There were at least 8-12 cars parked for pickup and nothing was happening. I almost canceled my order a couple times. I am a Sam's Plus and never have had to wait like this. I even called the store number and employee said they are short handed and getting a lot of complaints. I found out Plus members used to be the ones who got curbside service but now everyone can get it! If you are going to do that...I will not be using curbside anymore, you had one employee who finally showed up with someone's order. He was swamped. You need to hire 8-10 employees if you let everyone do curbside. That was not fair to the employee who was working past 8pm and after and said he got off at 5pm. I did not get all the items I ordered and will be reconsidering my membership renewal. I had great service with a "home delivery" from Sam's since I recently had broken my wrist. The previous curbside awhile back went smooth. I know we had cold weather/freeze alerts but that didn't come until Friday evening. I had been hearing some complaints from others but did not know how bad it is. Management needs to hire more workers if you allow everyone to do curbside service. Finally some gal came out to help the nice young man who was pulling groceries and loading cars. My app said my order was ready... I left work early to get my groceries and then sat there, didn't get them till 815-8:30pm and I needed the assistance with the "heavy water" my arm is still healing ‍.

It's got groceries on one side vitamins plus on the other. Healthy foods, lots of healthy and dietary restricted types foods to choose from. Sodas, sparkling water, energy drinks... I went to pharmacy to pick up prescription on Friday, "technician" informed me no record of prescription refill in the system at all. When I asked how could that be, she responded, "I can't tell you why the system did what it did." I spoke to manager by phone who told me the system "had a glitch on Tuesday", that's why there is no record of my prescription refill. He continued saying he spoke to pharmacy and I could pick up my prescription now. I drove to pick up my prescription for the second time the following day and was told by technician or pharmacist at window there was no record of prescription again, furthermore even though I had placed request before expiration, the scrip was now expired and there was no way they could fill it. That would have been my last refill on the scrip and it's the weekend now, can't even contact the Dr office for a new scrip.

So I'm here the next morning, but they don't have it ready, so I'm waiting 20-30 minutes. The pharmacist apologized for reading the prescription wrong, but the cashier made it very clear by her attitude that she was very put out by her error, and that it was somehow my fault. This is not the first time, but it is the last. Customer service is obviously not a priority at CVS.
