I'm in town visiting my son and needed a small prescription until I get home. Normally I use mail order but it hadn't arrived by the time I left so my doctor's office offered to call in a two-week supply for me locally. They confirmed that they had, in fact, called it in at 1 pm (12 pm local time) yesterday and verified once again the pharmacy location and phone number. Today I went there at 4 pm to pick it up only to be told by the pharmacy that they hadn't received it. They offered to transfer my entire prescription to their pharmacy which would then enable them to fill it for me but I wasn't interested in changing pharmacies... just getting enough medication until I returned home. They were nice about it, but I told them I had called my provider's office before coming who confirmed they had called it in so I believed they should have it. Just then another woman working in the back came up to "help." I had heard her complaining (grumbling?) since I got there about how she needed to leave or she'd get caught in traffic, so I wasn't surprised when she firmly restated to me that it hadn't been called in. Her "husband's a doctor" you see, and she sees this all the time where the doctor's office says they did something when they hadn't. Well guess what, Mrs. my-husband's-a-doctor, I'm not sure how your husband's offie is, but I've been going to the same provider for 15+ years and my experience tells me when they confirm they've done something, it's taken care of. On the other hand... there's a long list of reasons why I no longer use CVS as my regular pharmacy and today, you just made that list longer. Everything is what you can improve! Every time I come in here I think I'm going to give it just one more shot. But the constant and I mean constant every single time I walk in the door there's an issue. It's always their policy that they can't do what is necessary that delays the prescription and then they're out of the meds. I need all of the time, and it's not their fault they never have any accountability and every single time I think to myself I'm never going to come back in these doors again for this pharmacy and now I have completely reached my limit! Staff is always rude on the phone. Pharmacy is always running out of medication's putting patients on the waiting lists. Absolutely the worst staff on the telephone. How does this Pharmacy ever stay in business. Time to bounce to another one. read more

Why am I told through their automated phone service my prescriptions are ready... and then when I get there to pick it up they aren't ready at all. Literally every time. Then they say I have to call on the phone and speak with someone to get my prescriptions filled. That'd work but no one ever answers the phones. So what the hell is the point of a automated phone system and or pharmacists that never answer the phones. Same song and dance every time just to get stuff refilled. Clown operation. read more

The staff are all nice and willing to help but they are always busy and wait times are long. It can also be a long wait to get them on the phone. The most annoying part of being on hold is the repetitive messages every 30 seconds. What idiot thought that was a good idea? read more

Went at 1:00 in the afternoon and they were closed. I asked when they opened and she said 2:00pm. I asked how long they'd had those hours and she said over 6 months. Their sign doesn't say they close in the middle of the day and online it doesn't say that, either. Actual hours are a mystery. You may want to call before you go. read more

What's the point of making an appointment for a vaccine when they allow anyone who walks in to go before you? The appointment is useless.

Went in this morning after an instacare appointment to get a prescription for my baby. The prescription wasn't ready, which I understood. We were packing to leave town, and ran back on our way out, and I walked in right at 1:30 as they were closing their gate, and asked if I could please get my prescription for my son. The tech was very rude in her response and told me I had to come back at 2:30. When I told her I was literally leaving out of town and I needed my prescription she replied that their registers are shut off and won't work. I understand setting boundaries when you're closing for lunch, but there was absolutely no effort made to help me. I'm a nurse and patients come into our clinic minutes before closing and we still assist them, and if we can't, we absolutely aren't rude to our patients like that. We have had issues with Walgreens pharmacies, now I guess CVS needs to be put on the list also. read more

They sometimes have long lines and stuff, but they're usually ok. The past couple months they have gone downhill. Today was ridiculous. When I took it in last week they said my prescription was too early to be filled, which fine, I don't know whatever system they have for that, it's probably beyond their control. But they said it would be ready yesterday, and that I would get a text. No text, went in today to pick it up assuming it had to be ready. Not only is it not ready (wtf?) but their entire system went down just a couple of hours ago. They can't look it up, they can't fill it, I can't get it filled anywhere else. Person in front of me in line had a similar problem. Two days without a prescription I have to take daily. Very, very frustrating. I will be transferring as soon as their systems are back up. read more

Standing here now at 12:05. At 10:40, I dropped off a prescription. They said it would be 30 mins so okay, I'll hang out (since it takes me that long to drive home and back). Came back at 11:20. Long line. Got through the line around 11:45. They said I wasn't eligible for a refill. But this is a first time fill, not refill! They obviously put it in the computer twice. So they make me wait while they call my insurance, and doctor, and who knows who else. Finally they realize it was their mistake. How do they solve the problem? "That'll be ready in about 30 minutes." What kind of BS customer service is that? I've already waited 90 minutes! And I'm obviously sick. But okay, to the back of the long line I go. Ever since CVS took this pharmacy over, it's been understaffed and hectic. Lines are always long, now quality is suffering as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid. read more

I shop at Target weekly and the pharmacy was very good. Something has changed! I call to give constructive feed back on how their automated system is not helpful and get nothing but excuses. No help or how can we help. I have a very inexpensive prescription that is easy to get anywhere (10mg Statin). God help anybody with a complicated prescription working with this pharmacy! There are literally 5 other pharmacies nearby. I used this one because of convenience. But will use one of the others that are not as rude and helpful and preferably not CVS! read more

I'm pregnant and my doctor on lo y wants me to get fluzone for my flu shot which they don't offer at the University. I called on Monday and came in this morning. Fluzone is on back order, but they set two shots aside for me and my husband without me even asking. Joseph and the pharmacist were great!!! read more

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had any encounter with in my entire lifetime and my mother has never heard of something like this happening. If you need any help with anything do not do not I repeat "all capital"DO NOT GO TO CVS!!!!! it already has two stars. The security guard escorted me out of the target!! and when I called the CVS support, like the main place to dispute an argument or a problem, they put me on hold and hung up on me after I was on hold with CVS for over 20 minutes and the pharmacy Smith's called them over for a week they put me on hold and hung up on me. They just can't get their act together. Auto refills that text me that they are ready, then they can't find them. Rude staff. But, my favorite was the true HIPAA violation when they yelled a patient's name and medication from behind the pharmacist's counter. I've used this pharmacy for years, but since switching to CVS, they have hit the bottom. I'm shopping for a new pharmacy for my family. read more

This was a good pharmacy when it was run by Target, but since they switched to CVS things have steadily gotten to be unbearable to work with. The staff has been condescending and rude to me on several occasions, usually surrounding my insurance situation... which really is not complex or anything like that, so I don't see why they're acting so inconvenienced by me. Multiple times I've shown up and waited in line only to receive an incomplete order by an unapologetic staff, even when calling in advance to make sure all three meds were sent by my doctor and ready to go. They seem to always be updating my preferences in the system, which never seems to take. Today was the last straw- more rude staff and 2/3 of my order ready. I'm going to be looking elsewhere for my pharmacy needs. read more

I have had NOTHING but problems with this pharmacy every SINGLE time I try to refill my monthly RX. They have the worst automated phone system and when I try to talk to someone on the phone they never answer!!! I had to drive there just to ask a question because they had me on hold for over 40mins. I was on hold as I was driving there and hung up when I walked inside. I have tried the refill request through the phone system for the last 3 days, every time it says it's been requested but when I call back the next day it says nothing has been requested. I would definitely NOT recommend using this pharmacy ever!!! Their customer service in person is just as horrible, even when there is no one in line except me, they don't pay any attention and I stand around waiting for someone to even look up to acknowledge me. They are very short and rude every time I do interact with them. I will only ever use Walgreens from now on because they have great customer service and they make it really easy to refill prescriptions. hate even giving them a 1 star review, but that's the only option. read more

Worst pharmacy! Don't go here! It was great before CVS took it over and now it's terrible! They called me every day for a week saying that it was time to refill a prescription. When I went to pick it up, they didn't have enough of the medicine to fill it. Huh? . They said come back in 24 hours. I decided to let that one slide. then I went to fill a different prescription a week later and the pharmacist was very rude and unhelpful. The worst customer service! And completely clueless people!
