So I'm going to do my best to get the word out there. I live 45 minutes away from this pharmacy but the doctors office refused to listen to me that there was a compounding pharmacy 5 minutes from my house and that these guys were the only ones who could do it. So when I arrived they told me I had to wait 15 minutes for them to get the prescription ready even though they've had it for a full 24 hours. In response to that they later claimed in response to my review that they needed more information, this was completely inaccurate as they didn't ask me for any information other than my name. I was not even asked for an insurance card, when I offered, it I was told this was not covered by insurance. I have no doubt these guys are giving kickbacks to the doctors here. The claim by the doctor that you are the ONLY compounding pharmacy capable of this prescription is too fishy for me to believe that there aren't kickbacks happening.

The pharmacist seemed rushed and unhelpful from the beginning. I asked a follow-up question, and while I was still in the middle of speaking, she hung up the phone and walked away. I was honestly so shocked by what happened that I just sat there for a moment before driving away. I understand pharmacies can be busy, but patients asking questions about a new medication deserve time, professionalism, and basic courtesy. The machine was having issues. The young man working the counter was on it and fixing the big machine. My anxiety was high because my client was catching a flight back home in less than 3 hours and I needed these posters asap. He fixed it and got me out of there in 25 minutes after the machine issue.
