I had to pay another company additional money for them to repair his fake installation. The owner is jovial and nice enough but completely screwed this job up and has gone radio silent after I contacted him with the photographic evidence of the problem, and the bill from the other company that fixed the problem. Now I don't have a radon problem, but not thanks to Radon Fix. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
