This CVS location is consistently disappointing. The pharmacy lines are always extremely long, and there's clearly a high turnover in pharmacists--every time I come in, there's someone new. My most recent experience involved unprofessional and dismissive service, misinformation about my prescription, and a complete lack of accountability. I've since transferred all of my prescriptions elsewhere. Avoid this location if you value your time and health. read more

Depending on who is working at night is how much stock is out and if they are willing to go look if they have the item in the back. Their pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!! If you have an appt with these people please call and ask many questions before you go. If the system is down, you will get the run around. Meaning they will send you to other sites that can not accompany you. Be prepared to not reschedule. We were told that if we went to another site (their recommendation) they will see our appointment and see us. When we got there, we were told that they take no walk-ins even though we were told that and the sign on the street clearly says walk-in. Do your homework before you go. This CVS near Warsaw and Holcomb Bridge in Roswell is a tried and true place for me. When I lived in Roswell I often came by here to pick up stuff on my way to work or just when I got bored really. After being away for several years I am happy to report that the place is still in good shape. Still friendly cashiers and neatly stocked shelves. This CVS has more beauty items than some of the other ones around the area. Not sure why that is but hey it's good news for this beauty product junkie. CVS now carries a selection of K-Beauty or Korean made beauty products such as charcoal cleanser, hand lotions, snail serum and moisturizing face sheet masks. I think most of their pricing is pretty competitive compare to say Sephora or Ulta or even Amazon. Wow! Very bad attitude given by the Pharmacy Technician. I don't have his name, but it was a young Asian man. I had walked down countless isles trying to locate Neosporin. I stopped and just slightly glanced his direction. I wasn't even going to ask him. He rolled his eyes and spoke in an irritated tone. "Do you need something?" I just said Neosporin. He pointed towards the wall. This was a location I hadn't reached yet and I was glad to not have to go up and down more isles to find it. Even so, I couldn't believe how rude he was. Of course I "need" something. Why else would I be in the store. So even just that sentence alone was out of order. I get it if he's tired or had a bad day. Don't take it out on the customers. Things like this is why people are getting replaced for robots. Just appreciate your role and that you have a place to work. Be kind to others. I was eaten alive in Atlanta and really needed some pain and itch relief. I'd rather go somewhere where the people are nice. read more

Drive through wait time is agonizingly slow! Seems like 10 minutes per car. Total BS. Should not take that long to pick up prescriptions OR complete covid testing. My guess is they are under staffed. When I arrived I was behind 7 cars. Now, being next in line to receive service, an hour later, there are 9 cars behind me. This is craziness. read more

I have been a loyal CVS PHARMACY customer for over 20 years. I've had several issues at this location but today was the final straw. The pharmacy charged me for 2 prescriptions but only gave me one. It was in the drive through so I didn't pay much attention to what was handed to me. I took my unopened bag with the receipt attached to them and told them they only gave me one prescription. They told me I needed to check my house and car. Then they told me that they don't staple receipts to bag. So effectively calling me a liar. They ended up filling the prescription but made me pay for it again!! No more. Stay far away from this place! read more

I wish i could give negative stars. This pharmacy is the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If you have life threatening medication you need in a timely fashion, you'll die waiting on this location to fill your script. Also when they run out of the medication, they don't call you or send it back to the doc to send it to another CVS or explore options. No, they just leave it in "hold" status, forcing you to call 2-3x per day for status updates. It also takes 7-10 business days for new medication to be delivered. The last few times, the older lady was rude(I complained last time via survey). Sooooo yesterday no one was at the front of the store for a good 2 mins, when I noticed a staff member at the other end of the isle, I said "excuse me" 3 times, she then said yes, I said "we need help and there is a line forming" She immediately got an attitude and told me to go to self check, I told her not everything can be done at self check. The guy in front of me was at self check buying beer, then here I stand just trying to pick up my online order(I absolutely hate the pickup order method). i have been a loyal CVS customer for 20 years and this specific CVS at 895 Holcomb Bridge Road is bar none the worst pharmacy in the state with customer no service, never having the prescriptions in supply, always make me feel like they are doing me a favor and not like a customer. it truly is sad that a local pharmacy that is supposed to take care of people, help educate and counsel provide none of the above. A woman called Medesta waited on me last week. She was rude and did not want to take my Good RX coupons. I was trying to ask questions on which was cheaper, my insurance or the Good Rx coupon I showed her. She became irritated and said " if you you are going to do this , I will delete your insurance from this computer." I told her you can't do that!! Why are you being so difficult about this as I only want to save money." ( CVS has a contract with Good RX and they must accept their coupons.) This is very conveniently located, so if you need to pop in to pick up something it's good to have. Expect lines to be long because they are so slow. The pharmacy is BAD. Get your RX filled elsewhere. almost impossible to call and get someone on the phone and their auto answer service never recognizes me as having a script. not uncommon that it takes them multiple days (with reminder calls) to fill a script. read more

They did not want to help me save money on expensive medication for my husband who just got into a car accident. They said it would've taken 20 extra minutes, which I arrived 20 minutes before closing. If I could give zero stars I would. I pulled up to the drive through to drop off a prescription and the two cars infront of me ended up driving off after not being serviced. I drove up and waited about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. I dropped off a prescription, she asked when I wanted to pick it up, and it was filled. However, when I went to pick it up, the pharmacist said they had no record of it. After making a big deal, naming the pharmacist, time and date that I visited, the lead pharmacist said he would look into it. He even found video of me putting a paper envelope with my prescription into the drop off bin at the window. However, he said it was not enough evidence to fill the prescription, so I am having to call my doctor to fill YET ANOTHER prescription. They claimed I was at the wrong store and I had the wrong address even though I had emails to prove I was at the right store. They were rude and belligerent. We will never go back there. This pharmacy is incredibly disorganized. I was prescribed an antibiotic and the doctor confirmed they left a voicemail. The pharmacy insisted they never received anything, then told me they DID have it, only for me to show up for pick up to them saying they never received a call from my doctor again. other people there were also upset their medication was either missing or running late, and I witnessed a pharmacist yell at a customer holding her baby. I don't often leave bad reviews, but they lost my prescription and had horrible communication with customers. read more

I love CVS and have used it for most of my life. This particular CVS is the WORST! I see why it only gets 2 stars! Had a coupon in my app that wouldn't ring up on self checkout. Employee offered to ring it up. Still didn't work. Employee SAW the coupon, acknowledged that the product was the same and couldn't understand WHY it wasn't working. Claimed the product under the "eligible products" showed the same but had a different price ($15.99 vs. $21.99) The ONLY difference was one had a pump and one didn't. When asked if it could be overridden she said "Yes it can but a manager would have to do it." Manager was behind her and did nothing. Told her to take it off and I would go to another CVS. It was a $4.00 off coupon! Absolutely NO reason she could not honor it especially AFTER I specifically asked..."Do you not honor coupons from your app?" Nothing. Worst customer service ever (husband ran 23 restaurants so I KNOW good customer service. This was non-existent!) Only consolation is it is open 24hrs and I would only consider returning if that is the only store remaining in town! May consider moving my business to Walgreen's after this experience read more

So incredible upset with the unprofessionalism in the pharmacy department. I dropped off a prescription at noon, I was told my order was ready for pickup at 5pm, drove to go get it and then waited 30 minutes for the pharmacist to tell me they never were able to fill this because it wasn't signed. So now, my husband who just got out of back surgery is out of luck because of their lack of noticing this very important detail for the entire day. They had 5 and a half hours for me to do something about this. The doctors office is closed and now he has to wait an entire night to go without his pain medications because of their incompetence. read more

At least three different times they have called to say a prescription is ready, we've driven to pick it up, they've told us there is no prescription and we've had to come back later or get a manager involved to get our medicine. The only reason we use this pharmacy is that we have to because of our insurance (Caremark - CVS). read more

Word of warning - the pharmacy is *not* 24-hour (although there are some other CVS outlets nearby which are). On the plus-side, calling from the Holiday Inn across the street at 0800 netted me a refill at 0810, so the service is quite fast, and completed with a smile. read more

I went to the pharmacy today to pick up allergy medicine. MaryLou, who is the woman that was at the counter was extremely rude. She asked me to take my items to the front bc the pharmacy was too busy. Keep in mind all I had was a bag of cough drops and she was already ringing up my medicine. She also told me that people are waiting in line, as if I had not waited in line myself for my turn. She then told me I was wasting her time, tossed my items on the counter, tossed the bag and said "bag it yourself" I have never been treated so badly by an establishment before. As I was walking away I could hear her say "now I can assist some real patients". I was very upset. I was on my lunch break, stuffy nose and headache from severe allergies and her shitty attitude just made it worse. Complained to the store manager and was advised that she has received complaints before. MaryLou needs to be terminated. Just by her appearance i can tell she needs to be in a retirement home. I want to give a shout to the Pharmacy crew, they are the best. I had a script that would have cost me $200.00 and they said wait a minute, do you have time to fill out for a coupon and I said don't have my IPhone with me, they said no problem and let me use their personal iPad and help me fill it out. Once it was completed it knock the price down to about $100.00. Being 63 years old and retired this is huge savings. Every time I go there, the girls always know my name and are always cheerful and make me feel like one of the family. They are always busy yet always helpful.
