I asked a female employee wearing glasses about a promotion on hair dye products. Her explanation completely contradicted the promotional information clearly displayed on the price tag. Due to the inconsistency, I decided not to purchase the product. At this point, she told me I needed to put the item back myself. Honestly, I thought I had misheard her, as I had never encountered this situation in any store before. Of course, I asked again, "Are you telling me to put it back myself?" She firmly replied, "Yes, because you're not buying it." This was the first time I've experienced something like this, and I found her attitude very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, she is not suited for customer facing sales work. Ironically, her attitude was more like giving orders than providing customer service. In short, this experience left me with a very bad impression and severely impacted my shopping experience.
