One of the locations I frequent since it's near my gym & close to HEB when I've got pickups. I like the convenience of store pick-ups & the Extra Care Rewards I can stack. They're having a 40% off certain Beauty items with the yellow stickers so I purchased some products. I saw some Influencer "dupe" suggestions that were part of the sale! Yay!! I also like the generic OTC, travel sized products, BOGOF or BOGO50% off for vitamins & supplements as well. I also found some 50% off Christmas decor too. They launched a new line that has some new, unique designs at a good price! They hold your pickup items for 7 days so that's convenient. Stack your mfg coupons & rewards & you can get some great deals that sometimes come out less expensive than HEB or other drugstores. read more

I stopped into CVS to drop off a UPS package. Not a single recognizable employee in the building with the exception of the incredibly rude pharmacist and the pharmacy staff. He said he would call someone and then didn't. I was standing around when a guy in a white striped button down and khakis asked if I needed help. I had seen him wandering the aisles looking at random things so I thought he was a customer but, he did indeed work there. No name tag, no shirt that said CVS just a dude in a dress shirt and khakis. If I was a different type of person I could have taken anything in that building without them even noticing. read more

If you have sensory issues with sound, I would avoid going into the store. The bell that alerts the employees about someone entering the store goes off nonstop. It went off even when no one entered. It can be heard throughout the beauty department. It was almost unbearable to browse the makeup department, which was a shame, because CVS Extra Care had amazing coupons. On top of the non-stop bell, the backdoor leading leading to a storage area swung upon while I was browsing nail polish and the alarm was ridiculous. If you don't have coupons, the prices are steep! We went to the CVS because Doordash canceled our order from Walgreens. Well, the CVS price for CVS brand petroleum jelly was twice the price as the delivery price of Walgreens petroleum jelly. Crazy! So my recommendation for this location is curbside your order and use coupons. read more

I've been in this location a bunch. It's near my elderly parents, so I'm often there for them. Overall, eeehhh. Never really a problem. Today, O. M. G. Few people in the store when I walked in about noon on Sunday. Got what I needed and went to the counter. This location doesn't have self checkout like some locations....it should. Only one lady working the counter and it was taking FOREVER with the customer in front of her. The employee calls for backup. There is an employee within eye sight ...stocking a shelf. He takes his sweet time stocking the rest of the shelf before heading to help at the front. Could he have gone back to stocking AFTER helping? Only sane people know... The line is now 3-4 long, waiting. One lady has a cart FULL of stuff, and the original lady is still dealing with that one customer...who is now yelling at her out of control toddler instead of focusing on getting herself checked out. Then, the employee needs change to complete the transaction...delaying the process even more. I must have waited ten solid minutes in line to buy ONE ITEM. I know the lady behind me...holding a gallon jug of water in each hand, was inpatient as well. Finally, my turn. Buying Miralax. As I'm checking out, the employee says, "I hope you feel better...". Come on! I would have rather her said, "Have a nice day" then her assume I was in need of a laxative. I think you can mark that in the "just don't say anything" column. This facility is unable to manage a queue for covid testing and is extremely inefficient and unprofessional. After arriving 5 minutes early I experienced a 30 minute delay in just getting to the drive through to start my test. At that point they were unable to find my confirmation number which then took another five minutes. When I expressed my frustration with the testing process to that point, the Pharm tech became argumentative. I think at this point I expect them to lose my Covid test or expect some ridiculous amount of delay In getting my results as they didn't provide me with any tracking mechanism. Do yourself a favor, even if it means making a testing appointment further out - get your Covid testing, and I suppose any of your other pharmaceutical needs, from a different facility. Sub par service. Called about my prescription originally after they sent it to confirm it was sent, the automated system confirmed they had received it. A week later I called and the customer representative said they had never received my prescription so after getting my dr to resend the prescription i then confirmed with them that they had two of my prescription. The tone of the original service rep who originally said they didn't have the script was condescending even after I confirmed the automated system had confirmed the script. I would recommend using a different cvs even if it's a little farther from where you live to save you more total time than having to run around calling your dr then the cvs only to use a different cvs at the end to receive the final medication. This is the first negative review I have ever done in my life, and I feel it's well deserved read more

Have never had a problem w front of store. Digna is very sweet & helpful! Today though, in the pharmacy, it seemed a little disorganized, I arrived at 322pm for my 330pm appt for flu vax and there were 3 ppl in front of me to get vaccines. Had to leave at 355pm to pick up my kids from school. I made my appt w plenty of time to spare. They need a better system. It doesn't take 15min per person to administer a shot. The person in front of me was also a 330 appt. I don't even know why they are double booking! That is certainly frustrating. I got tired of waiting w no apology given. I will have to go elsewhere for my vaccines from now on. read more

i'm currently sick and i sent my mom out to get me one of the trending puffer jacket snoopys. the lady at our local cvs called this location to put one on hold for us since my mom had a meeting at 1pm. my mom goes back at 3pm to see an empty shelf and the lady NEVER pulled ours because she "didn't think they'd sell that fast". if you get a call to hold something PUT IT ON HOLD. my mom drove 10 miles to pick this up and the inconsiderate employee ignored the hold request read more

Worst customer service. Went to get sinus medicine and waited 45 mins. Then was told I was in the wrong lane in the drive through.

Picked up a quick passport photo; piece of cake! Place is spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I won't ever have pictures printed at CVS, again. Barbie swears that any pictures from a phone, even though professional, will come out blurry and pixelated. Wrong. I've printed pictures from the same professional album and it came out flawless, but at Walmart. Not only was she wrong, she did nothing to correct it and was so rude. It was early but that's still no excuse to talk over your customer and make zero effort to rectify the crappy photo I had to pay full price for. read more

They refused to give us flu shots saying it wasn't covered by our insurance. We called our insurance when we left, and they said it was covered and most likely the pharmacy didn't want to spend time issuing flu shots on a Sunday. read more
