanted to know what the problem was because that sign on the shelf influenced my purchase. She then shoved my items at me for me to put in my shopping bag and started ringing up the next person while I was still standing there. This isn't the first time Charlene has been rude. I have seen her acting pissy with other customers before. She seriously needs some customer service training. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! First time customer and it took me two weeks to get my prescription first they told me that the prescription was sent back to the doctors office because they needed a clarification in the directions but one bothered to notified me. Wasn't until I called to follow up that I found out that there was a problem with my RX they say that they have called the doctors office and left message. I asked if anybody had actually asked to speak with the nurse and the answer was NO. I asked them to please try again. they did but this time they sent a fax and again no one followed up. 5 days later I called back really upset and I asked them to please call the doctors office and ask to speak with the nurse or the Dr. because I was running out of medication and I needed my medication ASAP they told me that they were going to do it to call back the next day again I waited three days and nothing happened. The excuse this time was that they run out of the medication and the only person allowed to reorder more was on VACATIONS!!!!! Unbelievable...... I will never go back to this pharmacy.... read more

They were not ready at 9:00am to take me. I was in a hurry. It took them 10 more minutes to open etc. if you open at 9 that means you can take me at 9. It doesn't mean come in at 9 then put your stuff away and wait until 9:10 to take customers. Sorry but I'm going some place else. read more

Workers in front were friendly when I walked in, they greeted me with a smile unfortunately I was headed to the pharmacy. The pharmacy technician that "helped" me was Rosie. She was extremely RUDE! I've given her prescriptions before and KNOW she speaks English and some Spanish so I spoke to her in spanish and her demeanor was instantly one of annoyance and insolence. She should be sacked! When I asked if she would call the doctor she responded by saying, "Why would I do that?" And I couldn't believe what I had just heard. It makes me so upset because as a pharmacy technician she should be courteous, patient, and as helpful as possible I mean SERIOUSLY the people that go to you have physical and emotional pain every day, and now they have to deal with rude technicians like Rosie? I am not one to complain about service, or people or any kind of customer service or retail places, because I know how difficult it is to work in one. The stress, the rude customers, the managers and coworkers you just can't deal with. It's overwhelming sometimes. I've grown up going to this cvs. The employees have always been extremely friendly and don't make you feel uncomfortable. But lately, maybe the last 4 times I've gone (I usually go in the afternoons) there's been an older man, grey hair, glasses, crazy look in his eye, maybe a manager. The first time I encountered him, he was very rude to me, and as I was leaving I noticed him yelling at one of the employees (a sweet elderly woman) 1. You don't yell at your employees, much less yell at them in front of people. 2. You don't disrespect women like that. The next few times I've come in, he's in his usual grumpy mood. Today was the last straw, this guy really ticked me off. He was going off complaining to one of the employees in front of a line of people, yelling at one of the girls about not doing one of the tasks when clearly she was helping a huge line of people without assistance, she kept her cool, bit he continued yelling at her as she's helping someone out. So rude. So then I went outside sat against my car making a phone call and he comes out, pulls out his cigarette, and blows the smoke towards me. He proceeded then walked away and spit on the ground and started kicking around trash. I found this extremely harmful and wrong. I'll stop ranting now, it seems petty but I know he makes everyone uncomfortable too, including his employees. I can't wait to walk in there again the day he gets fired, that'll be a joyous day for everyone I'm sure. read more

He treats customers very horrible and has NO respect for his fellow employees. I think he may be one of the managers but I don't understand why. The store is conveniently located for me, so I go there often. I get all my prescriptions there and have never had any problems receiving them. They have a cool text messaging system that alerts you when you have a refill to pick up, and when your prescriptions are ready. The store is nice and clean and the staff have been friendly. One downside is that they're a bit too pricey for me. I would recommend though for anything regarding medicine and health though as they have a wide selection than a Target or Walmart would; not to mention their pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and helpful. read more

If I could give less stars I would. Horrible pharmacy. Had my prescriptions sent here for convenance. Worst mistake ever. Lines are always 5 people long. Started my journey at 10AM. Back and forth between my doctor and them. Finally had my doctor call and talk directly with the pharmacist. CVS told my doctor 30 minutes. Walked into CVS 1 hour later and they told me they couldn't find my prescription. They told me they were waiting on my doctor. I told them no. It's been cleared up. Told them everything that had happened and even told them the "dosage" they were waiting on. Then was told ok I found it. It'll be 30 minutes. When I let him know they already told me 30 minutes 1 hour ago he replied I don't know why they would tell you that. They don't know our wait time. I replied the pharmacist on the phone told my doctor that. Head down said sorry but it'll be 30 minutes. I have other prescriptions to fill ahead of you. I know I'm not the only one getting prescriptions but don't tell me 30 minutes when you're not even going to input the information. Definitely transferring my prescription back to rite aide. read more

They were so helpful and called me to tell me that my medication wasn't going to be in until the following week but they had just enough to last me until then. But they called back minutes later to tell me the medication was expired and didn't want to give them to me. But before they called to tell me that, they had already called the nearest cvs pharmacy two miles the opposite way to make sure that they had the medicine I needed, as they did. so she made it available for me almost instantly. They helped me more than I could have asked for. Great customer service!! read more
