Every time it happens, he rings me up at the normal register but says my phone number very loudly, which feels like a big privacy issue. And the staff gives attitude if you choose the regular line instead of the broken machines. My eyes felt dry within minutes. I should have bought two bottles instead of one. Southern California is ridiculously dry, windy, and dusty. Even close to the ocean, SoCal is too dry. This is the wet winter season in Northern California, and it never gets so dry near the ocean in the summer in NorCal because of the thick cloud cover from the marine layer. Found loving hands with a quick search to see which ones were near me. I'm only a block away from them so the convenience is great. The first time we used them, I needed antibiotics and they delivered it to my door step later that day so I didn't have to get out of bed. AMAZING! Just used them this last week. My doctor prescribed me a newer pill and they didn't have it in stock but said they could order and have in one day, which was great, however they warned me that it was coming up as $280 which seemed odd. So I called my doctor and px coverage and they said it's because it's such a new medication with no generic etc. so I called them back and said well I guess I will just pay the $280 Because I need it. They said maybe they can search around for some coupons and deals. They told me to go to the pills website and there were some deals on there and to sign up and tell them the code I get sent. Did that, they said ok let us see what this code can get off of the pills and call back. They called back an hour later and got the cost down to under $200. I was so in shock that they cared so much about how expensive this was for me. They truly care! They are awesome. I've also never waited in line when I'm there, never had issues with parking. Soooo easy and friendly! I will be a customer for life!

However, the machine I used was totally fine until I paid. My receipt would not print properly; only half of it printed. The machine automatically set up an alert for staff to help me. When a staff member did come to help me, she gave me attitude and explained that I should not have pulled at the receipt; she didn't even bother to allow me the chance to explain that the receipt wasn't printing properly.
