I normally shop here and love the pharmacy dept but I went to the manager about 4 months ago and reported that the equate dual action was expired. she acted like she really didn't care. so I went to the shelf and pick up 6 boxes and brought them to her. she said oh my gos! I said who is responsible to restock shelves. she said she would look into it. so today I went to pick up my meds from the pharmacy and decided to pick up another box of the dual action, hoping to have a different result and they were still on the shelf expired. Well it's true, but that's reviews in general. For me, Walmart will usually score 3. It's an evil company, in so many ways. It's also the only affordable place for many of us for many things. And then it all comes down to whether they have the stuff they say they have, whether it takes you 7 hours to get out or whether they have self-check out open, and even though you know it's going to have awful service, how awful is awful? This one is middle of the road. It's hard to get to, in a zoo on the side of Hwy 6 in Missouri City near Sugar Land, but so are many Walmarts because of parking lot traffic, and it's not at all bad, usually. read more

I am really upset at Walmart.com. My idenity was stolen on 9-30-2025 from a dental office who sent spyware to my computer. My entire computer had my passwords and user names stolen. After I got my computer back following spyware removal, I went site by site to change my information. Target sent my new credit card to the hacker and changed my address and phone number on my credit report but that was nothing compaired to Walmart. I needed to order items for a child for Christmas from outreach ministry and they were found only at Walmart especially Walmart.com. I had all my orderes canceled and the 800 number was so rude they removed my cell phone and other items from Walmart.com and reported me to their main fraud department. I was told in 48 hours the fraud department would call my home phone as they removed other contact information. Of course they did not. I wrote strongly worded letters to the main fraud department and the CEO and enclosed the police report and other items and even stated that they should order what the child wanted. In the meantime I did they best I could to find similar items. It is my understanding that Walmart will file fraud charges against me the vicitm. I will never enter a Walmart and feel that they should be subject to a nationwide boycot on how they treat vicitims of a cybercrime. They have no goal except to make us feel worse than nobdy and cause a panic attack which they did. Honestly, the government site for Identiy Theft is shut down and so should Walmart! read more

Wow... shocked at so many low reviews but honestly, so many people have a small issue and automatically 1-star? Doesn't seem fair. Anyways, stopped here to grab some car polish. This was our first time here and we were pleasantly surprised to see how NEW this Walmart looked. (Love new! The Pearland Broadway Walmart is old and dirty). Store was clean, including the restrooms. Nothing was in disarray. It's always a bit confusing going into a new Walmart due to the layout being completely different than the one we're used to but we were able to easily find the car section. There were MANY car items that were deeply discounted. Unfortunately, our item wasn't. In fact, it was almost .50 more than I was expecting. Ah well. We also checked out the clearance aisle. Prices here were great! Some items had a good $15+ off! Next, we wandered over to the grocery side. Picked up a couple items that I needed to get. Everything we needed was in stock. I don't recall interacting with any employees other than the greeter who was friendly. We self checked out. I actually prefer self checkouts. I know another reviewer complained about having to "work for Walmart" by using the self checkouts and thus, gave a 1-star. (Sigh). Well, I like to make sure the prices ring up correctly and sometimes the cashiers do it so fast, prices are missed. I don't see the big deal. The Walmart Neighborhood market near us switched to ONLY self checkout. Anyways, we liked it here. We'll be back. read more

I like the choices you have in the store but it seems that they are out of things more often than not and I understand the trucks might not have come in. Just tell me the right day it is coming in so when I come back I am not told a different day by someone else that says this is the day trucks always come in and I wasted diesel. The Photo Lab in this Walmart ROCKS! Had to print some pictures for a special project and had trouble printing from the Kiosk . The girl working the lab at the moment Jody, had to come rescue me. She was very helpful . My pictures turn out good and were ready super fast! I can't say anything else about the rest of the store bc that Walmart is usually a mess. read more

I am so disappointed in the bakery department. I ordered a cake with cupcakes for my daughter's 16th birthday. I ordered a week prior to my daughter's birthday. When I went to pick up my cake and cupcakes, it had not even been started. I spoke with a few managers including the produce manager, Patricia, who ensured me that they would get it completed and I could pick it up later than day. I appreciate that and Patricia was amazing. She even gave me her personal phone number. Wow! When my husband went to pick up the cake and cupcakes later, it was not the cake and cupcakes I ordered. Patricia apologized and told me she did the best she could. Again, I appreciate her and her efforts. When the cake and cupcakes reached its destination for my daughter's 16th birthday, it was ruined. The cake and cupcakes were placed in a container that was not suited for the them. The container did not close and was too large for the cake and cupcakes. The cake and cupcakes shifted. My daughter's 16th birthday cake and cupcakes were not presentable. It's was ridiculous. read more

Well - there have been a few improvements since my last review. They have added and somewhat become competent at the grocery order online piece. Very helpful when I had an injury that prevented me from walking a lot. I have also noticed the store has been more tidy and service overall has improved. I do enjoy the self check out line expansion as well. WINNER! read more

I just had a horrible experience at this store location. I ordered a truck battery online for curbside pick up. I was instructed to bring the core, the old battery into customer service and they would refund me $12. The core charge did not show up on the final receipt and I ended up wasting over a half an hour here with two customer service representative and a store manager and they told me since the core charge did not show up on the final receipt they could not give me my $12 back. What I learned was when you call the store, you may get Miss Information; best thing to do is go into the store and buy the battery and take the risk of catching Covid. I did this online because I take care of a 83-year-old woman with a very low immunity system. And I did not want to expose her to any type of Virus. read more

It's been 5 years since my last review, so I thought I'd update it. I decided to visit Walmart on a whim today. I wanted some affordable onesies for my daughter since she goes through them so quick! The store seemed pretty organized from what I saw. I didn't pass by too many aisles but the ones I did pass looked well maintained. The clothes for little ones are ADORABLE. They have a lot of Carter's brand for a fraction of the cost. A lot of the items are sets, and there are SO many options. Since babies go through so many clothes in a day, and grow so fast, this is my go-to spot for baby onesies. They didn't have as many options in "dressy" outfits, but that's okay because I didn't go there for those. The service I got at check out was great. The cashier was super sweet and friendly, and seemed to be in a good mood. The general atmosphere of the store was nice, and I do think I'll be back in the near future. They had A LOT of really awesome school supplies for super cheap. That area wasn't a mess at all like it normally is, so I'm thinking this Walmart has really stepped up! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I've given curbside a try on multiple occasions for this location and each time I've waited over an hour! This time I've been here over an hour waiting on ONE item. Many cars that have gotten their orders were missing things from their orders, and the employees rolled their eyes and got attitudes upon hearing the information from the customers. Much like the Walmart in the Heights that everyone loves to hate, this store was intended to be an upscale Walmart and is intended to get business from Sienna Plantation. It doesn't stock as much stuff as the one a few miles down highway 6 because they want to keep the riff-raff out, or so the legend in the neighborhood goes. When it first opened, it seemed like Walmart had turned over a new leaf, especially compared to the ghetto fabulous Walmart down the road (you know, the one that looked like it needed a new coat of paint a day after it remodeled). Everyone at the new store was friendly and offering to help, aisles were wide and not cluttered, and shopping there was almost as pleasant as a trip to Target. Apparently, not enough of Sienna has come to visit, and Bentonville has seemingly decided to cheap out this store. The aisles are now jam-packed full of junk so you can't get a cart though without bumping into something. The staff has been cut back dramatically, and the few people that remain couldn't care less if you need help finding something. If they run the air conditioning at all, it's set to keep the store noticeably warm in the summer, and the end result is you can't wait to get out of the store. The average difference in cost between this Walmart and the Target down the street is about $0.20 per item. It's worth spending the extra 20 cents to shop at Target. read more

How can you have something on the shelf for consumers to purchase and it's not in the system????!!! Came in for a quick grab of 2 packs of soda for a family fundraiser. I was having terrible spring allergy attacks and decided to get some hot chips to dry up my nasal passages (I know sounds weird, but it's a old home remedy from Moms). I picked up a small bag of hot fries and went staright to the register. The regular registers are always packed, but the self check registers seemed to be moving swiftly, so I got in line. I just knew I would be in and out when all of a sudden, the hot fries didn't ring it. An error message kept appearing. I tried to manually input the upc code, but it didn't work. The attendant was busy working with another customer, so I tried to seek other ways to ring up the purchase. Nothing was working. When the attendant finally did come over, she also had the same issues I had! Kind of made me feel good that it wasn't me, but DANG WAL-MART! You have items on your shelf that I can't even purchase? What kind of mess is that? After several attempts, she voided the transaction and just came up with a price that we agreed on because it wasn't in the system. Makes a whole lot of sense since we are talking about WalMart. read more

It's been about a month since I stopped going to this location. But I recently returned here to shop. The shelves are stocked fully now! It's about time! There were about 3 employees hanging near the entrance still chatting and not working, but otherwise I see other associates working around the store. More registers need to be open for customers when needed, like at Kroger. I heard there was a change in management. Maybe that's why it's a little better? Photo/Electronic department is horrible. I had a one hour pick up. Once I got home I discovered I was shorted about $50 work of 5X7 photos. It's about a 25minute drive so I wanted to call to make sure they had them before making the drive again. After 9 tries(each time I called it cycled through two calls to the electronic department and 1 to customer service) of getting connected to someone in the electronics department I have had ZERO people pick up. I even tried the pick up option and they transferred me to electronics still not a SINGLE employee has answered the phone. read more

I did not receive a call so I was assuming everything was ok. We I went to the store to pick up my order and he only gave me two trays of my order. I said umm where is the rest of my order he said oh this is all we can do. I said I am supposed to feed 140 staff members with this. This is unbelievable I had to go to reliable Chick fil A. I decided to give grocery pick up a try at this location. Never again! Items were missing or substituted for other items that were NOT similar or alike. I had to go in and personally pull substitutes. Which is not what I wanted to do after working all night. Let alone lugging a toddler around. If I had known, I would've just gone grocery shopping at a convenient time. I tried complaining to the manager Gabby. No use. She could care less, was not apologetic and told me to go stand in the returns line. I'll never make the mistake of shopping grocery pickup here again. This is a terrible store. I have been shopping in Walmart stores since the 1970s and I have never seen a store that is so bad. The staff is primarily African-American. The clientele is also primarily black. Few whites shop there. I had a Garden Center manager tell me to take my items to the front of the store to checkout even though there was a register open in the Garden Center and all of my four items were GC items. I can only conclude that it was harassment due to the color of my skin. I am never going back. read more
