This location has gone from terribly bad to unbelievably horrible! It took over a wk to get refill…read moredone. I had tried to transfer rx fr another pharmacy to no avail. After a wk., finally got someone to pick up the phone. Pharmacy mngr. Kim said she would call me bk. I kept calling every hr as she didn't do what she said she was going to do. (Also, both stores were dumpy, dirty, and had lots of empty shelves.) Then I went to Chapel Street Pharmacy. When there is no Pharmacist on duty they cannot dispense any medication. When they are there the Staff is not helpful. Went this morning to pick up a prescription and was ignored by the only person there as she stared at her computer and munched on her breakfast. She then proceeded to tell a late arriving staff member that they were short handed. She started answering the phone and telling people to call back as they were busy! I have tried waiting for this store to sort out this problem but have decided to switch to CVS. She told me she would make sure I had all my medications when I need them. She has gone above and beyond to do just that, and more. When one of my medications is unavailable at the manufacturer, Noura calls me ahead to come up with a plan. She has been able to fill prescriptions that were supposedly only available through other pharmacies. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Milford Pharmacy, owners Noura and Jimmy, and their staff. I am happy to support this family owned, independent pharmacy!
