I love going to different CVS stores for their sales after Christmas, especially because they carry a lot of grinch items. I found a small grinch nutcracker for a really good price! Usually those are over $30 and found it for $10...I also went since I love the quality of their prints and I needed some pictures printed. This cvs store was clean and organized. The picture counter was right by the register so I didn't have to go to a different counter to get my prints. The cashier, Chris H. was super nice and attentive, the way customer service should be! Great experience coming here and I'm going to be printing pictures here at this location, even if it's a bit far from my house! read more

Today I went to return a women's vitamin pack that I bought yesterday and upon entering the store there was a women clerk who just said, " I'll be back" and left the register. A few minutes later she returned, very frustrated and unpleasantly asked, "yeah can I help you", big sigh. I told her I was returning the vitamins she simply told me to put the debit card I used in the machine and not even a second later she says that's the wrong card. I told her no this is the card used just yesterday and she gave me a frustrated look and just said , big sigh again, "no it's not". She asked if I had the receipt and I said no because I like to save paper and I can show the transaction on my phone from my bank. She insisted I was giving her the wrong card and seemed very angry, impatient, then the manager appeared from the back and I said," sir do you think you can help us?" I felt I was getting no where with her and she was just rude. As I was explaining to the manager and trying to show him the transaction on my phone she continued to put her rude two cents in, so I asked her name, she said very aggressively CHRISTINA OK CHRISTINA, as she started to step forward! Almost as if she was trying to challenge me! I at that point asks the manager if she could step back from the situation and if I could just have him alone help me. He was kind enough to pull up the transaction and make the return, quickly and easily. When I thanked him by telling him, " I appreciate your help and patience", she began to laugh off to the side. I DO NOT care to go into a place of service and be challenged by a staff member. I hope CVS and that manager handle this correctly because she could try that on the wrong person and have a physical altercation that could result in a lawsuit. read more

This store needs lots of help when it comes to customer service and I will be calling corporate to make a formal complaint. I spent over 15 minutes waiting for someone to help at the register no one showed up. After I was able to check myself out and help another customer who had accidentally used the card only self check out. The "MANAGER" MONICA R. had the audacity to follow me outside and ask if I needed help canceling the transaction that the other customer had accidentally started on the card only self check out. As if I was stealing. She was non apologetic and dismissive, now reading previous comments I do believe some of the people working at this store are racist. I just picked up four well-done 8x10 photos with same-day pickup. I ordered them at 10:18 pm on Monday night and picked them up Tuesday morning. Ordering online had the advantage of using their BOGO Free on Enlargements, Collages, Mini Prints, etc., with a savings of $9.58 on a $19.16 order. Plus, it looks easier to order online. I got a nice, reasonably priced frame too. This is my first time using their Photo services. I've gone to this pharmacy for years - for prescriptions, vaccines, over-the-counter drugs, bandaids, seasonal gifts (Easter now.), etc. All the employees I've encountered at this CVS are friendly and helpful, from pharmacy staff to cashiers. read more

The pharmacy is fine, I've had no issues with it. The photo counter is complete trash run by the most useless, inept, mongoloids on the planet. Printing photos doesn't require much, yet they continuously mess it up. Most recently they "lost my order" and only gave me half of my photos. The geriatric jerk that was running the photos acted like it was my fault and like I wanted to steal the photos. They were paid for!!! And only half were there!!! I had to demand a refund if they weren't going to fulfill my order. Completely unprofessional, the ancient bastard had to have his face almost touching the computer to see anything. Absolute jerk. I do not recommend getting photos for passport here. I told the worker that the photo seemed too dark and he said the brightness doesn't matter so trusted him. I brought the photo to USPS and got rejected right away because the photo was too dark. read more

A better pharmacy would be hard to find. Each time I've gone to this CVS I've been surprised by the kindness and care shown me. I had been sick with 2 rounds of a summer cold when I went in the last time. One staff member was stocking items close by & when I asked a question, she left her assignment, came to where I was and took her time to answer all my questions. Who does that these days? Then there's this thing they do when my primary physician sends an Rx to them. I am immediately notified by text that they've received a prescription and give me the projected time it will be available... usually 1-3 hours. But here's the surprise... at the end of their text, they have a line that says, "If you need this prescription sooner, Click Here." I've clicked there the last two times and guess what... in no time at ALL I get THIS text... " your prescription is ready for pick-up." How cool is THAT? Once I went thru the drive-thru and saw a sign posted on the window that their computer was down & I'd need to go in the store. Ok, so I admit I was bummed. But, for all the things that go right with this place, I let this inconvenience go. I'll keep going back because I like good surprises. read more

My family has experienced several racist incidents at this CVS. Recently my wife, who is black, was at self-checkout. A store employee (white) walked over and stood right next to my wife, watching her every move with suspicion. On a couple of previous occasions, store employees have followed my wife and son around the store, staring at them in a way that is obviously full of suspicion. I have personally observed this. Furthermore, I am white and I've never been treated that way in this store. We have stopped shopping here. They need to retrain their employees to not be so obviously racist against black people. read more

I enjoy shopping at this location when I am in the area. Everything seems to be clean and in order. Cashiers can be a bit rude. I usually shop for specific items that I already know what isles they are in. I have asked for help in the past and the one person on that particular day was helpful. Other than that, it's a large, nice size store and there is always plenty of parking. read more

Pharmacy closed BEFORE 8??? Went through drive thru at 7:55 and was closed then came in and was shuttered.

Stopped in to make a return and the older, blonde associate named Debbie was unhelpful. I had an E-receipt (CVS offers a printed OR E-receipt option) she unfortunately could not scan the barcode. Debbie informed me of this and said she could only give me store credit. She also asked for my drivers license. She did not offer to manually enter in the receipt number to process the return. Then scanned the item and proceeded to put $3.00 on a gift card. The item I purchased just 2 days prior was $5.14. In normal circumstances, I would take the store credit. (Only a couple bucks) But Debbie was flat out rude and unhelpful. She was unwilling to assist with my return and stated there was nothing she could do. Long story short, I spoke with the assistant manager Chris and he completed the return by simply entering the information into the register. It's never the customers fault that the associate cannot scan the receipt. Especially an E-receipt that's offered as a convenience to the customer. Debbie deserves 1 star, and might benefit from a refresher course on customer service. read more

I came in early this Saturday morning to wait in line for the pharmacy to open. When it was my turn I advised the pharmacist that my prescription was sent over from urgent care. The pharmacist said they just opened and it would take 30 minutes. In hopes of getting it early I sat and waited patiently. 45 minutes later, I was told sorry it would be another minute. An hour later I was told they did not have the prescription. They had two of the three and the rest would be filled later in the week. I asked to have my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy and the pharmacist immediately said that other pharmacy was closed. We'll, NO, it was not. This review is for one female Asian cashier from this store (on the receipt her name printed Cristina). I have been a regular client of this store and pharmacy, and every one of staff members (except Cristina, who I saw for the first time that day) had been providing friendly and quality services all this time since their grand opening. However, now I am completely disappointed from my recent experience with that woman. She is not only rude as a person (she mumbled and made face during check-out, and ended up raising her voice at me), but also made me seriously question if she has ever properly trained as a cashier. (because she charged twice for an item, and made me come back to the store again, yet not a bit of sorriness was presented.) I reported to the Customer Service hotline, and even emailed the district manager, Quyen Diep, regard this issue, but no response back. (haha seriously?) They allowed me to register for a vaccine and then said that they could not confirm that my insurance would cover it. My wife had used the same insurance for a vaccine before. The staff was remarkably unhelpful and could not explain why they let me register online with the insurance in the first place. If they cannot accept my Blue Shield insurance, they could have said so online and I would not have wasted my time going there. I would recommend finding a pharmacy with more attentive and helpful staff. read more

Went to pick up prescription and was told they sent it back to the doctor because my insurance no longer covered it. I was told to call my insurance if I had questions. I called the insurance and they said it was covered but the pharmacy entered it wrong. I went back to the pharmacy and they said okay well your co-pay is $60. I told them my co-pay is $5. They then said well we will only give you 1 month, instead of 3 months. I then asked why 1 month would be $5. And 3 months is $60? They could not answer and then told me they do not have the medicine in stock and sent me to another pharmacy 10 mi. away. Of course this next CVS wasn't happy to see me and told me it will be at least 30 min before they could help me. Incompetence at best...extremely poor service. read more

This was my first time using this CVS because is closer to my house. My doctor sent the prescription on Monday and then they said my prescription would be ready until Thursday. In any other cvs it would be ready within 15 minutes. When I spoke to someone in pharmacy she had an attitude and I was in pain trying to explain to her about my prescription. I don't know if it was because of her that she made it happen for my prescription to be ready until Thursday and not the usual 15 minutes. Store is great but I baught firewood that reminds me of some kind of trick firewood that smoked non stop and you couldn't be near the fire.

Apparently you can only ever fill your prescriptions at 1 CVS only. Once you've chosen a CVS you have to stick with it so if you happen to be near a different CVS you cannot go to that one, if you do they give you a hard time and tell you it will be at least 2 hours, give you attitude and try to dissuade you as much as possible.
