Life Plus Pharmacy is such a blessing. Such personal service is very hard to find these days. Reetu will remember your name and greet you when you walk in the door. If I never walk into a CVS or Walgreens again, I will be a happy camper. If you do not have prescription drug coverage, Reetu will check to see what is available to help you get the best price. (ie. Yay, I am boosted! This is not that close to where I am but where I got the soonest appointment. It's a very small pharmacy and was packed when I got there. The signs were confusing and I ended up standing in a long line based on the signage. Thankfully I checked with a staff member and they said I did not have to wait in line since I had an appointment though the signs indicated otherwise. It went fast after that and I was called in right on time and was out quickly. read more

Previously, we used a large chain grocery store pharmacy for over ten years. But the service has declined to the point where we dreaded picking up a prescription. Security gates in the store, insane speed bumps, traffic congestion in the parking lot, 45 minute lunch closures in pharmacy, etc. So we changed to LifePlus Pharmacy on Aborn and what a difference! The pharmacist, Reetu Saini, was so courteous and helpful. Lots of parking, no lines, and she filled a prescription immediately that my old (and bigger pharmacy) took two days to get it filled. My experience has been great so far. CVS was a horrible Pharmacy. No customer service available during peak hours. The counter personnel lost my prescriptions on more than one occasion. I picked this pharmacy because they are an independent pharmacy not part of mismanaged large pharmacy chains. My premise was being an independent pharmacy, without a careless corporate culture - they would care for the customer, service and honest helpfulness - all of which are usually missing in the large pharmacy chains across the US. I also like to support neighborhood small businesses. All the above proved true after having them as my exclusive pharmacy for more than 1 year that they have exclusively been my pharmacy. Even though they are not the closest to my home, I don't mind the drive down to them for the significantly superior experience. On top of being professionally competent, and high-quality customer service focused - they are also proactively helpful and well-meaning to their customers. I found LifePlus on Groupon, selling a b12 injection package. I was surprised when I looked up their location -- I live nearby and had never heard of them! I called before going in just to see if an appointment was necessary, Reetu was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. Turns out they're a small, family owned business that opened a few months prior to the COVID shutdowns. This made me even happier to support them! When I arrived today, I was glad to see the parking garage nearby and the store wasn't very busy. I signed some paperwork and a few minutes later Reetu was giving me my injection which she did carefully and painlessly. Awesome, quick experience which I will be recommending to others. read more

This place offers COVID vaccinations. They're located across from Ike's sandwhiches. It's located near the side of one of the main parking lots there. You can book an appointment online or walk in. I suggest booking an appointment online. They're closed on Sunday. I got my shot quickly after filling out my paperwork. read more

I had gotten my covid vaccine here, and Ritu was exceptional at taking care of her guest and me, and her pharmacy is very well maintained, which I really like. I would highly recommend Ritu as your local pharmacist - she would answer all of my questions regarding medication, vaccine, and anything that I had around medicines and health, which I find rare for anyone pharmacist to do nowadays. Amazing service. We did a walk in for the COVID vaccine for my 5 year old daughter. The service was quick, efficient, and easy. I usually feel overwhelmed giving any of the children vaccinations. When I first walked into LifePlus, they hadn't even officially opened (2019). Living at Santana Row, I was pleased to see LifePlus opening because the closest pharmacy was a sketchy CVS a couple blocks away. Meeting Reetu and her family as they were setting up that day was the start of a wonderful retail relationship that restored my faith in independent, small businesses. Both my wife and I transferred all our prescriptions to LifePlus. Immediately, we were very pleased with the quick and friendly service. The true value of working with an independent pharmacist became clear when I began to have difficulties getting scripts renewed by my physician. Reetu spent hours on the phone chasing down the renewals from the obscenely incompetent medical group my doctor worked for. She made sure I had my meds when I needed them. In addition, the shop, while small, is very nicely stocked. I found myself picking up OTC items along with general hygiene items every time I dropped in.
