Over the week of the 4th of July, I waited for over a week to get all of my (5) Rxs filled, and I had to call my cardiologist office twice, and then Walmart twice to get everthing filled. I was told that they were VERY busy before the holiday, though I don't understand why that would be...... Be that as it may, the real problem I have is as follows: The automatic computer / text / reminders / do not tell the whole story, and give misleading and false information, as follows: First off, the entire week, this system was telling me that one of my Rxs was expired, which it was not. Then it sent me a text saying that 2 of my Rxs were ready for pickup. Then it said that two Rxs were ready for pickup, but did not specify which two. Whent I called, I asked about it, and was told that 4 of the 5 Rxs were ready. Never did the system tell me that ALL 5 Rxs were ready for pickup. Very confusing, irritating, and completely inadeqate.

One that doesn't ask what you're wanting treated, what pain you may have, focus areas, inn fact he doesn't say anything. I have then been left trying to repair the drops that harm my spine. I try to avoid this doctor but now have been tricked into seeing him if I do go to this location. I believe this location purposefully chooses not to disclose which doctor is working unless you walk through the door. They have also waited until I was nearly around the corner facing the doctor before saying "Dr. *****" is working. With skeletal issues that should be handled with care and compassion; I cannot afford to allow this clinic to further harm me. Update: The day this review was written there the app showed doctors at all surrounding The Joint Chiropractic. This location, although open, displayed no doctors name. I have searched their social media high and low for schedule only to get one ever few months. Since this post this clinic has since started showing their schedule.
