Lost a disposable camera of mine, denied it was turned in, then denied the photos were returned (they were returned 3/14 per corporate), then said there would be a delay for a holiday that happened a month after I turned the cameras in, then denied they could be re-printed. They stopped answering my calls, so I had to call corporate again who said they had sent my pictures 2 weeks after I sent them in but they never contacted me. So then they ordered a re-print and still, only one of the cameras were returned. I spoke with the manager and she did not care. Take your business to Walgreens. read more

Pharmacy techs and pharmacist are rude never go to CVS go elsewhere. I don't think they care about customers

Stopped by over the weekend to pick up something to drink. There were two cashiers up front (only one checking customers out - the other doing paperwork). When she saw that there was a line, she opened up a register so the line could move faster. That's an A+ in my book. Too many times employees don't bother because they're busy, not their job, etc. Store was clean and aisles were organized. And they had the item I came for. read more

This is the last time our family will shop in CVS! I am appalled and disgusted by what I heard come from the manager's mouth! My son and I were in the store looking at Gift ideas for Easter for my grandchildren. There were other families looking as well and children playing and running around, as children will do. As we continued through the store, I over heard a man talking and fowl mouthing the mother of the children playing on the aisle. He was very vulgar in calling her awful names describing her body and looks. He referred to her children as " little N's running around "! A very vile and disgusting comment! I went to an employee and asked to speak with the manager, and he pointed to where he was on an aisle. The same man that said the racist remark! I told my son and he asked to speak to the manager and he never came to speak with us when the employee called him on the intercom speaker. I did her his name, Steven, but never got to speak with him. I will be contacting CVS about this inappropriate behavior, but I'm sure they don't care too much. read more

Recently stopped in this pharmacy to purchase some miscellaneous items. Asked about the facilities. When I went to use them, this is what I found. Totally disgusting! I told the clerk that they needed to be cleaned and the toilet could not be flushed. She told me that she had cleaned them and I would have to put my hand inside the tank to flush the toilet! Disgusting! Guess that's why they had the tank top laid on the floor. The clerk was indignant when I told her that was disgusting! This is not a clean place, and I would definitely NOT use it for my pharmaceutical needs. I will never go back in that place. read more

Worst customer service ever. Waited 30 for minutes in line at pharmacy and when they got to me they said sorry we are closing. My prescription was in the basket behind the counter already filled and they refused to give it to me. They told me I would have to go to another location that was open ;after and they would fill it. Drove to other location and was told this location had filled it already in their system and would have to get my doctor to call a new one in. So my husband had to suffer another day without his medications. Also was told at second location that they have this happen all the time where Crabapple Rd location will send people to them when they know it can't be filled once they fill it! How sad the a pharmacist would care so little and treat their customers so poorly! Wish there was a rating of zero stars! read more

These people are great. My plan changed, and I wasn't too happy to leave Walgreen's, where I had been for several years. But ... I found CVS staff to be extremely helpful -- and always pleasant. Even better, they work very hard to save me money. Several times now, they have helped me navigate my insurance plans to find better ways to buy what I need. read more

Their pharmacy gave me expired product and didn't notify me for 6 weeks! A previous issue was shown on my NextDoor feed of having insulin in the public refrigerator next to the ice cream. This cvs is THE WORST cvs I have ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME w/o fail if I walk in or go through the drive through there's a line of people and cars for at least 30 minutes even with 4 people behind the counter it doesn't matter. once I am finally being helped half the time my script isn't ready even though it's been days.... The last time I went there the lady said your prescription cannot be filled because it hasn't been 30 days yet first of all the script was a 90 day script and she had the complete wrong date then she looked over at the computer and said oh whoops it was electronically sent we never saw it you'll have to come back...I will be changing all my prescriptions to Kroger. read more

On hold for this CVS for 37 minutes, so stopped by since I was still on hold. Line at drive through had 16 cars. So parked, still on hold to go in. Line was 22 people deep with one cashier working in slow motion. When I got up to the window 50 minutes later, and yes, I was still on hold for 1 1/2 hours with no answer, I hung up and gave my name. The prescription still wasn't ready, and it was ordered two weeks ago. The cashier told me he did it know why it wasn't ready, but to go stand in another line to see the pharmacist. After waiting in that line, She told me she could fill it for me, but to go back and stand in the other line which was now all the way through the store, to the entry door. Total BS. This CVS Pharmacy is always so busy, but I have never had a bad experience with the pharmacists until now. I went in today to see if they had my prescription ready, but it was unfortunately not there yet. One of the employees at the front helping (I believe the name was Nakiti) was very nice and helpful and told me to try another pharmacy (which was not a problem). He was very sincere about the inconvenience and kind. Long story short, I call up the CVS pharmacy and was on hold for about 10 minutes. When a pharmacist got to me he was unbelievably rude and at the end of our call I thanked him but he just hung up on me. This pharmacy is the worst. I hate to be negative, and I never write reviews, but because I have never had a good experience in the year I've been going here, hopefully this review will help them to be better. The prescriptions are either not received, or the wait time is way longer than any other pharmacy I've been to. Today, a really nice man told me my prescription would be ready in 30 min. My two year old daughter was in the backseat very ill with the flu. It was not enough time to go home and come back, so I waited for 45 min. I went through the drive through again, and she said it wouldn't be ready for another 15 min. I told the young lady, politely, that my two year is sick with the flu in my back seat and we've already waited 45 min. Was there any way we could get it sooner than 15 more min? She copped an attitude with me and said, "She needs to verify it and it will take 15 min!" She was very rude and showed no sort of consideration, compassion, or apology for it not being ready when they said it would. Because this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had an awful experience there, I had to say something, and I will be switching pharmacies! read more

I used the Jones Bridge CVS in Alpharetta for approximately 5yrs and they were amazing. We moved to Roswell and I had everything for my family of 5 transferred to the Crabapple location. If I could rate this store with 0 stars I would. Countless errors (too many to list) - we are moving our prescriptions for our family tomorrow. Yesterday I went to have prescriptions filled from a surgery I had. I asked about my monthly scripts. First answer was that they couldn't be filled until Jan 16, which is interesting because last month I picked them up on the 15th. Once the pharmacy tech verified that she put the prescriptions through on my insurance and there was no issue to fill them. When I arrived back they looked for one of my prescriptions and could not find it. Then they said that one of the prescriptions could not be filled until today. This made no sense since I was told by the pharmacy tech that insurance had put this through approved. I requested a callback from the pharmacist yesterday. She did not call. Today when I called there was a new pharmacist who was insensitive and said I may not receive a call back until next Monday or Tuesday resolving the situation. I have low hopes on receiving that call. I have epilepsy and it is important for me to take my medications as prescribed and it is much easier to pick them all up on the same day. I like CVS - but the culture of patient care at this one location seems to be lacking. My entire family including my husband has had many issues since we started with the CVS on Crabapple. There are too many other pharmacies to have to deal with issues. We are moving to another pharmacy tomorrow and having all of our prescriptions changed and we will not be back to this location.
