The person working had to check and call me back 4 times to make sure that was okay, even though I already paid for it. He ended up needing to cancel all produce, and reorder. Okay. So today my husband arrives at the store at 9am, and drives 20 min home, only to realize all of our produce was not given to him. My husband called, and spoke to a woman who was working (who was very kind), and assured us that our produce was right that, and to come back. We have now returned back, and the worker (a new one) brought out one bag of produce! We should have at least 4 bags. He said that there was no other produce for us. He is now shopping the store off the clock due to the other workers incompetence. Prescriptions are not being filled on time and my prescriptions were placed on "Hold"? After more than three trips to purchase a prescription I needed all to no avail. In fact, the staff acted insulted. No one gives you a straight answer nor does it seem that anyone actually knows what they are doing. I moved all my prescriptions to another company.

NOW we get nasty blunt unfriendly people, no. text on some meds that are taken every two weeks, the friendly service techs seem to be out back sorting pills. Could we please put the grumpy ones out there and pull the pleasant helpful ones back out front. I have believe this is due to the head pharmacist change. Workers are only as happy and pleasant as they are treated!! We have to travel a half hour to get to the pharmacy in Brunswick Maine, have to go to the hospital there at least once a week and it would be nice to make one trip for everything.
