Previously have sent me another customer's info via message (HIPAA violation). Have failed to get signatures when delivering expensive meds that I requested to confirm delivery of. Unreliable for use for high-acuity meds for IvF and early pregnancy support. Barely deliver enough meds so constant, frequent refills are needed- really have to keep on top of everything (and them) because you never know when they won't be able to deliver a med on time. Two of my meds are currently unavailable and one is being filled thru another pharmacy/ alto claims it will reimburse but who really knows?? For a concierge level delivery pharmacy, they really under perform.

Long story short, I have been going to Walgreens by my home for a while, but they have been slacking a few times and the people there seems miserable and unhelpful. My 4 year old son got an infection and needed antibiotics and Walgreens gave me the run around all day, till I finally came and said they were sold out and for me to call around and find a pharmacy that had it in stock to transfer my son's prescription. It's late and most pharmacies were closing so I was scared I wouldn't be able to help my son. I called McKee to see if they had the antibiotics in stock and they did, but was closing in 10 mins after I called around 6pm. I rushed over way past their closing time, and a very helpful and kind lady helped me out and I was able to get our electronic prescription from Walgreens transferred over to McKee Medical Pharmacy. I was an emotional wreck that night because no parent likes seeing their child suffer, and it was getting late, I felt hopeless and I was afraid that I couldn't get his medication that evening... Thanks goodness for McKee staffs and pharmacist for helping a frantic mom out, I am so so so grateful and thankful for your help! My child took the antibiotics that night and woke up feeling much better already the next day. I am so glad he did not have to suffer a night due to Walgreens negligence. When my doctor first sent the prescription to my usual Walgreens pharmacy, the immediate response from them was "delayed, out of stock, we've ordered more." I had to call to different Walgreens to hunt down a box, which was an annoying waste of my time. This time, I simply had my doctor send the script to Cureall as they had a box in stock. I paid online through their Nimble Rx app using my HSA card and picked it up yesterday. Easy and fast! Mini, one of the Pharmacists, also gave me advice on an alternative to Azelastine nasal spray. I look forward to using this pharmacy going forward as a better and more personalized option to Walgreens. Plus they are literally a 6 minute drive from where I live.
