I used to like this place but there is this crazy lady working there now. I went to buy some hair color, just looking for the kind I like, and she comes over. Then she asks me if I'm covering grays, well duh, I'm over 50. So I kind of thank her, listen to her for the next five minutes (not kidding) and try to go back to shopping. Not sure if she works for Garnier or what, but she couldn't cope with the fact I didn't want to buy it. Another five minutes passed by and I grabbed what I wanted and went to the checkout. Usually come to this store because it's conveniently located off of Aborn and I need a last minute gift-card/greeting card. However, sometimes they are very disorganized and it seems like a storm went through the store. In addition, today, I was in line for the register and the cashier put up a "next register please" sign up while I was literally right there. She didn't say anything so I asked her if I should stay. She said yes but later told me to go to the next register. This is a minor inconvenience and she was very polite throughout the entire encounter. read more

I come here for the occasional knick-knack, but the mail center is my main purpose when here. I send out a lot of packages for my work and this place has a very friendly, not to mention nearby, FedEx and USP service. Much more friendly than any FedEx store or mail center I have been to in this area. The lady I talk to is very attentive and willing to find the best price or shipping method to suit your needs. All in all I recommend this place for anyone looking for more customer service when mailing a package and perhaps a gallon of milk and a box of Sudafed with that package. read more

Worst experience ever. Do not go to this cvs. Their customer service sucks . No one listen to the manager . She called someone to help the line but no one came to open another cashier line. Got my typhoid and hepatitis a vaccination. The doctor was nice and friendly. High recommend. But I think they needa restock their makeups.

Yesterday at 8:30am my doctor's assistance called in and wired in two prescriptions for a nasty case off bronchitis to this CVS. I was new to this CVS pharmacy and chose it because my insurance co. only offers CVS discounts. I went in at noon to pick up my meds. The pharmacist (or assistant) took my name, checked her computer and told me: Sorry, you're not in our system. She rotated her computer screen so I could see that the search had come up empty on my name. Are you sure they called in to this pharmacy? She hands me a business card with the pharmacy info and tells to contact my doctor and have them call the pharmacy. So I walk away, call the doctor's office and leave a message (they are on lunch break til 1:30). Around 2pm I talk to the doctor's assistant, we confirm that he had called in to the correct pharmacy and he contacts them while I'm on hold. He gets back to me and says, the pharmacy says your meds have been ready for pick-up since 11am. Back to CVS, different pharmacist. She looks at me cooly and says you didn't show up in our system because you're a new customer. The tone of voice indicated that no error had been made by CVS, that my lack of success was nothing unusual and perfectly reasonable since I'm a new customer. Hand me your Driver's license. I growled a bit at her, pointing out that signing me up could have been done the first time around. She was still having none of that as if I just didn't understand the situation. So then she began to fill the prescription. (So they weren't ready to pick up. minor detail) She wouldn't give me the discount without the CVS card so I drove back home to get that. (my bad). My question is: what was the first gal thinking when I didn't show up in the system? If it is a customer data base, why didn't she ask for ID and sign me up? There was no line at the register. I just can't understand why anyone would be turned away because they weren't yet in the customer database. It's just weird. And then why wouldn't the second pharmacist recognize the strangeness, apologize and indicate that they would look into it? If it sounds like much about nothing, I could give more personal details to make clear why this was more than just a tad annoying. But this Yelp is already too long. read more

I've been coming to this CVS for years and never had a problem until now. This place claims to be open 24 hours but I came here tonight and the workers inside said they were closed. You cannot claim to be a 24 hour store if you close.. that makes no sense at all. There aren't even any signs telling you why they are closed. read more

I'm giving 5 stars for exceptional attitude while working on Christmas Day. I interacted with three different employees on my brief trip today. It goes without saying, anybody shopping at this hour on Christmas is most likely in a rush and does not have the nicest demeanor. All three employees I spoke to were cheerful, pleasant and efficient. They new I (and other customers) were in a hurry and acted accordingly. Kudos to the team at this location. The Indian lady pharmacist at this place did not give my prescription after my lasik surgery due to her beliefs now there's a lawsuit against CVS for not distributing them. Don't come here if you are looking for your things to be handle accordingly. Try other pharmacies instead read more

I really wish I could give them zero stars so badly. None of my card work at there register, so I get on the phone with my Card customer service. They told me my card was working fine, that the store wasn't accepting the payment. They ask to speak to the merchant, which the manager at the time refuse to talk with my card service rep. When I ask to try another register the cashier and manager just laughed, and said it was my card I proceeded to leave after that. But When my friend came out he told me they had to change register because their pen-pad wasn't working. So Thank you cvs for hiring such great employees, I will back next week. read more

Worst pharmacy in the Evergreen area. The pharmacist I dealt with spoke poor English, did not have a legitimate answers when refusing to fill my prescription that was given to me by my private doctor, wasted my time by accepting the prescription earlier that day (even took the time to ensure they had the medication @ the pharmacy as well as the proper amount to properly fill my prescription) to be filled and stating to return in an hour to pick it up only to be told an hour later as I walk in after sitting in traffic on my return that she was unable to fill my prescription (that's about all I could make out due to her butchering of the English Language). I found it even ruder that she would not come from the back of the pharmacy to speak/explain to me (not that I would have been able to make out the gibberish poor attempt at English) the situation, as if she was too lazy and the 10 foot walk to the counter was too much for her venture. I would not recommend getting any of your prescriptions filled here seeing as if they cant even speak English, and approach you like a human (little alone a customer) who's to say they can actually properly fill your prescription and the medication they are delivering to you is accurate? Use Evergreen Pharmacy on S. White Rd. their staff is friendly, speaks English that is coherent and actually give a genuine care about the people that they are filling prescriptions for (approachable as well as knowledgeable). read more

If you live nearby, this is located in a great plaza to go to luckys for groceries, or cvs for pharmaceutical needs. There's also Yuri Sushi (great food, not cheap) for sushi! And there's a taekwondo place to the right of CVS as well. If you are a girl, the cosmetics aisle is always great, they have a liberal return policy as well. The lines are usually not too crowded, but...when they are...not fun at all....! read more

This CVS is great because it's 24 hours and the employees are super nice. I usually go out to buy things super late at night around 3 or 4 AM and the employees that help me out here are always cheerful and willing to start a conversation which is kind of rare to find in alot of chain stores. This place is also pretty great since it's one of the only chain places you can buy snacks or drinks for a party late at night if you're running low. read more

No one is helpful. I waited 20 minutes for what I assume is their excuse for a manager or something named Michelle to come help me. The first time she was called she wouldn't come out. I had a curbside order and the whole point is to drive up and get the order (that I already paid for) and go. They told me they stop doing curbside at 9pm even though the app clearly says 10pm. After 30 minutes in a nearly empty store I just canceled the order. Don't waste your time here. read more

24 hour service which is great for me. Close by and the workers are so so. This is not my usual CVS so the layout is weird for me. I did have some difficulty with the film department, I thought it was 24 hours too, and tried printing something the same day of for a class project, but that was a no no. Good thing I did not need it so I ended up not paying for the prints. read more

I am so impressed by the diligence of each and every one at the CVS Pharmacy on De Anza Blvd, Mclellan Square, Cupertino. Everyone in the pharmacy section makes out of the way efforts to satisfy the customer. I had made a request for a vacation supply of all my prescription medicines (and those were quite a few). These people in the pharmacy called in many times all of my six different doctors to get my refills on time. They also dealt with my insurance for overrides and approvals. They put in so much time and effort just to handle some issues I was having in getting my supplies and would call and text me almost every other day to let me know of the updates. Finally I got everything today from them. I have little time now to catch my flight but I can't do that without first letting these wonderful people know how grateful I am. I would especially like to mention some names here; the very detail-oriented, thorough gentleman Sunjay, the very hard-working brilliant youngster Brian, the young new person Kevin and 3 beautiful ladies whose names I can't recall (sorry about that), and at the front, the amazing well-mannered Majid and another grey-hairstyled, the most soft-spoken lady (sorry can't recall the name). All these people and including rest of them whose names I can't recall, have always been so helpful at this store. Each person at this store is outstanding. I really appreciate everyone here and I am really thankful to them for making this place always pleasant experience for me. And of course the pharmacy team is awesome! read more

My prescriptions were transferred here when SaveMart closed. I hate this place and miss Linda @ Savemart. The line here is always long. If your prescription runs out on the 30th say, they won't refill on the 29th. After you do call it in and go to the store it won't be ready. Wait in line for 15min for them to tell you to come back in an hour or tomorrow. What can I say, the service is terrible. Went there tonight to pick up just as the iron grate was being closed and tough luck,come back tomorrow. Did I say I miss Linda at Savemart? Brian read more
