My prescription was suppose to be filled days ago... I call and the auto attendant states the prescription is being processed. I request the pharmacist, it just rings and no one picks up. I drive to the store, 10 people are in line with one pharmacist and one clerk. NO ONE is happy. I get to the clerk and he tells me it still isn't filled and I need to come back tomorrow. He states they are understaffed, people don't want to work at CVS.... Quess what? I don't want to spend my money there either. The only way to have them change is to stop giving them our money. The pharmacists are overworked and underpaid. BTW, the CVS care dollars are them giving back a little on overpriced items. Shop them on Amazon, easier, faster and less expensive. read more

I stop in here every several days to pick up a thing or two or three. It is a well-managed store. It is always clean and well-stocked, and the sales people are unfailingly polite. I want to especially thank and congratulate Melissa (?), the store manager, for her hard work. It is not easy these days to run a retail store, with continuous help needs. But she manages it all, with a smile. A very nice person with a helpful attitude (always). She is appreciated. read more

This CVS Pharmacy doesn't care about it's customers. I called b/f arriving and they told me they have the Rx. Arrived and they are not ready. If they cared about their customers, they would pull it and fill while I'm there, but they don't. Because ALL of the pharmacists have to take their lunch break at the same time. How about rotating your lunch, so you can serve your customers. Also, forget about them picking up the phone. I scheduled flu/COVID shots, arrived at appt time, handwritten sign said, "No shots today." Of course they didn't call/text/email me to notify me of the cancellation, even though they have all my contact info. Rx Manager wins cranky-pants of 2023 award. I have to stop getting Rx services from this store. Sooo frustrating. read more

There's always a reason why my prescription isn't ready and it's a three day ordeal to pick up a prescription that I need every month. I have two children with chronic illnesses, so pretty much every week I'm battling to get my family's prescriptions. Sometimes I wait in line and the person at the window says they don't know how to handle my prescription, can I wait again for someone else? I only go to this cvs because I can walk from my house. Long wait, terrible service, days late on necessary prescriptions, the only thing going for them is the staff is friendly. If you have another option to fill your prescriptions DO NOT USE THIS CVS. read more

I went with my two friends went this afternoon, and while we were browsing the intercom started going off. immediatly she approached us very aggressively saying stop messing around or I'm gonna mess with you over and over, and while she was doing this the intercom went off again so it couldnt have been us. Wow. A brand-new CVS worth dealing with Route 9 traffic to get to... and THAT says something! On the Eastbound side of Route 9, and it comes up quickly just after the "Entering Wellesley" sign, so be ready to turn into the enormous parking lot. The store is HUGE with a well-lit and packed beauty section on the left when you walk in. Seriously, it is a CVS addict's dream. Nick at the register told me they opened in June, and it still has that "new store" smell. Wish I lived closer so I could go in there every week. read more

During a trip to the Golden Triangle last week, I stopped by this CVS to pick up some candy, a card, and an iTunes card, I received, yet again AMAZING service. Cashier Mei and Manager Shea were both happy, helpful, and friendly. The coupon machine wasn't working, and the manager said he'd give me some Extra Bucks anyway, and give me a dollar off of my purchase, more great customer service from this amazing, new, remodeled CVS. I will continue to shop here as much as possible (wish it was closer to home!!) :(. Amazing customer service..... Guaranteed. Immaculate store....... Always. Supreme variety & competitive prices ...... Consistently. A better pharmacy in the area......... NEVER. This location additionally has a fantastic, large parking lot and leads out to a traffic light to turn onto Route 9 East or West. 10 stars (if I could). read more

Pharmacist at this CVS would not ask for insurance and push to charge full price of prescription. When asked, she would suggest pay full price now, bring the card and later and she will adjust the price. When given the insurance card number, she refused to look it up. Instead she insisted to provide her the bin # and three other numbers on the insurance card. When asked why she can not look these up on her computer, she start showing huge attitude. Not sure why she remains employed at this CVS. read more

This place has recently gone down hill! Folks in the pharmacy seem nice and helpful. Never had a script filled but they helped me find something (when everyone else was ?). It's a convenient place to stop on my way to work. Last time there were about 4 of us in line waiting to check out. The woman at the register called for assistance (crickets)! The guy in front of me was telling me how awful the place is run and he's right! After she calls for help again, another woman comes along.... strolling to the register. She's strolling and has a bad attitude (like we are wrong for bothering her). I get up to the register to the original cashier, who is friendly and nice. I'm bagging my own stuff, cuz it so flipping late. As we finish she says, "oh you used two bags". I thought to myself, does it matter....I just did part of your job. read more

This pharmacy does not know how to bill correctly so please be careful, I've been picking up my prescriptions here for a year then all of a sudden in January 2019 they said my prescription went up by $50 and it was due to the new year and my private insurance changes. Luckily, I called my insurance company and they told me they billed it incorrectly. I told them about the situation and Each time I come here I always have to ask them to adjust it! I went into the minute clinic on a Friday afternoon. I was on my way to a wedding in CT and felt myself coming down with something. The last time I felt this way I came down with bronchitis. I knew I needed antibiotics and a strong nasal decongestant. The physician recommended hot tea and neti pot. A neti pot?! Should I cut out nightshades too?? I SAID exactly how my body would feel over the next 24 hours. Of course I ended up getting much more sick, running a 100 temp and I can definitely feel the bronchitis starting. I was looking for something strong so I could actually attend my friend's wedding. Now I'm hold up in a hotel room, quarantining myself...but hey, I could always use a neti pot. read more

Love this CVS. The guy with slightly longer hair who now works in the pharmacy has stellar customer service! Always helpful, knowledgeable and makes a good effort to help you if you ask for it. But they've hired a new young girl (with dark curly hair)recently up front who couldn't care less. Kindly train her to not be grumpy with customers. She will lose you business. The one star is less cause of her awful service. read more

Wonderful pharmacists who really care. It feels like a small time pharmacy with people who recognize you and greet you. They go the extra mile with calling doctors and insurance companies. So very different than the cvs in Natick! read more

A great CVS. Pretty well organized, always well stocked. Staff is friendly, somewhat helpful. This has been my go to CVS for several years and have always had very positive experiences. Lines can get pretty long during some peak hours but overall, this is a great location. read more
