I've been here several times and I am done with their rudeness probably because the same pharm tech is the one taking the prescriptions at drop off . She is female, short stature, overweight curly dark brown hair with glasses. She is horribly cold, and provides poor customer service. Very robotic. I know her name but won't mention in this review but will when I call corporate. At least when I am getting my prescriptions filled, it's usually because someone is sick in my family. I am under enough stress as is and do not need a cold hearted person dealing with me. She maybe competent in her job but maybe should not be dealing with the public. I am done with this pharmacy and rather drive 2 more miles to the other cvs then deal with the nonsense at this pharmacy. Yes also they take forever to fill prescriptions. I heard the pharm TEch say an hour to get prescription filled to person in front of me. When I went to other cvs on Moorepark , my prescription was ready in less then 10 minutes. When you have sick kid at home time is of essence. Hope this review will be seen by some cvs management and provide customer service training. read more

I will never use this pharmacy again. Dropped off my prescription at 7pm and was told it would be ready in 1hr but when I returned at 8:15 not only was it not ready the Pharmacist said I never dropped off the prescription and after 15 mins of us going over my info and him looking it was still nowhere to be found and was told he would have to contact my Dr in the morning to get a new prescription which was very hard for me to accept since I had Bronchitis and an ear infection and needed the medicine that night. Do not get your prescription filled here. Called in a prescription in the morning and came after the time they said it would be ready. Showed up and was told to wait til the pharmacist returned at 3(30 minute wait) The pharmacist returned to inform me that they didn't even have the medication and that he would see of another store had it. Waited another 20 minutes then asked if the guy was coming back and was informed he had left for lunch and had not bothered finishing to help me. After an hour of my time finally found was told to go to another location that was out of my way as they were the only ones who allegedly had it. I had to write when I saw the low reviews for this pharmacy. I've been using them for years and agree, they're slow at busy times of the day (hence, -1 star). However, I can't ever remember anyone being rude in all the years I've been going. They're not a smiley, bubbly bunch, but my experience has always been that they're polite and calm and want to help. When I've had a problem with a prescription, they never seemed irritated or impatient. If I bring a prescription and wait, it's about 20 minutes (then, of course, waiting in the pickup line, unless you time it for a non-busy part of the day). That doesn't bother me because it's a nice store to wander around in and I can usually find things while I'm waiting. The checkers, again, aren't a big smiley extroverted bunch, but they've always been nice enough and certainly polite. If I've needed help, people have given it and without seeming upset about it in any way. They all are professional--whether up front or in the pharmacy at back. The best way thing about the pharmacy is they automatically refill my prescription every month and auto-call to let me know it's ready (it always is). If there's a problem, they've called the doctor themselves and if that didn't work, they let me know about it right away. I think the negative comments here are pretty harsh. Horrible customer service every single time i come in. I had my 7 year old sick as a dog and the doctor had faxed in the prescription and hour and half prior to me picking up. When I arrived, the pharmacist said, "Oh, I didn't check the phone orders." I had to wait another 20 minutes. This is the case every single time. Not to mention, they are rude. read more

Only regarding the pharmacy: very slow. Every time I've come they've had a line 6 people deep which takes anywhere from 15-30 minutes. They have so far only had my prescriptions ready 33% of the time. Haven't heard of other stores in the area being better so I just put up with it. read more

Recommend not taking your prescription to this pharmacy if it is anytime close to the store closing hours. I arrived 15 minutes before the pharmacy closed and was told they wouldn't fill my prescription. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. If I could leave a lower review I would. Girlfriend and I waited in line for 30 minutes for a prescription fill that we were told would be ready 3 days prior. After waiting in line the prescription was not filled but we were told if we waited 10 minutes they could do it. We waited and once told it was filled we were sent to the BACK of the line to wait again!! I was shocked, for 1 that we had to wait again and 2, that they didn't give us the common courtesy of telling us that we should get back in line. Completely unbelievable and beyond frustrating. On the plus side there were quite a few scuzzy looking people hanging around the place, as though this was a lowlife hangout. Every CVS seems to have the same problems with the pharmacy. Have gone to pick up a prescription hours after I was told would be ready and it still wasn't ready. Told it would be ready in 10 minutes which in CVS time is 30 minutes. Plus so often many common items like buffered aspirin are out of stock. read more

I was having a really hard time with the photo kiosk. It took 40 minutes to get a photo from Facebook to the printer. The manager was very helpful and kind. He listened to my complaints and apologized, he had to reboot the computer twice. It took a lot of extra work for him to print 1 picture. I was very grateful for the extra effort he put in. The problem wasn't his fault it was the software from Kodak. read more

I am very disappointed in this CVS Pharmacy. My family and I have been loyal customers for the last 15 years. They used to be very fast, friendly, helpful, and error-free. I have been experiencing them go down hill over the last couple of years. Now they have extremely long waits in lines (only comparable to Disneyland), they are not truthful, it takes hours to get a prescription filled, they make the customer in front of them leave the store and come back later in the day of the next day because they have a backlog of orders to fill, and most recently they messed up when filling my prescription (not dispensing enough medication to fill the order) and refused to correct their mistake (even though my insurance company said they are able to and my prescription is covered as written). This is the straw that broke the camel's back. We're finished with this pharmacy and are making a well-overdue switch to a different pharmacy.....not a CVS. read more
