The fajitas are accompanied by Spanish rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, beans, grilled veggies, and homemade tortillas. I haven't had a meal this authentic and delicious since our visit to Puerto Vallarta last year. The meats were cooked perfectly without being overdone and the flavors were all spot on.
