Everyone tries to save their own money. I know, I also met many friendly staffs there, and they truly want to help with my coupons or cvs card. I trully appreciate them. I go there almost every week. I sometimes buy many things, and sometimes buy a few things. Not everyone knows how to use coupons and save their own money. I apply to cvs card to receive these coupons. Placed an online pick-up order for 2 brand name facial moisturizers, because it was listed "in stock" online at this CVS store location. This store is not the closest to my house, but I was willing to drive there because it said it was in stock. Picked up the order and when I got home realized there was a hand written note with a rubber band attached to these two products that said it was out of stock and two other items, that I cannot use, were substituted. Returned to the CVS store closest to my house to return said items that I can not use and was told that I needed to go back to the original store to return the items. Then, I drove back to the original store to return these items and was told I can't return them because they are not the items that I bought. The "Manager on Duty" said that he didn't know how to help me and asked me to return to the store when the Manager was working. I tried to call the CVS customer care line while I was standing in the store, but it was closed, so I had no recourse but to leave with the items that I never purchased and can't use. This is completely unacceptable and an enormous inconvenience to me during the very busy holiday season and I'm not happy with how this situation was handled. read more

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! I was told I needed to use this pharmacy due to maintenance medicine I am on. The customer service is extremely poor and each time I've walked in the there is always a line of 4+ people. I attempted to change my prescriptions to Giant, but was told I need to go back to the CVS. I called CVS on a Monday, asked them to coordinate transferring my maintenance medication from Giant back to them, and was told it would be done in two hours. I said no rush, I will be in Thursday. I walked in today a few minutes before 130pm, there were 3 people in the back, and all 3 saw me. After a minute, the Pharmacist began to lower the gates and a girl came out to say "It is our break time." I explained I drove all the way over and could she just tell me if the prescription was ready. She looked in the system and said she had no records of an order for me. I was then told I needed to come back at 2pm and talk to the Pharmacist. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service is unacceptable. I will be finding another CVS to go to. read more

If I could give this pharmacy no stars, I would. Pharmacists and techs have poor attitudes and express them to customers. Techs will refuse to let you speak with a pharmacist. Don't try calling the pharmacy during weeknights because no one answers the phone from 7:30 onward. Make sure you count your pills before leaving the store because I have been shorted several times. You will get attitude from the pharmacists when you ask to count the pills. I was told by one store manager that the pharmacy staff get their feelings hurt when customers want to count the pills and find mistakes. One pharmacist, when told by a tech that I wanted to count the pills, yelled, "SHE WANTS WHAT?!!!!" I am sure everyone in the area near the pharmacy heard her. Don't bother paying for the CVS Care Pass. I was told that I could get prescriptions mailed to my home and mailed promptly if I paid for the Care Pass. Several times, I have had to call CVS Corporate Headquarters because the pharmacy sat on the prescriptions and didn't get them mailed when they were supposed to be mailed. Promises from Corporate that this won't happen again are empty promises as far as this CVS Pharmacy is concerned. And the turnover is so frequent that the store manager and district "leader" positions continually have new employees. I have also had to report store employees for bad attitude and racial profiling. read more

This store is 5 minutes from my home and I've been using it probably since it first opened. It's not as big as some of the other CVS stores in the area, but it almost always has what I'm looking for. The main reason I'm giving it 4 stars is in the past few years they have pretty much retained the same employees, who do a really good job. The cashiers are friendly and efficient. And the pharmacy staff is very helpful. I was recently at urgent care and got a text saying my prescriptions were ready. I hadn't even seen the doctor yet at urgent care to explain what my test results were! read more

Consistently under stocked. I went for COVID tests a month ago and they would only give me one saying that's all they had. We went today and they said they were all out. Likewise, the toiletries are constantly low in stock. The staff is nice - that's really the only saving grace. read more

This is hands down the worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to for many reasons. Very very slow, no phone support, and randomly decided to close daily for 30 min for lunch, even though it's clear that people are still working and not at lunch. The CVS in Kensington is a much better option, has a drive through, and is 24 hour. read more

Stores consistently understocked, dirty, and CVS change should put money and effort into trying to fix this. I have been in mini CVS pharmacies and this is by far one of the worst run, dirty, understocked, and difficult ones in the chain. The selection is on par with any other store. However, the thing that sets the store part is they do not have staff turnover. The same people have been working there for a long time. This is the WORST PHARMACY IN THE HISTORY OF PHARMACIES. Avoid it! My husband has chronic conditions for which he takes prescriptions that need to be refilled every 30 days. But when we try to get a refill, they are always out of stock and they say it will be one week before it comes in. Really? This is not some rare medicine! Furthermore they lied and told me it wasn't due until the 29th. I went to another CVS and surprise! Not only did they carry it, they filled it right away. I did not have to wait until the 29th. I've been going there since 1994 for toiletries and to get prescriptions filled. The line is almost always L-O-N-G. Customers ahead of me often are having trouble with the people behind the counter. The stock is often mauled. Shelf space for proven theapies and name brand and even generic products is taken up with toys, junk and scam products (although this is a problem of most "pharmacies" these days, since those are highly marked up products). The last time I was in there, the prescription that was supposed to be ready hours before took a while to even find and start on it for another few hours wait. read more

This CVS often gets a lot of unwarranted flak from people. They have great parking, are close to my house, and many of the pharmacists have taken the time to get to know me and my wife very well (Sarah and Chauncey in particular). There are times when you deal with an assistant pharmacist who doesn't seem very friendly but in my experience that is the case at any chain pharmacy. Also, I've been refilling all of our scripts here for 5 years and have witnessed the pharmacists having to deal with an inordinate number of very difficult customers. Often lines are long for this reason and not the other way around. I deduct a star because the store and pharmacy are often understaffed and the whole store is in desperate need of an update/makeover. Otherwise, it is pretty much a smaller/standard CVS pharmacy like any other. read more

This is the best CVS in the area around where I live. The store is clean and well-organized, fairly large but easy to find things, and the staff is helpful. I drive an extra few minutes to go to THIS particular CVS instead of the two that are closer to me and much less pleasant. read more
