I ended up switching to AT&T, and upgrading to the 15 Pro Max, so we went to a different T-Mobile location to figure out how to switch over yet again. I had connectivity issues with my Apple account, such as iMessage disconnecting, and not receiving calls on all devices. So, I would suggest not porting the same number across providers.

Employee JOSE M. was so accommodating and helpful in order to get my TikTok account up in running even in my current or primary phone that I had problems logging in the first place. Unfortunately I am stuck paying for the plan because I got a new a brand new iPhone with them before trying out the service with them but I can't stand the reception, you're constantly at two bars unless you're on someone's WiFi, a page takes almost 3 minutes to load and when I try to call them and tell them how unsatisfied I was with the service the only solution was to buy more coverage and WiFi routers.
