Yes CVS can contact with your authorization, but as a patient it is your responsibility to make those calls and appointments to continue your medication. I have been to this location a few times. Each time there is irate customers who do not understand that process. They also do not get why insurances have to have the approval from doctors before prescriptions can be filled. The staff have handled everything with elegance and friendly responses. Though customers do not see it that way. Because how the pharmacy handles these customers and how diligent they are to solving and filling medications they get 5 stars.

As Hugh became volatile, I asked to speak with someone else who wasn't him, and he refused, but he also refused to give me back my prescriptions. THIS IS NOT LEGAL. Luckily I was able to have someone obtain my emergency inhaler, but he is truly sick and should not be providing any type of medical service.
