I usually expect a store such as Walgreens to always have what I need when I run out of something…read moreat the last minute. Unfortunately, it seems to be a 50/50 chance for me! My main reason is for skin care, cosmetics and supplements. They are usually pretty well stocked in all circumstances, except for a hard to find supplement that I depend upon using on a daily basis. It seems that this Walgreens, the product web site and Amazon are the only places to buy Heliocare Advanced. Dermatologist recommended, It helps support skin health and maintains the skin's ability to protect against the aging effects of free radicals. Meaning, It provides protection against the four types of radiation that can cause sun damage - UVA, UVB, visible light and infrared. Needless to say, at my age, I worry about the aging effects of the sun! I'm not much of an online shopper and prefer to actually go to a store and get what I need right away! Plus, I like to browse and impulse shop while I'm there. I'm too impatient having to wait several days to get something via delivery! So that's why I am frustratingly having to write a 2 star review, after taking the time to drive to my Walgreens and once again finding that they are out of stock every other time I visit! I assume it is a popular in store item, so why can't they order appropriately? When I do come across it, I end up with the only bottle available on the shelf at the time. To top it off, I never get asked if I need help as employees walk past me with blinders on. Other local Walgreens don't even seem to carry Heliocare and employees don't know what I'm talking about. I guess I'm forced to take the online route after all and avoid shopping here altogether in the future...

A young lady behind the counter was busy with something right in front of me with her back to me. I waited and didn't want to disturb her. I have a lingering dry cough so I had to clear my throat a few times. This lady in a white coat comes out from the back and says "You don't have to clear your throat--just say hello!" I was just shocked! So rude..perhaps someone at a pharmacy counter has a dry cough!!??

It made no sense. She was denied her meds that were done. I get home, called medicare and was told that everything is fine. I also went online to check the status of the refills and for some reason, 4 other meds are refilled. The following monday, I called Walmart and the person on the phone told me that everything is fine and it was all processed! The male worker on the phone with a thick Vietnamese accent did not let me talk and explain, kept cutting me off, and was very rude! After I managed to speak and gave him the med refills that my mom urgently needed, he put me on hold. He finally comes back and tells me to come pick them up and he didn't know what happened. The online walmart pharmacy refill system is joke. It doesn't tell you when something is refilled(correctly), and it doesn't say if it's done. Also, the employees at the pharmacy are all incompetent and need better training on what they're doing as well as customer service which they seem to be lacking! My mom was out of meds for a week that she needs daily to live and I blame Walmart for their "SERVICE." I have since reported to BBB.

An employee had to come unlock the Arm & Hammer laundry detergent for me, so I KNOW I only received one, not two. Yet I was still charged incorrectly. When I went back to get it fixed, I was told I have to wait until the next day (April 2, 2026) to get my money back. That's a huge inconvenience, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end. If an item is locked up and handed to the customer, there should be zero confusion about quantity. On top of that, making customers come back another day to fix your error is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won't be shopping at this location again. When I return tomorrow, I'll be returning everything.

It wasnt my car, my gas, and I don't work there. I wasnt worried about any drawer count or looking at tapes, I was pay attention and I KNOW what's right. That condescending, simple-mided hall monitor, thinks she's got her job down to boredom, but between her shit service, and today telling me I need to leave my backpack and purse outside the door... I'LL NEVER GO BACK. I'm not going to be treated like a thief and give them money to treat me badly. She can't pay attention to what's going on in front of her, she can't watch anyone's bags. There's cameras all over that store, bags are illegal in California, we are supposed to bring bags.... This is why so many people steal from them.. even if I'm not one of them, I'm not surprised people do when you treat them all like that anyway. They randomly close the store down at night for 45-60 minutes but never at the same time. They all treat their customers like obstacles and irritations, no matter what they look like..
