Wow. Pharmacist is notoriously late. Doesn't care. Went to pickup a prescription prior to an out of town trip. Arrived a few mins after they opened. Waited in drive thru. Nothing. Pulled into parking lot and went inside. Pharmacy closed. Spoke with two different staff members. Both indicated the current pharmacist is frequently late and doesn't answer their calls. To the pharmacist. Thank you for wasting my time because you can't get your priorities straight. Now we must try and transfer pharmacies on the road and hope they have the required medication in stock. Corporate. Time to get someone in there that actually cares. read more

terrible experience. I had placed a photo order a month ago and never got a call, so I called in and the nice guy said it was ready and apologized that they hadn't called. that's okay. so i go in and wait in this slowww line to pick it up, that's when I meet Rosetta. Rosetta was the rudest worker i've ever come across. I say "hello i'm here to pick up a photo order", she goes "well was it big or small orrrr what?". she also was saying it wasn't ready when I had called in 10 minutes before. then if magically appeared.... you can't be slow at your job and rude please pick one. nasty girl please do something about her. read more

I'm beginning to think it's time to find a new pharmacy. Is this location under new management? The service has spiraled downhill over the last year or so. -My medication is routinely out of stock. -No one ever answers the phone when you call and the only option is to leave a message, which they don't listen to or follow directions when instructions are left. -They have overcharged me on a prescription recently when I have a manufacture coupon. -My doctor recently attempted to call in a new prescription for me, but was unsuccessful because no one at the pharmacy answered the phone (could not be faxed in.) -I've received texts asking whether or not to refill a certain prescription and after responding "NO," they filled it anyway. This pharmacy is chronically understaffed and terribly slow because of it. I've waited in line multiple times for over 30 minutes, and yesterday after a half an hour wait I was asked to return the next day. I'm here now and the same thing! After waiting they've asked if everyone can return tomorrow because they're too busy. It's insane. read more

The pharmacist and pharmacist assistant on today, Monday, August 26 I went there with my wife about TRICARE and for to get our flu shots and also to get our corona shot but TRICARE has not approved the shot yet so we have to wait and we would be impatient but the pharmacy and the lady with the blonde hair they were fantastic and serve us and taking care of us every time we come in here and they do it very great job. I really recommend him highly for anybody to come in here too. read more

I still love the pharmacy but I had an unpleasant experience at the store, hence minus the two stars. As of September 2020, they close at 11PM. Even though Google, Yelp, and their website say 12AM. I stopped by just now and the employee took one look at me - and I instantly knew that look. He wasn't too happy because I showed up 5 minutes before closing. TOTALLY understandable but I didn't know I showed up 5 minutes before closing. In my head I showed up one hour early. I think he could have gotten his point across without the sarcastic, unfriendly tone. I work at a facility where if someone shows up one minute before closing or even at closing time, we still have to remain open and we don't get to leave until an hour or more later. But I'm always still pleasant to my customers. I didn't even go in because I didn't want to be that jackass and inconvenience anyone, but he certainly made me feel like a jackass. I'd suggest the manager or someone update the CVS hours, please don't get mad at your customers for abiding by the hours stated everywhere on the internet and your page. It's not fair to employees or customers. Updating the hours will probably make both employees and customers happy. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Any time there's a problem they won't even contact you; they just won't fill your prescription. Several times I've had to call to ask them to call another pharmacy to have something transferred (due to insurance change) and they just don't, so I have to call back several days in a row to request it. Not sure if all CVS pharmacy's are like this, but I would avoid this one at all costs. I would give it half a star if that option was available. read more

The service is a train wreck. Today I waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes only to drive up and have the pharmacy worker close the window on me for lunch. No explanation other than the sign in the window. Of course I was picking up medicine I needed before I had to go out of town for business. Just went without. Par for the course with this location. I prefer CVS to the other pharmacy options and this location seems well kept and people are very friendly. My wife and I got our flu shots and they were super accommodating and it was a swift and safe experience. Not sure why so many low reviews but in my few experiences at this location it has been five stars. read more

Okay, so I know this review is about a Pharmacy, but I'm healthy, okay! I LOVE this CVS. It's so convenient. The pharmacists (no, not street pharmacists) are great. They always have things ready if you submit a phone order. I had oral surgery last year and I had a severe allergic reaction to penicillin. Itching, swelling, gross! Anyway, I went to the pharmacy to pick up a different medicine and while there, my pain medication wore off. (I know. "You poor thing", right?) It was awful! I was a mess, crying, drooling, and they were so kind. They gave me tissue and called my Doc for me since I couldn't talk. Thank you CVS gods! Anyway, this is a great place to fill a prescription or pick up drugs! One draw back is that the parking lot is so difficult to get out of. If you exit onto P'tree Industrial, you have to go north. And it's incredibly difficult to make a left turn on the Pleasant Hill between the hours of 3-7. So, good luck! read more

I've never used their pharmacy, but I stop in here occasionally before going to work to grab things that I've forgotten (usually water) and I have been so impressed. This is one of the cleanest and most organized CVS stores that I've ever been in. Everything always appears to be in stock and right where it's supposed to be. It's just the little things like that that just make this place phenomenal. read more

I visited for my son's flu shot and I have had the worst experience with pharmacy. The pharmacist intern, her name was Kerry or Kelly, was not pleasant at all at first. I have her my insurance card and let her know that we were there for a flu shot. She went behind the counter to get a shot ready. She put the sanitized gloves. But on her way out from behind the counter to the sitting area where my son was waiting, she greeted customers, touching medicine bags and money with the gloves on. I asked her to change the gloves since she had multiple hand touches. She, at first, refused because the gloves are for her own protection, not for the patient who is ready to a flu shot. I thought she had to change because it was the pharmacy where there are many different conditions of customers. She changed gloves later because I asked her three times. I was very unhappy with her behaviors . I am not still happy with her unprofessional skills. I don't want to go to this location but I am still going because it is close to my house. read more

I have been trying to use the new appt for express pick-up. I was very frustrated with the service from the app. A senior executive promised to call me back and never did.The manager did something that made me very happy,unlike the app people. read more
