First she looked at them and said I'd have to return them to a superstore. I told her I bought at Walmart market store in hurst and had the receipt. Then she looked at the receipt and said she couldn't read it, and requested my credit card. Then when she found them on the credit card she took them out of the boxes and studied them. Told me she wouldn't refund them because they looked "used" but I could drive over to the other store and they would refund them. Hello...it's Walmart! Less than $10 in appliance light bulbs. And NOT used. She obviously wasn't interested in helping since the very first thing she said to me was I would have to return them to a Super Walmart. I'm a regular in this location and have never encountered an employee like this there. She needs to be retrained in customer service if she's going to be handling the job.

Well for one I'm a dasher meaning I door dash anyway I they updated there system and now door dash…read morered shop and dash card gets declined on every order so now I have to so if your a dasher and you run into this problem Don't bother with having them see the problem cuz it seems like it's not there problem in the sense that they are inclined to do anything about and when I asked him about what was the reason for the decline they proceeded to tell me our system doesn't give out that information which I know that's BS. I know things get extremely busy for this store due to the heavy populous of residents, but they move efficiently and are always precise filling requests from my primary physician and//or doctor's clincs. I've never had to question this. The staff is always friendly and professional, and I think some people don't understand the thousands of requests, drive-thru customers and calls they receive which is a bit insensitive, so I'd like to just sing their praises for the excellent job I witness them doing for our area. You gentlemen and ladies are sincerely incredible! I'd like for corporate Walgreens to know and hear this from a customer who's been patronizing them for over 15 years now. It's so easy to be negative, but much more grateful when we are not focused just on ourselves as residents. * What might be most helpful, for Walgreens corporate management to consider building another much-needed store-facility on Basswood close to the CVS that's also in the area to increase customer support. My collection of an order was with them for several days before I contacted them, and when I went to retrieve it, they placed it with the outgoing FedEx mail. Fortunately, FedEx returned it several days later, but I was unable to give dvd's to my family that was in town. I never received a call from a Manager apologizing for the inconvenience. When I did speak to a Manager a few days later he wasn't sympathetic at all. Once again, I had an order sent from Imemories, and this store did not inform me that it had arrived. Consequently, I will no longer place orders from this location. On a positive note, the employees who work at the front door are all very friendly. Additionally, a lady named Sam is exceptional.

I was asking for just a few days worth of each medicine to get me through the week. The pharmacist came out and said they are just going to refill them ahead of time. They contacted the Walgreens in Georgetown where I normally get my meds filled, confirmed my info, and shortly after I was done. Thanks to the pharmacist, and thanks to Karla for taking care of my need. We need more people, and customer concerned businesses in this country.
