I can testify to the set of people at that time.But it seems they have changed their staff or a new family member is in-charge now . I had a bad experience this morning at about 9.54 am 5/6/24 I called from out of state to verify if they had Symbiotic colostrum vitamins. I wanted it sent to me or ready to pick it up once I get to NJ. The Lady I spoke to was unbelievably rude . I kept telling her and explaining she keep saying she doesn't have high cholesterol medication. I went further to explain it's a vitamin but she was too impatient and cut the call . I called back and tried to explain what I wanted and told her it's not cholesterol medication .She absolutely told me she cut the previous call because she didn't want to hear my complain again. OMG! I was absolutely stunned that she cut the previous call on purpose. I asked for the pharmacist . She said she was the pharmacist and slammed the phone a second time. This could definitely will be heartbreaking for a person who thinks they can get some sympathy from a pharmacist but ends up receiving such treatment.If this attitude is not addressed Future Pharmacy is definitely going to lose many customers.

This is truly the best pharmacy I have ever been to in the Tri-State area and beyond. Once you go to a local pharmacy, you will never go back to your run-of-the-mill chains. The pharmacists know me by name and it's one of the best places to shop for your health. If you are looking for natural alternatives to synthetic drugs, look no further. To speed things up at the pharmacy counter my favorite drugstore has installed touch-screen kiosks that check you in and send the staff scurrying after your pills and potions. So far, no problem. However, for an enterprise that has aspirations to be the nations dominant health provider, the kiosks are filthy beyond belief. I've seen more hygiene displayed in the Penn Station men's room at 11pm after an AC/DC concert or... at the Wuhan Lab for that matter. Lucky for me, CVS has a greeting card aisle so I can send myself a Get Well Soon card. Yikes. One filthy star.

Who can possibly wait until CVS gets back in stock on refill prescriptions. I've had this experience almost every single time, and they tell me I have to wait weeks for my scripts to be refilled. No one can wait weeks, especially diabetics. And if I call early, they tell me they cannot fill it. If you don't want to die, because you can't get your meds refilled, don't have your medication prescriptions/refills done at CVS.
