The white bald man asked if I needed help while I was looking at a soda near the exit because I was checking out and the self checkout is right by the door. Then as I'm checking out the Indian man with glasses comes up behind me and says I'm paying wrong. He was in the candy section and magically appeared behind. Like you're brown too sir. I like my neighborhood CVS I'm so glad we have one in the area! The ExtraCare system and CVS Pharmacy are both fantastic. I appreciate how CVS regularly emails me about discounts on certain days it's so helpful. The staff here are generally friendly and welcoming, which makes shopping a pleasant experience. I especially love the makeup aisle, grocery aisle & household aisle they always have a great selection of new products to explore! read more

Do NOT go here to take photos. They're short staffed and nobody is really interested in helping you out. They are incompetent and inefficient. I got blurry passport photos and when I asked, they said it checks all the boxes and it would pass. And this was after making me wait 30 mins to figure out how to work the camera, while also helping other customers at check out. read more

Pharmacy line is horrible. Always one staff working at all times, no matter when I come. Slow slow slow what should be like 5 mins turns into like 15 to 20 min wait. Hire more people. CVS is known for being a pharmacy first, and an odds and ends type of store second. This particular location is one of their smaller stores, so don't expect it to be a Target "like" experience. I don't ever drive out here to specifically fill a prescription or buy candy, but since it is in the same complex as Honey Berry and Pizza My Heart, it is a pretty convenient option. They tend to move things around in the store, but it is small enough to where you will eventually find what you are looking for without asking for help. Cashiers are not that friendly, as they tend to stare at you with blank looks on their faces. Overall, it is in a prime/convenient location, but they need a bit of work on their customer service skills. A solid 3 Stars for its location, and a 1 Star bump for carrying Icebreakers Ice Cubes gum! read more

I've been here many times and every single time I have my Dr. send over a Rx, I'll call various times throughout the day to make sure they've received it. Well, every time I call no one ever picks up. I've called 5 times and no pickup. When I arrive (and this also has happened every single time), the Pharmacist tells me it will be 30 mins to an hour to fill the Rx. I don't understand how this continues to happen. Suggestion is to pick up the phone so we can drive over when we know our Rx is ready. read more

By the way, that self-check out stand will one day take your job as it can service humans better than you. 2nd, our phone number did not work we asked for help with our phone number entry for the "CVS Extra Care card", you said there nothing i can do....So we asked for you to sign us up and you stalled and said "i guess I can" with a very rude tone. After CVS took over for Longs they did some major rennovations...no more plastic-like floors...it was all replaced with carpet. They tore down the two entrances and kept the one on the left side. I haven't had any issues with this CVS... convenient location if i need to purchase something quick. (I do prefer Walgreens but the prices are better here at CVS). I haven't used their phamacy nor their photo department so I'm not sure how the quality of service is there... Don't forget to scan your CVS card for extra coupons at the kiosk. I frequently get $5 off $15 purchase coupons or $4 off diapers. I have been going to this CVS for at least the 5 past years. I usually come here to pick up my mother's meds. I have never had any problems at the pharmacy or with the main store here. It is a place I can trust to get my Covid and Flu shots. Parking is always available. No long waiting for anything. It isn't a large store but they seem to carry everything that is needed. There is no foot traffic and still everything is done here at snail speed, Lol!. I've lived in evergreen for 20 years and this CVS has the laziest employees working there. They rarely answer the phone and when asked if they stock a particular item - they say no without even checking - even after I showed him the item online. Management is horrendous - and they lead by example. read more

Had a prescription sent to a CVS pharmacy by mistake by my doctor's office. Not covered by insurance. CVS charged over $300.00 for 30 tablets and suggested I get a discount coupon. A nearby pharmacy (Wellness) charged me $46.00 for EXACTLY the same medication and same number of tablets ( more than 3 times as much). They are crazy rude at this CVS location. I went to pick up a UPS package for a friend following the UPS rules to pick up a package for someone else (bring tracking number and ID). They not only ignored those rules and didn't give me the package (which I could maybe understand to avoid problems as the package was not under my name), but the cashier was really rude. Warning, the pharmacy behaves Fraudulent. I have full coverage, after my doctor verified my information they did not take my insurance they gave me a hard time they insist on charging me in cash or cc. They call it "new patient fee" for me that's illegal because I have full coverage. I will file a complaint for non ethnical behavior and fraud. This CVS is convenient since super close to the roommate's house. This is good when I'm too lazy to make the drive to Target. The location has all the standard offerings of a CVS. So when I need some toiletries, snacks or alcohol, I can find everything here. Cashiers have always been super nice and helpful. But sometimes the checkout lines can be a little long as they don't have that many employees working the store. So if a lot of people are shopping at CVS, it can take a while to get out of the store. Worst CVS I have dealt with. Almost all medication is out of stock and they delay and prolong the refilling of prescriptions. This is the first time that I see prescriptions not being restocked, imagine all the other patients with life threatening illnesses that need their prescription pronto. It seems like this pharmacy does a lazy job restocking inventory and managing basic housekeeping services. Mind you the customer service is not pleasant and most people get treated like dogs when spoken to. This is by far the most problematic CVS pharmacy in the area.
