Parking- that was tricky. There is plenty parking not that, something about the directions to park is weird and compact. Its not free flowing and spacious and for a driving 'expert' like me - a little challenging.... lol... well, that won't stop me from going there again if I need to.... like Vegan Omega 3 comes back in stock...!

As I walked back to my car, I looked up and noticed a curbside employee standing there, leaning on a cart instead of helping the coworker who was actually loading another customer's groceries. She was watching me with a smile that made me feel uncomfortable. I was just minding my own business. I simply said, "Bye!" because I didn't know what else to say. As I got into my car, she and the other employee laughed together. I can't say for certain what they were laughing about, but after the way the interaction felt, it left me feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. As a Black woman, I couldn't ignore how uncomfortable it felt to have two white female employees standing there watching me while I was simply going about my business. I have no way of knowing what they were thinking or laughing about, but after the interaction, I left feeling singled out and judged. In the world we live in today, those dynamics matter, and perception matters in customer service. Every customer deserves to feel respected and welcome. Meanwhile, the Black male curbside employee who brought me my order was working hard, going back and forth to help customers, while the two white female employees seemed to have plenty of time to stand around. Seeing one employee focused on serving customers while the others appeared more interested in watching me only added to my frustration. I appreciate employees who take pride in their work, and I wish everyone at this location demonstrated that same level of professionalism and respect. This experience is frustrating because it's not just about this one interaction. I've also received expired and damaged items from this location on more than one occasion. The convenience of curbside shopping is great, but when you combine product quality issues with poor customer service, it becomes a headache instead of a convenience. I've actually driven to the Sienna H-E-B because the customer service there has been noticeably better. I'm not someone who only leaves negative reviews. I also make a point to recognize great employees and businesses when they deserve it. I just hope this location takes customer feedback seriously because no one should leave feeling uncomfortable after simply picking up their groceries. H-E-B has built its reputation on taking care of Texans, and I hope this location reflects those values by ensuring every customer is treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect.

The photo online was good, but when I got it printed at CVS, it had all these watermarks all over which made the photo useless for the purpose it was taken in the first place. Worse thing, the lady there was just not willing to accept that her prints were not good. She has she has been printing all day and only mine came like that. That didn't make any sense because I printed it again the very next minute and the smudges in the background were exactly in the same spots....now that is not a coincidence ! A lady in the photo shop named Louise was understanding and took time to give me suggestions on the different cards available at Walgreens. Thank you Louise for helping this frantic old grandmother leave with a box of graduation announcements with pictures on both sides that are beautiful. My grandson and my daughter couldn't believe that I had done that in no longer than an hour. I had to admit that without Louise I could not have completed this assignment. I only went in to grab a few cases of water and found my self in the strangest line with several openings to get in a line for self checkout. Usually, there is one line that leads to all registers, however in this case there was one line that lead to several checkout registers, that I felt like the customers should have been able to just walk up to, however that was not the case. By far the worst experience I've had within a CVS. If I could give this store location negative stars I would, but I guess this 1 star will suffice. I am not in the habit of posting negative reviews but in this case the associate "Basel" should be relieved of his duties ASAP and never return to any customer facing position for all of eternity. When forced to use self-check out my paper coupon wouldn't scan. I asked the associate "Basel" if he wanted me to cancel the transaction. . . to quote him, "there's 3 of us and only 1 of him I'd just have to wait". I apologized to the lady behind me as she was waiting. I continued to wait until he decided to come over, muttering about how he was the only one who can cancel it. I asked for his name, and was told "it's B-A-S-E-L Basel for when I complain". Funny, I wasn't going to complain because I understand challenging days in the service industry; but then when I said I get it we all have bad days and I used to work in patient care and customer service, he then says I can save my lecture because he doesn't even want to be here and he doesn't need it. I said well we all need our jobs, and Basel then says, " I don't need this job, I only work 1 day per month, I didn't even want to be here". At this point I cancelled the transaction, and confirmed his name, and Mr. Snide Basel goes on to say it's more important I get his name right then anything else. I'd like to point out he was not wearing a store ID, and by far is the worst customer service/ sales associate I have encountered. If he didn't "need" this job he could have done everyone a solid and called-in. CVS should do him the favor and the community a favor and FIRE him IMMEDIATELY. I never wish anyone to lose their job, given the climate but this young man needs to get his life together and never work people facing again in life!
