The pharmacy is the slowest pharmacy around. There is only 1cashier with the window. No other help jump in.

Not good at all! I went in to print up a couple photos and left with nothing after over 30 minutes of trying! The Kodak machine didn't seem to be working. I tried plugging in, their WiFi option and even downloaded the app! Horrible! I also looked for someone to assist and of course, no one was around. Frustrating to say the least! Won't go back and will not recommend this location. In addition, the machine was filthy and had a layer of dust, telling me it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. This place is an absolute horror show! I stand in line for 20 mins waiting for an RX refill, they hand me the bag. I tell them I want to check the quantity of my RX before I purchase, as I ran out a month ago and their system claimed I wasn't eligible for refill till now. I was expecting six boxes (90-day supply), to my surprise, there's ONE box in the bag! When I question the quantity, I'm told to go to the next window for a consult. I explain the issue twice to a lady who clearly wasn't happy to have me point out an issue. I wait another 15 mins or so. She hands me a new bag. Again, I open the bag prior to paying. This bag has 3 boxes (half the amount required)! I point out to her the prescription is a 90-day supply and she's handed me a 45-day supply. The pharmacist is then pulled in, where he starts comparing the quantity of each dose, to the supply, basically, debating me. At the end of the day the doc said take one vile, add to water and use. I'm not here to debate the quantity of drug in the medication. If he has an issue, speak to my doctor. Aside from the fact, if this is an issue, why is he discovering it now? CVS has already filled this prescription twice! He tells me they're close to lunch time and need to close soon (meanwhile, I just blew my lunch hr dealing with these folks). I said, it appears you need time to work this out and possibly call my doc. I confirm he has my cell number - he repeats it back to me. He says they'll call when the RX is ready. Two days later, no call. So, I go back today, because you can't simply call this place. Their automated system leads you down a path to nowhere in trying to speak to a human. I'm told the prescription is ready. I ask to look in the bag, only to find three boxes, half the quantity expected! At this stage, it's clear, they cannot do this. I've contacted my doc to send this to Express Scripts. I'm no longer dealing with CVS. If I continue, they'll be filling a prescription for blood pressure medication. I would add, this isn't my first issue. They booked a vaccination that required 2 injections about 2 months apart. I go to obtain the second one and they ask why I was there? I said because you booked me to have this injection today. The pharmacist says I'm too early, come back in a month. How could I be too early?? YOU booked the return visit. This store is clearly challenged in properly dispensing medication. read more

The pharmacy staff are all rude and useless. Doesn't matter if the prescription is brought in or faxed, it's not filled. Conflicting information from the staff every time you go weather about refills or prior authorizations. I've never had a problem with the actual store or store staff, just the pharmacy. read more

Newly built and clean CVS with lots of parking. That's about the end of good things I can say about this place. Everything at CVS is overpriced, staff is not terribly helpful, etc. Whenever possible i try to go to Target for any of my non pharmacy items, but every now and then I find myself here since it is much closer. It's not that CVS is any worse than Walgreens and this is a much newer and nicer store, but there just isn't anything to rave about here or with CVS in general. read more

I've had a number of issues with this pharmacy but recently experienced a safety issue that goes beyond inconvenience (and honestly there is an issue almost every time we got there). They misinterpreted a doctor's instructions and gave me double the dose of a medication with strong side effects. Luckily I didn't feel well but was generally ok, but if I had had certain health conditions, my doctor indicated it would have been a big issue. CVS's "solve" for this was to give me a Target gift card. I have sent a complaint to the MA regulatory agency and we are taking all my family's prescriptions out of CVS. read more

Overall I never have a problem at all with the store or (most of) the staff. I work close and frequent this location. I thought it was one employee, but I've encountered it multiple times, with multiple employees. They are all rude at the pharmacy! I mostly use the drive thru for prescriptions and have yet to meet a friendly employee. I've never noticed that in any business where one department seems to hold all of the rude people. read more

Asked the pharmacist specifically what cold remedy would not cause nervousness or anxiety for my daughter who is struggling with insomnia, the stupid pharmacist there was dismissive and recommended Claritin which gave her two bloody nose episodes, and kept her wide awake and anxious until 5am. This woman (pharmacist) is an idiot, she gave 'my daughter something that made her worse, and disregarded everything we told her that we needed. If you need batteries, CVS is okay, but with this uneducated pharmacist, don't expect good healthcare advice. She was more interested in chatting with her coworkers, and closing up to go home. My doctor called a prescription into the pharmacy yesterday at 4P. It is now 12:35P the next day. I have had to call multiple times and just learned now that only one of the two prescriptions made it over. My doctor had confirmation yesterday both prescriptions were received. This morning the pharmacy tells me that the doctor confirmation does not mean the script went through. It's not like I'm trying to pick up cold medicine, this is a script and my husband is deteriorating as we wait. If only there was a nation wide pharmacy with tons of technology that could efficiently receive scripts, process, and deliver efficiently. Oh - and the one script that went through, and they are working on, won't be ready for 45 minutes! read more

Such an impossible field to try to please everybody's needs.....especially considering that people nowadays need help with problems that aren't problems.
