They always go the extra mile for their patients and treat them like family. Hancock's excels at advocating/communicating with doctors offices to ensure their patients get the correct medication. They also deliver prescriptions to your home free of charge! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that service! Especially when I was recovering from major surgery and unable to get out of my house. I made one call, and within hours all of my medications were delivered right to my door! The smallest problem was to be told to come back in 30 minutes and the medication be ready in over an hour. The more complicated problems: they don't read correspondence with the physician. You order refills thrusday by phone and by next Tuesday (!!) they still aren't available... aso aso. If you have a choice, take another pharmacy.
