This pharmacy is the worst! Customer service is bad and you have to wait hours for a prescription. There have been times when they told me my prescription would be ready, I'd go a day later and they'd tell me they had no prescriptions for me. They've even lost one of my prescriptions. this place definitely deserves all the one star reviews. the people in the pharmacy literally don't know how to answer the phone and we've had doctors call us and tell us THEY can't even get a hold of the pharmacy. we always get put on hold for 20 min+ i even got stuck in the drive through line for an hour after not being able to get a hold of them. they literally suck so bad. read more

While picking up my prescription I witness the most cringe worthy argument between two employees. I've never seen anything like it. An employee stopped assisting me to argue with her coworker about an unrelated issue. Then turned back to me and was rude to ME!? I was just giving my information to get my prescription. I only used this location due to the convenience of it due to running other errands. Next time I'll drive out of my way to go to a different one!!! read more

My experience over several years has been excellent! The pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient. The prescription prices are reasonable which are dictated by each individuals insurance what we pay out of pocket. Should there be an issue with a prescription, the staff call to keep me informed. How I wish all my prescriptions could be filled at this pharmacy! read more

I actually liked this pharmacy because it carried my sons medicine which not a lot of pharmacies carried. After today I will never come back to this pharmacy. Man at the front counter was very nice but when i had questions he went to the back to talk to the pharmacist and she refused to come to the counter and talk to me. She made him "deal" with me and best believe I let them know I didn't appreciate the rude customer service. Not sure if they even care judging by the eye roll she gave me. I wasn't able to catch a glimpse of her name but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has complained about her. read more

The clerks and managers of the store are great but the pharmacy is the worst! I went in yesterday to fill a new prescription (for a serious chronic condition) and wasn't given any instructions on taking the medication, even though the bag I was handed stated "New Prescription, Consult Required" in bold letters. When I insisted on talking to the pharmacist, she told me the instructions were printed on the bottle and walked away. I asked about drug interactions and she told me if I was concerned to call my doctor. I was the only person inside the store and there was one person in the drive through lane. I've never had a pharmacist refuse to give a consult before, it's an appalling lack of professional diligence. Thanks to Dr. Google I found out there are 8 over the counter drugs I can not take while this medication. Adverse drug reactions are the 4th leading cause of death in the United States, if you don't want to be a causality I would suggest filling your prescription elsewhere. read more

At least 50% of the time they do not have my meds in stock when I drop off a prescription. No shit. 50% of the time. And when they are out of stock it can take a week to get it. Crappy, crappy pharmacy. Horrible customer service too. Few staff members speak with unbroken english. It's literally difficult to decipher what they say to me. As far as stock outs, I have been taking these maintenance drugs for years. They ought to know that I come every 90 days and their inventory management should assure that they have the med on the shelf. Additionally, when they do have the med, oftentimes they don't have enough to completely fill the script. So they partially fill it and I have to come back, usually 4 or 5 days later when their shipment comes in on Tuesday and go through the whole hassle again to get the remainder of my script filled. Another thing - their computer systems always go down. These guys are an absolutely pathetic piss poor representation of what a business should be in the 21st century. Drive the 3 miles to go to Walgreen's. Yes you still have the wait, but at least they always have my meds on the shelf. CVS has become like WalMart to me. It is one of those businesses that I have to REALLY have an urgent need to go there or else I avoid them like the plague. I do not spend one penny more with them than I have to. And my bad experience with this CVS has polluted my opinion of all CVS's. Now, I stay out of ALL of them. These guys just don't give a damn. read more

This Pharmacy could not be any worse if the Pharmacists and the Clerks got up three hours early every day and made an effort to be the worst. They don't give a damn and the customer service is terrible, and has been for a long time. The only reason I haven't gone somewhere else is because it's so conveniently located on my drive to and from work. I have no idea how there isn't some oversight from a large company like this that would weed out whomever the bad actors are and fire them. The lack of leadership in the management ranks is evident and on display and the bad attitude spreads to the young clerks. It could be that they are understaffed in the pharmacy and the employees simply hate their jobs. They are slow, rude and they have a smug attitude. I'm taking my business to Walgreens where they either hire genuinely polite people, or they train their employees to be professional and to focus on providing good customer service. Anyone that doubts this post, call the pharmacyand see if anyone answers within the first 10-15 minutes. Some companies that are busy will at least answer and tell you that they are busy before making you wait on hold; not this place. Even when you stand in line inside the store, you hear a constant "Pharmacy you have a call", Pharmacy you have a call", Pharmacy you have a call", over and over through the PA system, but they ALL just ignore it. Good riddance to that place, I'm moving on. read more
