I made a complaint with the 800 Walgreens number. The whole situation was weird as I was told my order processed through the Hicksville store who said they had no records in their system of the order even though it was showing out for delivery. Both stores told me they could not look up my order by the order number. I want to know if the Islandia store has a manager named Moses? He needs to be fired since he doesn't know the procedures for online deliveries.

And this is not about the store but the company...I have been trying to get service or a refund for my so called membership since May.
