The employees are pleasant enough and like I said it's convenient because it's close by. Since the Rite Aid's have all shut down, I have been coming to the Kroger pharmacy for many of my prescriptions, and I must say I really like their pharmacy department. They are very informative, polite, expedient, and convenient.

Recently moved to Washington Twp. and this Kroger's is…read moreslowly becoming my favorite. While it's not as big as the other 2 nearby, it is sufficient for all my Kroger needs. The store is clean, organized and the staff that I've encountered is always friendly. Self check-out employees are are super friendly also. This location has recently added 6 more self check lanes. I've never had a long wait checking out, not even on the weekends but now the small wait is even less with more lanes added. What I love most about this location is the many managers special sections. I've scored so many amazing mark down it's truly like hitting the grocery lottery! Check out my pictures for all the fabulous finds. My favorite discount was when I found 4oz of smoked salmon pastrami for only $1.99! This stuff is regular price $8.49 and I got it for under $2! Yes, I cleared the cooler and bought all 4 packages they had. This location is awesome for some deep discounts. For that reason, along with the friendly employees and quick checkout, I'll continue to come here weekly, if not more. I'd like to shout out to the meat guys Dale and Robert. They are super welcoming and always make it a point to say HI and ask me how I'm doing. Dale especially is awesome! I appreciate these 2 great employees! Definitely recommend this Kroger's and I'll continue to be a loyal customer.

Two Walgreens here. I stopped using the one on Livernois and transferred to 1490 N Rochester Rd…read more Rochester. They have GREAT difficulty filling a complete prescription for me in a timely manner. I hate to get down to my last pill and be told "we will get a delivery tomorrow after 3pm." GREAT. Another trip back then the container may be half filled "due to the manufacturer?!?" I have transferred many of my prescriptions to a mail order pharmacy in Southfield. This works great!

The automated call system is horrible. I just had a tonsillectomy as an adult and it's the worst…read morepain I've ever experienced and very hard to talk. I had my husband leave a voicemail yesterday and I didn't get a call back until today, I tried answering and have to whisper it hurts so bad. The pharmacist kept making me repeat myself and told me I called the wrong pharmacy, which I did. I started crying because of the pain and trying to express that I needed help and to have this refilled as soon as possible I didn't really care which pharmacy refilled it. He didn't offer to help or offer any sympathy whatsoever. He hung up on me. I hate CVS and will never return.

This Meijer pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced.. I went to fill my…read moregrandpa's discharge medication, but did not have his insurance information with me. I asked them to contact his other pharmacy that he goes to in order to get it and they refused to do so. I was told that it was my responsibility to do so, all while I'm tending to my grandpa who has just been released from the hospital. To top it off, I called Walmart to get my prescriptions transferred. They assured me that it would be no problem. I called back to verify whether or not they were able to transfer them and I was told that Meijer had refused to transfer out the prescriptions. So now my prescriptions were held hostage and the pharmacist did not want to transfer them out because he cares about his prescription count that pharmacies measure for growth (and obviously, bonuses being paid) as opposed to caring for the patients. I highly do not recommend this pharmacy. There is a rite aid and a Walgreens on the corners across the street from here. Check them out first before ever stepping foot in any Meijer pharmacy.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Shelby Township (26 Mile & Van…read moreDyke). On June 27, my doctor sent in a prescription for 270 capsules. On June 29, I received an online notification that only 15 capsules were ready. I called the pharmacy at 5:18 PM and was told the online portal was incorrect -- that the full 270 capsules were ready for pickup. When I went to the pharmacy on July 3, I waited 10 minutes in line, only to have the pharmacy tech unable to find the prescription. She brought in the pharmacist, Mary, who said it was ready and asked me to take a seat while she retrieved it. After waiting another 18 minutes, it became obvious that the prescription was not ready at all. I approached the counter to express my frustration, and instead of listening, Mary repeatedly talked over me and wouldn't let me speak. When I finally managed to get a word in, she told me she "wasn't going to listen" and walked away down an aisle -- clearly avoiding the conversation. Before leaving, she had the audacity to tell me to transfer all of my prescriptions away from Walgreens. This behavior is completely unprofessional and disrespectful -- especially from someone responsible for handling patients' medications. I've been a loyal Walgreens customer, but after this outrageous experience, I am seriously considering transferring all of my prescriptions to a pharmacy that values accuracy, accountability, and basic customer respect.

I drove cross town for a minute clinic appointment for a covid test, it had to be scheduled online…read moreonly. I needed a quick test for an outpatient procedure. I had a 6:20pm appointment tonight. Arrived at 6:10pm. Drove over 35 minutes to get to this location since we could get in for a late appointment. Received and email and text updates to come inside and sign in at the kiosk. My husband spoke to the woman at the minute clinic. She informed us that the covid test is only done at the pharmacy and they were done for the day. I said we scheduled it online at CVS, specifically for Covid, she was nice and apologetic and suggested other urgent cares nearby. All were closed for the evening. I appreciate that the staff helped me but CVS needs to update their online Covid scheduling if they can't fulfill their appointment on their end. How irksome to have to drive cross town and through traffic when the online Covid appointment is a ruse. Poorly done!
