Wow, this is a gas station of the future. Its the first I've been to where we need to use a touch screen system to initiate the gas pump. TBH, I did have somewhat of a hard time trying to figure out if the button I was selecting had been highlighted, but we choose after we enter our card in and remove it. Once you get the hang of which steps to do what first, it's pretty easy and fun. They have a few different areas on the top nav / menu bar for you to look at if you want such as weather, media, or traffic which I thought was super cool. There is also a function to have the background of the screen go dark so the backdrop is black and the text is white vs. the default of a white backdrop with black text. When I asked for the receipt though, one did not come out and I was too lazy to walk into the shop to inquire about it. There is also no cancel button for it... but I think I was able to have it go back to the original Home Screen before leaving. This location also has a car wash, large convenience store... its nestled on a quieter side of Dublin but its nice... not as much traffic during the time of day I was there, but still fairly busy at the pumps. I've never had this issue & I usually don't complain, but I'm usually always off around 12am midnight, I stop by this gas station sometimes to either get snacks or get gas, AGAIN I have never had this problem, this time around 1:45am I went to go with my friend because she really needed to use the restroom. I assume it's open as the sign says OPEN 24 hours. When we got inside, the man in the front was there, he clearly saw us walk in, watched my friend go into the bathroom, I was just browsing around and he just said excuse me, you have to tell your friend that we are closed....okay..well I'm not sure what to do at that point as she is already in the bathroom and you clearly saw her go into the bathroom. so when she came out I told her that we had to go bc it's closed(I assumed the bathroom). We continued to look and he said excuse me I said we're closed. I said oh. Okay..well we walked out. And we were confused & he locked the doors right behind us. AGAIN I've never had this problem, all other employees are very kind, but today, on this night shift...I'm not sure anymore if I want to come back after this. I'm only putting 2 stars because of the other employees who have been nothing but kind to me. This certain employee, not so much. read more

Gas is a little overpriced compared to other Chevrons, but I needed gas and this was the closest one near me. Located next to America's tire, across from shell and 76 which is also good gas as well. I use chevron because it's top tier and their Techron. Out of all the gas stations, Chevron gives my car better gas mileage. - 8 pumps - variety of drinks, soda, chips, lotto, etc - clean inside and outside. Seen a worker take out the garage near my pump - pump was working fine. Screens are updated and simple to use. - 2 people waiting to use the bathroom. Good place to get gas near the Honda dealer. Convenient, clean facility and the good stuff Techron - served here. Im loyal to Chevron. I trust their fuel quality and like how its still rare the up the price for a gallon if you use a credit card. So many stations do bait and switch with their prices and I dislike the dishonesty in it. An adverised super cheap price if you use cash and buy their carwash. I also dont like how Arco accepts no credit at all. They are the worst with customer service. Why deduct one star? I know you can find fuel for less. read more

I went in to utilize the restroom, and grab a quick breakfast snack. Stepping into the restroom I was immediately taken in by the elegance, not to mention the cleanliness. Wow! I had to remind myself I was at a filling station, with the music and aromatic fragrance used for the deodorizer, felt like I was in a hotel or fancy restaurant. Quite the experience for just a quick stop. Elizabeth was the attendant this morning, and she only added to the niceness of the establishment! Excellent customer service and very friendly! I stopped by Dublin Chevron after work and the clerk was nice and friendly. The coffee was fresh and the bathroom was clean. I was surprised to see many healthy options in the store. I recommend this gas station. Also very easy access to the freeway, which is convenient! read more

I usually have really great service here on the daily. I come in often as I work across the street and usually it's an Asian woman working who is normally amazing. Always asks if I found everything I needed and how my day is going. Today I came in on my lunch break to pick up some things and there was a different lady an older white woman who was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE. I asked for something from behind the shelf and she had to re ask me 3 different times what it was and then got frustrated and yelled at me to stop talking because she couldn't find it. The other lady was working that day as well and didn't say a thing. I will NOT be returning to this location and will now be going to the Shell across from them instead. On November 28th, Thanksgiving Day, my wife and I stopped at this gas station before a long trip. I went inside to grab a drink, a snack, and to pre-pay for gas. I went outside to the car, selected my gas, and locked in the nozzle. Thinking that the gas would be almost done, I checked back, but it only filled half a gallon in the span of three minutes. One other person was getting gas at the time. I asked him if his pump was functioning properly, and he said it was working slowly as well. He went inside to see if they could resolve the issue, but all the clerk told him was that they already knew about the issue. Frustrated at around eight minutes in, I stopped the pump at $6 and a little over a gallon and a half of gas. I went inside to try to get my change and she said it would automatically go to my card and could not provide a receipt for proof. I asked why she didn't tell me the pumps weren't functionally properly earlier and she said that they're slow today. Yes, I know that now. It would have been nice if a sign had been posted or if she could have just told me during checkout earlier so that I could have gone elsewhere. There's another chevron less than a minute away just across the overpass. Please go to that one instead of this one. read more
