Used profanity and racially derogatory language. At approximately 3:40 PM on March 16, 2026, my brother and I visited the 7-Eleven located at 20008 International Blvd in SeaTac. After my brother completed his purchase and asked for a bag, I finished my purchase and the clerk did not give me my change. When I asked for it, he claimed my change was used for a bag given to my brother. He never mentioned or told my brother there was a fee for the bag. I told him my purchase had nothing to do with his purchase. The clerk began yelling and using profanity, telling my brother to "get the fuck out of my store." During the confrontation he also used racially derogatory language, referring to my brother as a "black motherfucker." This escalated what should have been a simple issue about change and a bag. If he responded nicely, my brother would've paid for the bag. At one point the clerk also reached as though he might be drawing a gun, which made the situation feel threatening. I attempted to calm the situation and told both of them the argument was not worth escalating, but the clerk continued using profanity and again told us to "get the fuck out of my store," while claiming he was the owner. I am sharing this because customers should not be subjected to profanity, racial insults, or threatening behavior over a routine purchase. Regardless of whether this person is an employee or the owner, this interaction was unacceptable and extremely concerning. I'm also asking anyone who could be subject to racial slurs, to not patronize this store. read more

This was the only place that has some food/snacks that was closer to where I was staying. They offer pizza slices (Cheese or Pepperoni), Taquitos, Hotdogs. I had a slice of cheese pizza and it was decent. I also bought Egg salad sandwich, chips and chocolate milk. Surprisingly a busy store at around 9:30pm. The staff were so-so. read more

Located in a residential neighborhood and with a few large hotels in the vicinity, I stopped here for a late night snack and a beer. The coolers are full and well stocked with national and imported brands. Nothing local that I could see. Great choices in savory and sweet snacks. I considered getting a hot dog but the stuff rolling on the grill looked like it had been there a long while and this was only 8:00 PM. I decided not to. Service was good. The store is a little crowded and could use a good cleaning but it's a 7-Eleven and it fills the need. A-OK. read more

Bad Customer Service with bad attitude . Not Cleaned. Sticky floors. Employee didn't give a crap about who is in the store. Just chatting with his friend loudly in front of customers. On a short unexpected layover due to East coast weather phenomena wanted to get a soda pop. Just before I checked out I saw the hotdogs warmers with hot dogs and some other strange rolls. I wanted to get my baseball memories back by having a hot dog on a buns just like the ball parks.....boy was I wrong. After having the hot dogs few hours later I was hugging the damn toilet and throwing up . I got food poisoning. Not sure how long they had those dogs rolling around on the warmer.......it should be reported to the health department . Damn for the f-sake to the owners of this facility don't poison your paying customers. If you decide to sell foods take pride on what you are selling as fresh not sure how long the damn hotdogs been rolling around. The pizza, the Wings all the items in the warmer looked very rough. Walked in for a Soda Pop ended up hugging a toilet. Am glad I got to hiff it out of my system. Didn't sleep at all. What a shit hole. Beware to all customers what you wish for....... This 7-11 has a nice location tho, sits by a neighborhood in Kennydale. Always got what I came for( Buffalo/plain wings 5 for $4.99). Actually, the guys here on day shifts are much better than the night shift so called "a**holes." A-ok to me. read more

I come to this 7-Eleven often and never had problems until today. I bought food which came to about $10, I handed a $20 and got $1 and change back... This is basically the closest 7-11 to the airport, so who know's what you'll get when you show up here. It's your usual 7-11 though. The employees here are friendly, & at other times when its busy they look like they could give a damn. The only 7-11 I've been to in the US that sells Ethiopian flatbread (injera) and fresh onions, which appears to be their most popular item. The staff here has always been friendly to me, and efficient. This location is conveniently located to several hotels and stays busy, but I've never had much of a wait for service. read more

Whether before work or after work, this is the spot to get your fix! Cold drinks hot drinks, a sandwich for lunch or fresh pizza, 7-11 has it all! This store is a little smaller than most but it is almost always busy. The guys who work here are usually pretty friendly and provide great service. Since finding the 7-11 app, I heve fallen on love with their deals. They are always coming out with new snacks to tempt you too (the hash brown things they have now are amazing!). The Cons: The neighborhood in which this location is in. The clientele can be unfavorable at times. The aisles get easily crowded since this store is pretty small. The ATM doesn't always work. I just bought a bottle of wine at this store. I went to open the bottle and the entire top came of with one pull of the corkscrew. The bottle must have been dropped and was not noticed by staff. I brought the bottle back to the store and the attendant would not help, disclose his manager or replace the bottle of wine. i asked for the managers name and the rick singh would not write down the name. Mr. Bithu is the worse man i have ever encounter working in convenience store. I asked for a receipt he gave me a shitty look why im asking for one. I got $20 from the atm machine in the store and asked if i can get change he said NO. No sell no change, i was shocked because i just purchased $30 worth of items there. I gave $20 and bought an energy drink where he charged me $8.26 i was in a rush because my shuttle was waiting i looked at the receipt it said $0.00 sale. I asked for an extra plastic bag because the stuff in the bag were heavy he said it cost extra. I walked right outside my bag broke and the bottle of wine shattered. I went back in he said sorry not responsible for ur wine. He said he will sell me another one. I felt humiliated the way he talked to me and the way i was treated. People in line said to him why ur working here if your so misserable. I believe his a thief. He pockets money and treats people like shit. He refuses to give out receipts for transactions.
