I can see why I'm not the only person that feels that this CVS is down right terrible. Went to pick up prescription and arrived right before 1:30. Yes they close for lunch from 1:30-2:30; but I was behind two people at counter that were asking in depth questions one on prescription, another on some electrical device he picked up. This review is for Norma, she helped us with self check out and coupons. It's a small thing yes, but it feels more and more rare to be genuinely helped by someone who isn't just going through the motions and looks slightly irritated to have to even interact with you. Not Norma, she was so kind, patient, she spoke with us gently and took her time because she could see that I was really sick and just needed to take it slow. As for the pharmacy, yes, they are crazy busy and saturated with sick people and an endless line. But they were calm, they didn't rush anyone through, made the time to explain and answer questions. Everyone who complains wants the pharmacy to rush through everyone else but pay attention to just them. That ridiculous, just be patient, everyone is doing their best and sometimes that doesn't match your current expectations, but kindness and patience starts with you. And Norma of course. read more

Worse cvs I ordered a picture frame online and went cause it was suppose to be ready by 12:37 today. So I went, got there like 5 minutes before, went to the front counter to give them a heads up and they told me to wait 10 more minutes cause they had "a lot of orders" they only had mine and someone else's online orders... I waited those 10 minutes... then the girl started working on it. Then she said that the machine was acting up and that she needed to reboot it and that it was going to take 5 minutes and that she was going to call me back once it was ready! Wait at least an hour! No call back no email nothing! I've never had any of the bad experiences some of these other reviews describe. I've been coming to this cvs for about 20 years and I personally think it has gotten a lot better over time. Stephanie the pharmacist, is amazing and so is a lot of her staff. She is very professional and communicates well with customers regarding their prescriptions and any other related questions. I can honestly say that this pharmacy is one of the best ones I've been too and am happy that it has stuck around for a long time. The staff don't always have it easy with customers but they always work hard to provide excellent customer service. read more

This location has to be the worst when it comes to ordering through the photo department. The supervisor, Cesar did little to help when I placed my order this morning and I received an email that said it would be done at or before 10:47am. I arrived a little after 12 noon. My photo order was not ready, Cesar said to give him time to complete the order and for me to leave and come back "about 2 hours later". I left. Went to my other errand location and then 20 min later I received a text and email saying that my order was ready. So I went back to the cvs. Only to find the cashier, looking at me and shaking her head and I said what, she's like your pictures still aren't done. Without missing a beat, I said where is the manager because this is ridiculous. He then tried to tell me and "mansplain" how the photo printer works and I cut him off and said I've never ever had to cap to verify my online order was ready for pickup at any other cvs locations before. Just here. This is ridiculous. I heard Cesar say to the cashier to offer me a refund in Lou of completing the order and I told her, no I still need the order but at this point I need a refund too. Someone from corporate was there, Sheila but didn't add anything out ask me anything. She just stood there "offering support " but nothing was done. This pharmacy is so poorly run, I'm convinced they hired just anyone off the street and put them the behind the counter. Insanely long lines, weeks of delays on medications...I'd receive notifications that I had a pick up ready only to have them to tell me to come back the next week. Zero communication with my doctor who had to constantly resubmit prescriptions and call them. Order photos & panel and my order was suppose to be ready at 5:30. I came in with the order not ready. The lady offered to help me and do the pictures in the store which I got and told me I can still get the same deal what I paid online for the 50%. The male checked me out and told me that the machine is out of ribbon and told me I was the last order so I'm not able to receive my panel board which was okay. The WORST CVS every!!! Last night my wife placed an order for curbside pick up. She gets a text say " it'll be read in an hour." We decided to go walk around Target since it right next door. Hour and a half past, so we decided to give them a call. Nobody knew what the HELL was going on. Went into the store and 1 of the lady said "I don't know, I was on lunch." Only 1 person know how to take the online order? We had to go and get our products that we order online. Kinda defeats the purpose of curbside services. On top of that they over charged me. This is for the PHARMACY only!! My dad had been in the hospital from an emergency procedure. His prescriptions were needed ASAP and MARCELA had assured me two of the three would be ready in an hour. The third would be ready the next day, which I was okay with. Hour later comes and one of the prescriptions they didn't have becasue they didn't have it in their inventory. Marissa said she knew this becasue she "memorized" the inventory. They would order it for three days later?!?! So shouldn't all other pharmacists do the same and know what they're put of? They should let a person know at drop-off if they have it or not. They would of saved my mother and I some time. Plus this is something that my father needed to take the same day!!! All righty - so to *edit* I came back to fill a prescription and was met with some quality care and real nice service at the pharmacy. I should just erase my scroogey old review, but I'll leave it since some places could use a second chance. Well this place is unfortunate. I just came here to get a flu shot (no appointment needed, like the ads say, right?) The pharmacy is woefully understaffed at the height of plague season. I am insured, but apparently didn't have the right insurance card to get the vaccination. OK, no prob. I said I'd pay the fee for the shot anyway. This was after waiting 25 minutes for the two people ahead of me (who were hacking all over everything and everyone) to finish "dropping off" their prescription. Once I signed the dotted line, I was told to wait again for the pharmacist to administer the shot. Apparently this mythical creature was either out to lunch or simply non-existent. After spending an hour in this dank and miserable plague-ward waiting for the jab that never was, I decided to admit defeat, call it a day, and vow never to return. read more

We have been going here for the last 6 1/2 years for our prescriptions... we've had problems here and there with them with lack of communication (pharmacy) and cleanliness as a whole. Today was the topper. Our daughter is on meds for ADHD & Anxiety and I called on Friday to refill a RX (had enough to get through today) and they said YES! It will be ready in an hour. Awesome. A couple hours later I get a call saying they don't have the meds and will need to order and won't get until Tuesday (today). What am I going to say?! Of course I have to be ok with it... I call at 5pm today to make sure her RX was filled... I was on hold for TWENTY min after talking to a pharmacist and he was only checking to see if her meds were there. Again, YES! Her RX was filled. He asked when we would be coming and I said in a couple hours. My husband went at 8pm to get the RX and she said "5 min".. ONE HOUR later and only to be told that they don't have her meds and we now need to wait until Thursday. 2 days of my daughter not having meds bc of their incompetence and miscommunication. I kindly ask her if it can possibly be done in the next hr because I really needed my medication. She just told me to go to a 24hr pharmacy that was supper far from me. If it gets busy, the employees do not communicate with eachother to provide fast and friendly service. Employees are rude most of the time...as if they hate their jobs. I hate that this CVS is the closest to my house...I think its time to move to Walgreens across the street. Today the employee was doing a price check for another customer and she did not even acknowledge the people behind that customer...not even a "I'll be right with you." First time basically ever going to a CVS. Need a quick in & out to add some money to a paypal account. As it sounds a bit complicated, I wasn't sure if the clerk would be able to know how to do it. I didn't get the clerks name, I believe he was the manager. He was wearing a light gray dress shirt and tie. He was extremely polite & knowledgeable. I noticed he greeted every customer that walked in the door. He helped me complete my order, which only took about 30 seconds! Very impressed by his customer service.
