I've been using this location for a few years now and have always been pleased. Not today. There was one car ahead of me in the drive thru that took at least 8 minutes. When they left I drove to the window and the lady asked me to wait a few moments. I waited for about 5 minutes while she typed on the computer. She never asked me my name & dob. I asked if I needed to come back another time and she said oh no ma'am. So I waited another 5 minutes while she typed still not asking for my info. I asked again if I need to come back at another time. She was repeating no ma'am as I drove off. She should not have been using the drive thru computer if it kept her from helping drive thru customers. read more

Fast friendly service in the pharmacy. I am always well taken care of, and the pharmacists are always helpful and kind.

I think it's pretty stupid to only be able to check your blood pressure between the hours 8-8pm when the store closes at midnight... why is the machine locked up behind the pharmacy? what if someone needs to check after 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends.... you might as well get rid of the machine all together.... read more

This pharmacy is the only pharmacy that won't let me get a 6 month supply of birth control. I asked the guy working there (obviously new) if I could get a 6 month or get the whole year supply and he laughed and said that was ridiculous. I bet if he had to get birth control then he wouldn't think it's ridiculous. It's annoying having to go to the pharmacy to pick up birth control every month to every 3 months. Male privilege at its finest right there. Also asked if I could get my birth control delivered and he told me no. Got the text from CVS today that my prescription is ready and that there is free delivery if I want it delivered. CVS pharmacy needs to train their employees better and train them to be professional. I have went to this location at about a million times and this morning by far was the worse experience I have EVER had. So I go in to grab one thing but ended up with a basket full of items. I go down the laundry aisle and they have one bag of ROMA left and it has a ticket for 79 cents. Great deal right? I pick it up and continue shopping. So get to the self checkout and because in the past everything doesn't ring up correctly I ring up the ROMA and she enough ringing up for $2.59. I wait for the cashier to finish with her customer. She comes over and checks the price on her hand held price checker. I say well I can show you where I got it cause there is a red sticker for 79 cents. She sees it and grabs the sticker and says let me check with my manager. I say okay fine. So she goes gets the manager and they walk down the aisle and she then brings a pack of FOCA back saying that this one is 79 cents and customers often move the stickers. I said well she has the sticker and she actually seen where it was so how is that my fault. So the manager Yoni I believe was her name proceeds to say she goes to stores and they don't always honor and all this stuff. At this point my blood is boiling because one you are implying that I may have moved the sticker when your employee saw it and took the sticker off to show you. So at this point I was over it and about to leave "the manager" says well we got a lot to do anyway. This makes me turn around because now it's like im bothering you because you don't want to honor a price that your employees didn't remove. Then she says well I said I was going to call my manager and check. I said okay let's do that then instead of you going back and forth. She goes behind the counter and still debating and using a tone. I said your tone is rude and then she proceeds to mock me and says oh so should my tone be like this. I lost it y'all!!! I said she is acting like a not so nice word and walked out the store. I literally had about $70 worth of items and left them over a 79 cents dispute because of that rude and condescending manager. I love CVS but after this experience I don't even want to step foot in their stores any longer. It's been so many times I have been in there and items ring up wrong and the employees have no issues apologizing updating the price and moving on with assisting me with the rest of my items to make sure the prices are ringing up correctly. This manager act like I was trying to steal and instead of debating should have just tried to rectify the situation but she just wanted to make sure I knew customers change prices all the time. First, the pharmacy did know how to issue my prescriptions under the the VA health care system and then they take 2 hours for lunch. I don't understand why this certain pharmacy is clueless and unhelpful. I'd never recommend this pharmacy for any veterans! read more

I navigate this store better than I do any other. Its convenient, always clean, and has a pharmacy with late hours! I love to come here for anything I don't feel like making a big trip to Target or something for. The prices are always displayed accurately, the store is super bright - it makes you feel welcomed. And when there are people at the front when you walk in you get greeted. If the employees aren't ringing up a guest you will always see them in aisles - they are great here. There's one employee here (forgive me I don't know his name) with red hair who once was SO incredibly patient with this super rude customer that I asked him if he would be working the next morning, and he said yes. So I ended up bringing him breakfast the next morning. He remembered me. And I will always remember his kind spirit. It was just a small thank you, but I just want to say I understand customer service, and each time I come to this location I am always treated well, and witness the same treatment given to others. This is a great local convenience and really adds a new level to what you would usually come to expect from the typical 'CVS'. Xo. read more

After multiple issues with the pharmacy here it is time to update my review because there is absolutely no way I can give a good rating. There is some problem getting my prescription EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here. I have had every bad experience from prescriptions not being ready days later to them not being able to find me in the system when I have been there before to my insurance suddenly no longer being on file (no, there were no changes to my insurance, same provider, same policy, same everything). After this most recent visit I will be changing to a new pharmacy and good riddance. Now if you are just looking for a CVS to visit for anything other than the pharmacy, I would highly recommend this store, and I would give it 5 stars no problem. Horrible pharmacy, they will kill you if given the chance by giving wrong medication, wrong dose, always forget to refill (even though I am enrolled in auto refill) and generally inept, uncaring service. And they continue to charge me incorrectly on my scripts. Save yourself from their horrible, uncaring attitude and do NOT use this pharmacy. Make sure your elderly friends and family do not use this pharmacy as they may not be able to catch all of their mistakes. I have complained to the store manager who blamed me for the mix ups "well you should have known your dosage or your copays." read more

I've been frequenting this CVS since about 2003 and it's done nothing but go down hill!! Yesterday I had to call the corporate office because the cashier scooted me out of the way when she couldn't figure out how PayPal worked, which is a service they offer. Today I went back because I live across the street and I'm very pregnant so it only makes sense to use what's close, but it ended up being a huge mistake! I was standing in line minding my own business, and the cashier looked over at me and was like "y'all speak the same language", which sounded more like a statement rather than a question while she was having difficulty with a customer. Well, I only speak English, I have no idea what language that woman was speaking, and lastly even if I did, it's not my job, I'm trying to go in get my shampoo and leave. Seems like "curbside pickup" would mean you pick the items up at the curbside but at this CVS you wait outside for no one to come and have to go inside to pick up your order that still isn't prepared even though it said it was ready online. read more

Worst service. I was just trying to get my passport picture taken and after waiting 7 minutes, I decided to seek someone out to help me. There was one person checking people out and one person stocking. No one could help me. After 11 minutes, another woman came up to get her picture taken as well. After 13 minutes, we were helped. The employee asked who was first and I told her that I was. She decided to help the other woman because she was closer to the screen. I walked out and am on my way to Walgreens. read more
