I provided very clear instructions -- on THREE separate occasions over a TWO WEEK period -- explaining that a manufacturer coupon needed to be processed in order for the medication to be affordable. This was not complicated or unusual, as the prior pharmacy had been handling it correctly without issue. Instead of helping, CVS wasted hours and days of my time with repeated calls, excuses, delays, and zero resolution. This is a DAILY medication that I rely on, yet there was absolutely no sense of urgency, professionalism, or concern for the patient. What made the experience even worse was Paul's behavior. He was incredibly rude, dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to help. He actually told me he was "too busy" to contact the prior pharmacy to have them explain the coupon process -- something that should frankly already be within CVS's normal scope of knowledge and customer service. After two weeks of getting nowhere, I finally had my doctor cancel the prescription and transferred it to Amazon Pharmacy. Amazon resolved the exact same issue within MINUTES and my medication is already being delivered. That alone says everything. Paul's attitude was arrogant and unacceptable for someone working in healthcare. Patients should not have to beg for basic assistance while being treated like an inconvenience. If CVS is this understaffed, poorly trained, or poorly managed, they need to address it immediately. If you want an AMAZING Pharmacy in the area - go to Westlake Village Pharmacy. Been going there for YEARS and they are amazing, friendly always a smile and willing to help. Wish this particular RX could go to them - all my others do go there and could not be more happy! Unlike another pharmacy that I went to (don't remember the name now but it wasn't a chain). Allegedly, it's long lasting relief. That's what it says on the label. Nope. My eyes felt dry within minutes. I should have bought two bottles instead of one. Southern California is ridiculously dry, windy, and dusty. Even close to the ocean, SoCal is too dry. This is the wet winter season in Northern California, and it never gets so dry near the ocean in the summer in NorCal because of the thick cloud cover from the marine layer. Just not used to this level of dry.

Staff member quickly greeted me and I was in and out with my photos within literally a minute or two. Even though I just popped in quickly, the store looked really clean and organized. I didn't look at the photos until I got home and one of them looks like the contrast was off but the other looked fine. So I would just recommend to look at your prints before you head out ;)

They answer questions and answer them in a way where I don't feel silly because I don't understand. I do hear people grumble about having to wait in line...
