I did a curbside pickup here for the first time at this location. I did struggle a bit finding where I should park for curbside pickup. They did have some signs and I found that it's on the far left of the store near the traffic light for the cross section of sky parkway and 65th street. I liked the location of the curbside pickup since it's away from the regular parking lot traffic. I normally do curbside pickup because my credit cards all have issues being read on their machines if I shop in the stores. Wish they would update their machines to fix this since I don't have issues using various credit cards at other establishments and works fine when used on the Walmart app for shipping and curbside pickup. read more

I just moved to the area and had a really frustrating experience at this Walmart on Florin Road. I was overcharged for an item, and the crazy part is--it was locked up. An employee had to come unlock the Arm & Hammer laundry detergent for me, so I KNOW I only received one, not two. Yet I was still charged incorrectly. When I went back to get it fixed, I was told I have to wait until the next day (April 2, 2026) to get my money back. That's a huge inconvenience, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end. If an item is locked up and handed to the customer, there should be zero confusion about quantity. On top of that, making customers come back another day to fix your error is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I won't be shopping at this location again. When I return tomorrow, I'll be returning everything. read more

This location recently moved their curbside pickup location which is a plus because it allows for more space for cars to park. Unfortunately , this is not improving the efficiency or speed of the orders that are coming out. There seems to be MANY grocery pickup drivers that frequent this location and because of the lack of promptness and inefficiency of this system they are just sitting there taking up the parking spaces. Having to wait for someone to leave a spot for 20+ minutes is one thing but then to check in and wait for an additional 40+ minutes is unacceptable. At that point I could've just shopped for my own items. I am all for this grocery pickup service but I will not be coming to this location again even in a time of desperation. read more

The Western Union store within this Supercenter was efficient. I needed to wire money to my aunt and the transfer fee was only eight bucks. The cashier also assisted me with the tracking number. The butcher in the hot food section was genuinely friendly. My uncle likes fried chicken and says Walmart's fried chicken is restaurant quality. Walmart does have several good products and their prices are very reasonable. However, the on-line customer service is beyond horrible! I've been a loyal customer for way over 50 years l! During that time, I have spent a lot of money. I have had deliveries that were way off. I needed an item about a month ago. I was completely out. It was substituted with a poor substitute that was not the right fit. This caused me a major health concern. I was even told by emploees ( as well as supervisors and managers) that I was lied to just to get me off the phone. For example. About 3 nights ago I ordered some items to be delivered. This is convient but also expensive. I received the wrong order. Somehow the dasher mixed my items with another customer. We all make mistakes but I told several reps. ( as well as supervisors) that I had no place in my fridges for all the milk, meat and tea. I said I was disabled abd in my nightgown and was not going to the dumpster. One lady rep told me that not to worry, but someone will come and take the items back to the store. And I'd get a replacement. Then another lady employee said she would mail me a free shipping label and I could call UPS to come and dispose of it. I asked her if she had lost her mind?!?! Then one man said he had good news for me. He was "dicking" around with my mind. He said that my case was reviewed and my a team had decided they were not going to give me a refund but that he was able to override this decision and he'll get me a refund. I thought bullshit! I was also told at around 9 pm that I the items would be delivered by 11 pm. They weren't. These lies affect my life. These employees / employers should lost their jobs. read more

I came here to buy an Apple pencil that was on sale on Walmart.com. I asked for a price match, but they told me they dont do that. They had to ask a manager, Parminder to come approve it. When Parminder came, she asked: 1. Price of the product online ($89.00) 2. Price it was scanning up as ($129.99) After she knew the prices, she said they don't price match Walmart.com I showed her walmarts corporate website that explicitly stated: "For items purchased in a Walmart U.S. store, we will match the price of the identical item advertised on Walmart.com." She said the stores have discretion to ignore that policy. I asked if I could purchase the product online for pickup and have them expedite the pickup process since I was there. I had to ask no less than FIVE associates for help before someone begrudgingly agreed to open it for me, then I had to wait at register 12 for the associate to bring it to the front for me. The associate was almost to the register with it when she ran into a friend who was shopping there and stopped to chat with him for a bit first. All for a $4.50 item. I was given only excuses from the associates who would not help me. One told me "I have no keys" and started walking away. I asked if he could call someone who did and he replied, "it's not my problem, ask someone else". Don't do it. I guess we've all heard the many reasons not to but in case you just needed that extra push -- AVOID at all cost to your time and energy! It's been a year where stores have pivoted to curbside pick up and so many places have got it down. (Shout out to Target!) If you thought okay, well Walmart has the thing I need in stock and I can just order curbside pick up for the convenience of it, set your expectations to low. Extra low. This store has a long way to go before they've figured out how to make curbside pickup work for customers. First, the phone number posted on the signs should actually take you to the right place, not the call center where the first thing you hear is "Hello, walmart.com is down, can you call back in an hour?" Second, that number, and any other number for the store, would be useful if say, over the course of thirty minutes, someone would actually pick up. Third, maybe have things buttoned up and streamlined so employees aren't coming in and out an order at a time. I don't understand the thinking here where every spot is filled with people waiting and you have one person working the pickups who is bringing out one order at a time. Look, I'm no logistics expert but maybe learn from your competitors who are able to get customers their orders in less than 45 minutes of waiting. How about that? **DO NOT BUY THE BOXED MATTRESSES !!** My roommate bought a mattress in a box from the Walmart located in Florin on July 14. Almost 24 hours later she discovered bugs all over the bottom of the mattress, and bites all over her. We went to back to walmart to ask about to to refund, and we had to bring the product back to them, they didn't care at all about a big ridden mattress entering their store at all, and demanded we bring it back in order to get a refund! We had to spend over $60 hauling the mattress back to Walmart, since it was absolutely infested with bugs and couldn't go into our cars without further spreading these bugs. The manager Vanessa at customer service was incredibly rude and unhelpful, she even hesitated to answer if this has happened before! Perhaps this Walmart is selling returned mattresses, which is absolutely disgusting! This Walmart is okay with selling products with bugs and introducing bugs into their establishment! This location is at a busy area. The parking lot is dirty and I always see homeless and sketchy people around. There's always a lot of people coming in and out of this location. They're not really strict with the mask wearing here. There's a lot of people walking around with no masks inside. It's hit or miss with customer service - sometimes I get great service and sometimes there's rude employees. I never understand why Walmart has all these checkout lines, but only 1 or 2 are open and they make customers use the self checkout which has you waiting in line forever. You can't get anything at the cosmetics area unless you pay there, maybe because the theft is high? So the line in that area takes forever even if you just need some face wash or something.
