The pharmacist picked up the phone while in the Drive Thru, stated he couldn't care less for a minor patient who was incapacited...after waiting 2 hours to get medication and fasting for 12 hours. We had to wait an additional hour to get the prescription filled. I called the corporate number and was told the prescription would be ready at 1:15 pm...but that was a lie! I was basically told the same thing...to make the minor wait longer to get the electronic prescription filled. They can care less about your loved ones/children they only care about their loved ones. The worst pharmacy ever. The prescriptions are sent electronically 2 hours in advance and still not ready. FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY! The West Windsor location is even worse!!!! Before the pandemic this pharmacy was good now they make you wait 3 hours for a basic medication. read more

I hate going to this pharmacy. Picking up a prescription using the drive through window takes forever...every time I've tried, it takes at least 30 minutes, which is ridiculous. Sometimes it's more convenient to go through drive through vs taking my 3 year old inside the store, but I hate the wait. Also, it's impossible to get someone on the phone outside of the pharmacy. I purchased Amazon gift cards from this location that ended up not working even though the receipt says they are active. I tried for over an hour to get someone on the phone with no luck. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone! read more

This store needs a serious update! The management team has changed more times than I can count! Thank goodness that at least some of the pharmacists and pharmacy techs stsy the same. Where you receive flu or covid shots is a disgrace. No privacy ...opted to have my shots in Walgreens! Time to spend a little money on this East Windsor location. The 24-hour CVS in East Windsor is exceptional. CVS, as a chain, is my preferred pharmacy/drug store chain for at least 20 years. The East Windsor store is 24-hour which is very handy for illnesses in the middle of the night. Staff is always very courteous. Pharmacists are very professional and helpful. read more

Schedule posted by the door and on line shows 7 am. I drove all the way and surprised that the store was closed. I was 45 minutes and none showed up. Really disappointed...no cares for customers. read more

I needed a quick negative Covid test for a work event, and everything on the website said results for a rapid test are available within minutes. 15-30 minutes, it said. Test was simple enough but they didn't give me any instructions after. I waited around for 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, and finally the lady comes back out to do someone else's test and I ask where my result is. She said it will take more than an hour and show up online. I may not be able to go to my event now because of this.l delay. It's been an hour and I still don't have my result. I'm livid. read more

This CVS location is great. They always have what you need and they're open 24 hours a day. They have very friendly staff that greet you as soon as you walk in the door. The overall customer service at this location is exceptional. I've gotten to know and really like the cashiers who always seem to want to be as helpful as possible (and they always are). Even if I go there super late at night, they still are upbeat and courteous which is hard to find sometimes at chain stores like this. The pharmacy staff is also really pleasant and helpful. The store is clean but what really makes the difference at this place is the people. I often drive a little extra to go to this location although there are several other options (Walgreens/Rite Aid) in the immediate area. I use the CVS app often to see what kind of deals they have going on. I often get $5 off my orders for paying attention to their deals on the app and taking advantage of them. It offers another incentive to go there. read more

I like the staff at the pharmacy they're very nice and the Pharmacist even remembers my name but this whole covid testing thing they have at the drive thru is a real pain. They claim to have both windows open to use but the last time I was there they said it was broken and I had to come inside. I was pissed to say the least. I try to avoid going inside because of the mask and because I use the drive up for the convenience. If you're going to have a five up make sure its working and if you cant handle doing both jobs maybe dont do the covid testing there. read more

Worst service in this location. Every time I go there to pick my medication one or other in counter yelling at pharmacists not filling them the correct order. I myself had a problem like that recently and when I enquirer the answers were rude. Manager of that pharmacy thinks she is the doctor and don't respect customers / patience. Its a CVS, they always have what you need and their is always a line at the register. I will say over the last six months or so I have seen a real uptick in their overall customer service. The staff in the pharmacy as well as in and around the store seems upbeat and happy. Overall they really seem to want to help. This place recently moved across the street to a bigger location. I go here quite often to pick up my prescriptions, and when I go there, I really feel bad for the employees because they are constantly serving customers, and they do a wonderful job. They are informative, and offer any and all the help you need. When you refill a prescription vis their hotline, it is ready before the time requested. This is very convenient. I've always like CVS, so it's pretty easy for me to give this store five stars. read more
