But they have exceeded our expectations with their kindness in interactions and speed with filling prescriptions! It's not the place to go if you want to stock up on toiletries, but it is the place to go to for prescription refills and even picking up a unique gift. They have a large gift shop area. The business hours are a little more limited than with big chain pharmacies, but it is well worth the adjustment if it means getting such excellent customer service! We appreciate this place!

I ran in at nearly closing time with a prescription I had just received for our elderly dog. I feared I was too late and that our old boy would have to suffer a night of pain. No, he won't, because folks interrupted their final tasks for the day to fill the prescription. I will never presume to receive that kind of service, but I am very grateful to have gotten it tonight. Our old boy is going to have a much better night than he might have, and we have Williamsburg Drug Company to thank.

In the haste to get care I encountered multiple set backs, but the team at cvs worked with me, stayed past closing, and was able to get the medications ready. The sale prices may be wrong and they don't care! You can never speak to the pharmacy. Their system says your medication will be ready at a certain time, but don't depend on it.
