    All of the excess paper on my photo

    I ordered photos to be printed, I had to wait 10 min to talk to someone. The. when I received my pictures they didn't even finish cutting them out.

    The Pharmacy and shopping experience for today's visit was good. There was some wait for both the Pharmacy line and regular checkout lines.

    Bought vitamins for newborn on Dec. 3 2021, the expiration date was Nov. 1 2021. Also, the whole shelf was expired, which I pointed out to the staff. That's all you need to know about CVS. Btw , these vitamins are twice as cheaper on Amazon, don't thank, I'm here to help.

    Awful slowest pharmacy. 40 minutes in drive thru. Only 3 cars were ahead in line. Never letting another rx come here..

My doctor told me to get 2 shots 6 months apart but they said 3 shots 2 of them within 1 month and the last 6 months later. After looking online it seems my doctor was right. It really doesn't look good when you allow someone to schedule an appointment, don't have the medicine when they show up and give them bad information. Its you're job to keep good records and I saw plenty of evidence of bad record keeping.

Inside, I went to produce and found that their cosmic crisp apples looked horrible, so I thought about just leaving and going to the Benson store, where I know they have good produce. But I stayed and moved down my list until had everything else but orange juice and oat milk. I looked and looked around the refrigerated areas and found nothing. I saw an employee and asked her, and she directed me to oatmeal and the bottled juice aisle. I said refrigerated orange juice, and she said they have the frozen stuff. When I said, "You don't have refrigerated orange juice?", she actually slowed her speech to repeat that they have frozen orange juice. It was clear she thought I was an idiot for expecting more. Who doesn't have refrigerated orange juice? I didn't bother asking again about the oat milk. Then I did something I'm not proud of... I left my cart exactly where it was and left the store. I wasted half an hour in there and now I have to go to another grocery store. The closest Fred Meyer to my house was shuttered last year, and it was twice the quality as this one. Renton Center, never again.

    The management team here at this Target (Renton) needs to be improved. Here's how and why:…read more May 27,2026. I placed my order through the Target app the night before and selected curbside pickup for today around noon. Before arriving, I properly used the app to notify the store that I was on my way, as instructed. I arrived within approximately 10 minutes and parked in the designated curbside pickup area. I then waited more than 15 minutes without any communication, update, or assistance from staff. During this time, I observed numerous other vehicles arrive after me, receive their orders, and leave, while my order was completely ignored. Concerned that there may have been an issue, I called the store for assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who answered the phone was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of apologizing, checking the status of my order, or attempting to help, he responded with: "Why don't you just go inside and get your stuff?" That response completely defeats the purpose of offering curbside pickup and reflects extremely poor customer service. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay, provide an explanation, or make any effort to correct the situation. I understand that stores become busy and delays can occur. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and basic respect. What made this experience especially disappointing was not just the wait itself, but the lack of accountability and the rude attitude displayed when I attempted to seek assistance. This experience left me frustrated enough to leave without receiving my order. I believe the employees responsible for curbside fulfillment and customer service at this location need better training in communication, professionalism, and customer care. * Addition Concern Regarding Incorrect Pickup Confirmation. To make matters even more concerning, after I left the store without receiving my order, I later received an email from Target at 12:11 PM indicating that my order had been marked as "picked up" at the Renton location. This information is inaccurate. I did not receive my order, nor did I authorize any individual to collect it on my behalf. I left the store dissatisfied after waiting without assistance and after experiencing unprofessional treatment from the employee with whom I spoke by phone. Receiving an incorrect pickup confirmation raises significant concerns regarding order handling, verification procedures, and accountability at this location. ** Customers should be able to rely on Target's pickup system to accurately reflect whether an order has in fact been received by the intended customer.

No one ever answered at any location, any department I decided to go to the Renton Landing since no one answered the phone. Needless to say I didn't find what I was looking for. I went to Customer Service and the Lady who helped me did tell me they are under staffed but not hiring, smh. She also found the item I was looking for and what location I could buy it at since no one answers the phone, ever. She also told me she couldn't call because they don't have direct numbers to reach other stores.

    I'm not impressed with CVS at all. Whenever I call in a prescription to be refilled, I get a…read morerecorded message letting me know it's on hold waiting for me. Obviously, I know this because I called it in. Secondly, it borders on harassment when I get a recorded message EVERY DAY until I pick up my prescription. Can we say overkill? it's ridiculous. Plus, there has been once when I called in a prescription (two days in advance) and when I went in to pick it up, all I get is a blank look and the person telling me, "We never received a phone call to get that prescription refilled." Bullshit. I always call in my prescriptions at least 2 days in advance. Sometimes 3 when they need a doctor's authorization. I told the person that I need it right now. I'm not leaving without it. Today, I picked up 2 prescriptions. I complained, once again about the recorded messages. I've called in twice before complaining about this. But apparently, they don't listen. So, when I told the lady this, all I get as an answer is, "well, we don't have any control over that". Once again, I call bullshit. So, because of this, I plan on taking my business elsewhere. Then I won't have to deal with ineptness and the constant recorded message about picking up my prescriptions every day.
