Is there any way I could give zero stars? CVS absolutely sucks and they really don't care if you bring your business elsewhere. If you need a prescription refilled, they are very frequently out of stock. If you absolutely cannot wait until they get back in stock, you'd better have your scripts sent to another pharmacy. Who can possibly wait until CVS gets back in stock on refill prescriptions. I've had this experience almost every single time, and they tell me I have to wait weeks for my scripts to be refilled. No one can wait weeks, especially diabetics. And if I call early, they tell me they cannot fill it. If you don't want to die, because you can't get your meds refilled, don't have your medication prescriptions/refills done at CVS. read more

In short thay suck! There pharmacist and assistance are all codisending and they try to change tou doctors prescriptions and even had the balls to send a text to my doctor asking for what they could replace for lidoderm .05 patchs. Or to change the amount of pills on a script of antibiotics..stay away these stores need to be shut down and there phone system is a true joke.the only way to get through is to press #2 the doctors line, they get pissed but you get a answer! The front end staff at the store and the manager are always very helpful , Pleasant and attentive . I have five CVS's Within 6 miles of my house and this is the one that I choose to always shop with either in person or online . I recommend the CVS to all of those in my area read more

This has to be one of the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Every single time I go in the pharmacy is incompetent and it's unacceptable. This last and final time going to this pharmacy they somehow cancelled out my prescription and after floundering around they told me it was my problem and that I needed the MD to sign for brand. This was done already and my insurance company had approved it and I got texts from the store saying I needed to pick up the med. My insurance company tried for 2 hours to contact them. They didn't pick up the phone and when they did it was picked up and disconnected by then. I am going to go to Amazon pharmacy where customer service is way better. I can't deal with the incompetence. I'm a nurse and deal with pharmacies all day and this one is a disgrace. read more

I have lived in West Windsor for 33 years and I can tell you this is the worst store in NJ. From the Wiked Witch of the West pharmacist to her flying monkey helpers, the pharmacy is home to the rudest treatment I have ever experienced at a store. I have been using this pharmacy since it opened and the quality of the customer service is now at an all time low. For the most part the pharmacist are not at all interested in helping you solve a prescription problem, they don't do the work to make sure you are getting the best deal, and frankly seem bothered by having to try to. The techs are very nice and try to be helpful, but this is a leadership customer service issue and should be addressed by the proprietor or the corporate office. I tried for an hour to find how to make a complaint to corporate to no avail, they have no place to make a complaint. I HAVE to find a pharmacy where they want to do their jobs. Rude and dishonest pharmacist at CVS in West Windsor. I phoned the CVS Customer Care hotline for help last Friday evening after the pharmacist had given me a hard time about a prescription that I received from them. I went back to the store per Customer Care's instruction to exchange the item but was treated with hostility by the pharmacist for reporting her to their Customer Care. Not sure if this Pharmacist is new to this location. I was a happy customer for years at this location until this incident. I would be happy to get my prescription filled elsewhere where I will be treated with respect and kindness. read more

Love the staff!! My husband goes to RT130 because of location. I decided to drive the extra few minutes and am slowly switching my prescriptions over here. Everyone at the pharmacy is nice and really tries to help you out. The medicine I had filled there seemed to be faster than RT 130. The rest of the staff that I have dealt with is also great. The store is always super clean and organized. The only negative of course is the price of toiletries. You can buy the same products at Walmart for half the price. Oh wait one more, how come every CVS in this area does not keep their drink refrigerators cold. They are cool at best which means your drink is usually warm even before you leave the store. Seriously I went into RT 130 during the last heat wave and the store was colder than the drink coolers. read more

This CVS has one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered at a CVS. I called in the other day asking them if they had surgical face masks , which I know are a hot ticket item, and that many pharmacies do not have them in stock. I was told that they did not have them in stock. Less than five minutes after calling them my friend called me to tell me that she had stopped by and that they did have face masks in stock. I quickly rushed over and asked the manager why I was told over the phone that they didn't have masks in stock when they clearly did. I was told by the manager that he doesn't like telling people information because too many people have been BOTHERING him. Um, I'm sorry that people who call asking about face masks, because they are worried about the coronavirus spreading in the United States, is consider BOTHERSOME to you. Clearly lying to your customers so you are not bothered is more important to you then possibly preventing the spread of the virus.What a joke! read more

I have gone in here a few times and usually I do not have many issues with cvs other than their astonishingly high prices for everything. I went in the today and I tried to buy a few items( some were food some were nonfood) and I tried to use my food stamp card to buy the food items. They did not accept the card and I had to use my actual hard earned money for the things I needed to buy. I was amazed that they do not take food stamps there. Its surprising that CVS thinks it's such high quality to not be able to have poor people such as I, shop in their stores with food stamps. I have been to other cvs and they accept my card. Had a very bad, horrifying experience at the CVS at 350 Princeton-hightstown Road, WestWindsor NJ. Unprofessional, terrible service by both Cashier and the Manager of the Store. I was there to get Ibuprofen/Advil for my son who has flu. I had a CVS coupon that said valid on Cold or Cough or Flu Relief Childrens medicine. So I asked the pharmacist if there was a special "Flu relief" medicine. He helped me look for one but there was none. He said I should just use Ibuprofen/Tylenol for fever. The cashier refused to accept the coupon saying that Ibuprofen is pain killer and not "flu relief". To this I told her that my son's pediatrician asked us to give him Ibuprofen/Tylenol for fever. She got upset and called the manager who validated the coupon. The cashier got upset at this and said to me "I have had enough with you! I cant take it anymore!" The manager turned a blind eye to this rudeness and walked away. As I was paying with credit card I told her that if she thinks she has had enough then she should work on her 'customer service' to which she said "I don't need to work on customer service, I don't need customers like you! I have had enough and I am not going to take care of you." She just walked out of the store!!! My card was in the chip and she left me stranded there! I called the manager to help me finish my transaction and told him thats what she did. To this he said "I didn't hear anything". So this is the lousy customer service!!! Does CVS really not need "customers like me"? I have been using CVS since 90s If the cashier cannot do the job and walks out while serving the customer, does she deserve to be on this job??? If managers don't lead with a strong spine, and does not take charge, does he deserve to lead??? With these unprofessional cashiers and managers how do we make this country great again??? read more

The staff is clueless. I had coupons I printed from coupons.com which I linked to directly from the CVS site. Because they were not in color they refused to take any of them. One was even a CVS Pharmacy coupon and not a manufacturers. The CVS policy states "Can be in color or black and white"!.
