The staff she said it's not ready come back after 45 minutes !!!! I told her I have so many things to do ... Why your coworker told me to come after an hour but I gave extra 1:30 minutes she didn't say sorry she said we are busy come back I will give it to you promise !!! Pharmacist, Shrard (not sure of spelling), is rude, condescending, talks over people, and if on the phone, will hang up on you. He doesn't listen, offers no suggestions to help a person, and will not call a doctor to verify or help with a situation. The other pharmacists are fine but this person needs training in several areas. The worst case scenario is he should be let go. I am not the only one with this complaint. Other patients, doctors, nurses have heard of him and have had issues. We changed pharmacies because of this. One bad apple has ruined Walgreens for us. We will not go back to this one specifically. read more

Great employees who are nice and very helpful, clean restrooms and the isles are well kept and organized, on busy days it can be difficult to find open parking space but besides that it's a nice Walgreens location. read more

Honey, I'm giving Walgreens 5 stars because they have been a lifesaver this past week while I've been under the weather! Being open and available 24 hours for my many kleenex, elderberry, and Reese's peanut butter christmas tree runs (don't judge me), they've earned this review! Now I admit, I'm more of a CVS girl - I just love coupons! But, Walgreens has been faithful to your girl. I do have a rewards card which helps, but overall I pay a little more. The convenience is worth it sometimes when you're just not feeling well. The cashiers at this location have always been so friendly and quick. I may try filling a prescription here and see how that goes. Let's hope I don't need one any time soon though! Oh, they do have some good BOGOs from time to time on natural haircare too. The pharmacist is the worst. I have double coverage since 2010 and I never pay anything (paying for insurance is enough). Every single time I go they have to run it twice because they forget to run the second one. today they tell me my Secondary ins does not work. I waited 30 minutes to hear that it doesn't work and I have to call them my ins company. I get home and call but they tell me the pharmacy never ran it. Then they said I'm good. I go back after getting another reminder that it's ready. They still have issues. Something about apply a voucher. I don't need a voucher I need them to run both insurance. What a mess. I really wish I can move all my prescriptions because it's not the first time this has happened. But it will be the last. read more

Absolutely ridiculous service. Transferred a prescription over because my all-time favorite pharmacy, Lindsey's, had run out of my prescription and I waited until I only had one dose left (my bad!). When I tried to pick up the prescription the woman told me my insurance didn't cover that drug. I advised her that my insurance had been covering that prescription for years and asked her to verify that the insurance information she had on file. She refused to take my card to verify the information. When I got home I had an email from Walgreens pharmacy advising me that my insurance needed to be updated and to please come back to the store. Why can't they get it right the first time? Never again! read more

this is a review about the pharmacy. i went to get some business done at the pharmacy and i was disappointed. i came at 2pm and they got slammed after that so i had to wait a bit. as i was sitting and waiting, one guy, Marquis Burge, was working the drive through. a car pulls up and he says out loud, "i see you. you're not invisible when you're in a car" to himself as he's going to help the person at the drive through. this person was not honking or trying to get their attention in any way. they were just sitting there. so now im too uncomfortable to use their drive through knowing someone like him will shit talk you on the way to help. and he was outwardly rude to the other employees and them rolling their eyes at him was an indicator that they felt similarly. medical professionals have to be just that at all times. that is a profession that cannot have a bad seed. we put our trust in them and this was incredibly unprofessional. i spoke directly with James Tong and he wasn't friendly either. this isn't as much of a problem, but i was definitely looking for some warmth after hearing what Marquis said. but it was the nail in the coffin. getting medical help shouldn't make you feel worse. running far, far away from this pharmacy. read more

I make it a point to stop at this Walgreens almost every morning on my way to work. It's not en-route, but it's worth it. Not for the prices, the discounts or the product selection (though all of these things are arguably favorable) ... I go out of my way each morning for their people. The staff is always friendly, easy to talk to, efficient AND helpful. One of the coolest things I've seen happen at this location, vs. any other Walgreens I've been to more than once, is the staffs' ability to ask for help when the checkout line gets long. They politely make an announcement over the intercom, "I see 3..." Within minutes, another staff member rushes to the rescue! It may be one of the busiest places around town, no matter what time of the day it is, but their sense of urgency pays it forward to the customer. They value your time as much as you do. This location knows what it takes to make a lasting impression and keep customers coming back. Keep up the good work! read more

The store is fine but the pharmacy is awful. Their customer service is garbage. If you're looking to take the COVID shot here, don't. After you fill out all the online paperwork, you have to fill out the same paper in person. I waited in line 30 minutes for them to tell me that! On top of everyone talking with an attitude. I guess it's fine. The area is a tad sketchy but I always find myself coming to this side of town for something! It's basically your run of the mill Walgreens. I do prefer Walgreens over CVS any day. Come here to get your flu shot as there's less of a wait and they are typically fully stocked. A lot of the other drug stores in the area will sell out. read more

I have never had a worse experience at a pharmacy. My doctor wrote me a prescription to pick up on a Tuesday. I went to pick it up a few hours later and the pharmacy stated that they didn't have the medication in stock and it needed to be ordered. They said it would take 2 business days to get it. The medication is a controlled substance and therefore cannot be filled early enough for me to have more than a couple days extra on hand to wait. I then went back Thursday and they said it hadn't been delivered yet and to come back Friday, so I did. On Friday it still hadn't been delivered and I had been assured it would be. I told the pharmacist that I only had 1 more days worth left to take and needed to refilled, but they would not help me. They told me to call my psychiatrist (at 6pm on a Friday... yeah, they aren't open past 5pm or all weekend). When I obviously couldn't get ahold of my psychiatrist to get it filled elsewhere, the Pharmacist told me that I "would just have to skip my medication this weekend." That is horrible and wrong and can have serious consequences for someone that needs their medication. Stay away, stay far away, unless you want to find yourself smiling doses and risking seizures because the pharmacy is either unwilling or incapable of provisions you with the medication you need. read more

I'm amazed at the negative reviews. You get straight answers here about local doctors you should avoid if you value your life. The gentlemen have always treated me very nicely and for that I thank them. They even stayed a few minutes late to make sure my needs were met. A Forward thinker reminded me of an Rx I had yet to fill. I'm always very happy when I come here. Keep up the great job guys! Why not all 5 stars? Customer service from two ladies not privileged to be born in America has been challenging a few times. It's hard to understand what they are saying, & there is room for improvement in having a 'can do attitude.' But certainly nothing to complain about. Walgreens has been one of my fave stores for a while. Mainly because when they have a sale, it's a really good sale. However, I've been having some major issues with the pharmacy dept lately that are unacceptable. My doctor sends refills every 3 months and she sends 3 months worth. I take a medicine that I have to get filled every 13 days. Every single time they tell me I have no more refills. I have to argue with them that my doctor sent 3 months worth. Then they have a manager come to the computer to look and he finds it immediately. This has been happening for over a year, every 13 days. It's concerning of the staff does not know how to navigate in the system to see refills. I wonder how many customers they have told they don't have refills when they do. Especially people whose medicine could mean life or death. I'm in the process of taking this concern up the ladder. Another concern is when my doctor increased my dosage of another medicine 3 months ago. When I go get my refills on this one once per month, they still refill the old prescription with the ineffective dosage rather than the revised one. I'm going to try to work with management on this, but they are on the verge of losing me as a loyal customer. And this sucks because I love the customer service at the front end of the store. I often choose to get my household goods here because I enjoy the level of service in the front of the house. read more

One bad apple can spoil the bunch. I actually changed my pharmacy from CVS because I actually loves the service. I called in to the pharmacy today, inquiring about a prior authorization. The tech informed me that they insurance company usually denies my prescription. No, worries I will pay out of pocket. The time is 1:00 and they close the pharmacy for lunch break in 30 minutes. The young man says come on in I will have it ready. I get my prescription and went back home to wait on my son. I decided to look at the pill bottle and it was the wrong prescription. I waited until 2:00, and actually went in to the store instead of the drive through. I inform the young lady that they gave me the wrong prescription and that they have given me diabetes medicine. I do take diabetes medicine but decline the prescription because I have a discount, that allows for free prescriptions. I informed the cashier of the mistake. She goes and gets Joseph, who is the pharmacist. He states that I am lying and I just want a controlled substance. Now if his quick to jump to conclusion self, would have even listen to me he would have saw that I have many months between strong medicines. I wasn't even angry until he said "You Lie"! Sir, please tell me what I am lying about. He states, he will run the video. I am perfectly fine with that. He walks away and returns with the Store Manager. I refuse to speak to Joseph because he for one called me a liar. I explain the situation to the Store Manager and Joseph interjects. Nope! I really don't want to talk to him but okay. He ask me two questions that I have given the answer to. Yes, I had another prescription and yes I declined it. It was the fault of whomever pulled and filled the order that there was a mix up. I didn't care about the mix up, I cared how Joseph stated right off I was lying. He then in turns around and validates everything I was saying. He discounted my prescription and apologized. The discount was cool but his behavior as a professional was not. If he would have just listen to me and not prejudged, we could have solve the problem earlier. He knew he was wrong that is why I got the discount. He called my integrity into question without even listening to me. I understand that there is a prescription drug crisis. I understand that he has to caution on the side of reason but to just walk up to and call me a liar, was uncalled for. The rest of the staff provider good customer service. Well, the Store Manager did nothing but look like a dear in head lights. Joseph, you represent a national brand; DO BETTER. read more

I use to like the service but for the past four months I been having nothing but bad experiences one is that they can never get my medication on time even know I call them a week early o give them heads up it seems like they dont get it , this is MEDICATIONS that Im buying not candy or drinks another thing I have catch them lying two times they have told me on the phone that to give them couple hours and my medication will be ready so five hours later ill go o pick them up and they havent even order my medicines so there goes another day without my medications , I dont like to put peoples names on this type of reports but theres a lady with a middle east accent she needs to just be honest with the customers is just better to tell the truth and also the manager on duty humm i dont know whats so hard to keep up with the inventory,, sorry I dont like to be negative but something needs to change to provide a better service to the patients , yes patients not customers. read more

Due to complications with my pregnancy I was told to pump as much colostrum as I can and store them in syringes in the freezer. I called before driving all the way out to see if they sold them. Someone on the phone told me he would be able to provide me with some needless syringes for my problem. Long story short I finally arrive after a 30 minute drive and I almost could not get anything. A new person told me they don't have needless syringes and treated me I feel like I'm a druggy. Hello I'm 9 months pregnant! Really? I just called this morning and they told me they had some. Basically I leave with 2 oral syringes which is what I needed but I just wanted to buy them to store my colostrum. Everyone who asks for syringes especially needless is not trying to get them for the wrong reason. Colostrum come out little to none so my milk storage bags are practically useless. I have to literally suck the droplets out with a syringe. 30 minute drive for 2 syringes? Total waste of gas! The look on his face though made me feel super uncomfortable. Like do I look like I shoot up to you with this big basketball in my shirt? He was such an asshole. Practically threw the two I got to me and walked off???? read more
